    Delivery of vehicle after 11 month ordering period

    Service Department are THIEVES! Went in for an oil change and agreed to pay $600 but two days prior my "breaks pads" light came on. They attempted to get me to pay $1900 to replace pads, rotors and censor line. I was told by a secondary market provider that my censor line had broken off which leads the light on my dash coming on. These people are crooks! I traded it in for another vehicle the following week. Fields Auto is completely untrustworthy. And while Jatin Handa was lovely to work with he never followed up w me as promised, prior to me leaving a review. Hence this transparent review. Do better!

    I tried several times to provide Land Rover of Jacksonville the opportunity to right their wrong but they declined to do so each time - customer service was essentially non-existent as it seems to come in as a distant second place to the almighty dollar. This truly felt like the quintessential "used car sales horror story" - BEWARE I went to Land Rover of Jacksonville to purchase a used 2017 Chevy Tahoe listed for $30k on auto-trader. Upon arrival I was told that the price had been reduced online in error and the actual price was $39k. After test driving the vehicle I pointed out two noticeable body issues to the sales person, who acted surprised by them (front right qtr panel and bumper are both damaged, as well as the rear bumper). After some discussion she informed me that the dealership intended to repair the body issues and verbally offered me a price of $38.5k (after repairs were made). I was unhappy with the sales person's refusal to honor the price posted on auto-trader in error or even attempt to make make a deal on the car so I escalated the situation to General Manager, Jim Moyer. Hoping that Jim would be willing to make some sort of deal, considering the error on the dealership's behalf and damage I pointed out on the vehicle, I asked Jim if we could negotiate to buy the vehicle in "as-is" condition but the best price he offered was $37k.

    Land Rover of Jacksonville could be the best auto store we have patronized - and we have purchased 36 vehicles including this gorgeous Range Rover Velar we are now driving. We had very good experiences with them servicing our Range Rover Sport on several occasions. Accordingly, when we decided to trade in the Sport, of course we were going to give them the chance to show us if their excellent business practices extended to the Sales Department. It may have been the dealership, or it may have been John O'Brian, the Sales and Leasing Consultant that worked incredibly hard non-stop to find us the right vehicle, but the entire sales experience was the best we have had in recent memory. We would also like to acknowledge an excellent job by Bill Bingham in Sales and Finance in closing out the paperwork. Accordingly, we Highly Recommend you ask for John O'Brian at Jaguar Land Rover Jacksonville for either a Land Rover vehicle or a Jaguar (we were able to test drive multiple models of both brands) and he will find you the vehicle you want too.

    I live in Orlando and had the Range Rover of my dreams purchased here from Land Rover Jax. My sales rep was Luis, and he was nothing short of amazing through the entire purchase experience. Having never seen the car or even the dealer in person you get worried about how things will turn out...but he was very professional, provided me all the proper photos and options on the car, was quick at finding solutions, and had the car delivered to me exactly as he said. They didn't play games with price and thankfully were honest the whole way through. I had a very pleasant experience and would deal with him and Land Rover Jax again without hesitation. Thanks for delivering a 5 star experience!

I decided to purchase the 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe and ended up trading in my 2016 Kia Sorrento (wasn't planning on that but they gave me a fair value) There are no hidden fees, or any "bait & switch" like most dealers do! There is a dealer fee, but it's not a huge mark-up, considered the car meets their stringent standards and they are a business, so profit is not unreasonable. Overall the process was streamlined and straightforward. I didn't have any issues with my purchase, and I would definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking for a pre-owned vehicle. I explained I am a unique case low credit but have a down payment ready. Process was smooth, the bonus was I did not feel pressured at all. I even test drove without them just me and my daughter. I felt at ease, from the start because of all the great reviews, then Nick that was such a kind soul super easy going as was everyone else in the dealership. Offered water, hot chocolate to my daughter, coffee for me. Felt like friends we had known forever. I left the lot same day with my new car, registration and all handled right there. Unlike my earlier attempts to escalate, Eliot actually listened, took my concerns seriously, and didn't make me feel insignificant as a customer. He offered real solutions and structured the remainder of the process to respect my time -- arranging for as much of the transaction as possible to be handled remotely with the vehicle delivered to my city so I wouldn't have to make another trip to Jacksonville. Eliot paired me with Katie in sales to handle the in-person portion of the transaction, and she was everything the previous experience was not. She came fully prepared, was knowledgeable, efficient, and -- most impressively -- proactively addressed relevant details before I even had to ask. It was clear she genuinely cared about making the process smooth and takes pride in her performance. I'm leaving the original review in place because that experience happened and others deserve to know. But I also believe in giving credit where it's due -- Eliot and Katie earned it. They turned a deeply frustrating situation into a completed purchase decision that I'm confident in. I had selected two vehicles online and confirmed their availability via text prior to driving over 1-1/2 hours to Jacksonville. I was to see Katie upon arrival, but was paired with Daquan since she was unavailable when I got there. I provided him the stock numbers and the text confirmation, he had me test drive alternative vehicles while I waited for him to find them. Hours later, Daquan admitted the vehicles and keys could not be located due to inventory issues. The following week, he contacted me to inform the vehicles and keys had been located. I returned that Saturday and test drove the vehicles then let him know which one I intended to buy. I requested a second key and interior cleaning of the stained seats for that vehicle then was assured these items would be handled. When I called back for an update the following week and to advise of my arrival to complete the purchase, I was told the second key would not be ordered until after I arrived which meant additional waiting for me. This was extremely frustrating after already losing two Saturdays and incurring travel expenses due to Enterprise's disorganization. I attempted to escalate the issue to Herbert in management but never received a follow-up call. I have been forced to cancel the transaction with my bank due to the poor communication, inadequate preparation and lack of respect for my time and money. Everyone has heard a horror story of someone getting scammed while buying a car. However, this experience was so far from being stressful or confusing. Willie is the one who helped me during the process. As soon as I sat down we let him know I was interested in Camrys and Malibus, and he immediately jumped on showing us options. He also mentioned a Jetta that came in recently it was a really good price. I took interest as soon as I saw the photo of the Jetta. Within 30 seconds of driving it, I knew it was mine. From there, the paperwork and "sales" aspect of buying the car was smooth sailing. It's almost done completely virtually which makes the process really seamless and easy to understand. There is a screen you view everything on so there is great transparency in pricing. I never felt like Willie was trying to do anything other than get me out the door with the best price and car. He kept checking in with his manager about things which made me feel secure in such a big purchase. He also answered all of my questions in easy to understand terms and was super patient with us. He even took it to the car wash before we left! Overall, this was the best experience of buying a car I could have hoped for. I am thrilled to call Jenny the Jetta mine!
