They even have a portable jump-starter machine that is well-charged, but they had to wait until their delivery driver arrived (so one person would not be manning the store alone) in order for anyone to be allowed to leave to help me. (My car was about 100 yards away, in the Dollar General parking lot.) I went to another location to see if they had any portable jump-starters while waiting for the delivery driver to arrive. Once he came, one of the other staff members was able to jump-start my car battery within 5 minutes. I was also able to make it to see a movie in Athens, just in time as the previews were wrapping up. If I have any future car needs & am in the neighborhood, I would definitely come here again!

Everyone he talked to was so sweet and genuinely excited for him. The boat and the lake were so lovely and we got the most stunning photos with the sunset. We really appreciate everything Lone Star Marina did to make sure everything went smoothly and their customer service was amazing. The boat looked clean and so nice in every photo and we couldn't be happier with our experience with them and with their boat! Technician stayed in touch with appointment updates but was 45 minutes later than originally estimated time. He also left glass shards on windshield, car interior, and ground beneath work area. Technician also left carboard window packaging in the bed of a nearby truck. They did not install the specified window trim as the technician reported that it was unavailable and/or would take a long time to order but I was assured that the repair would function as designed and the missing trim was only an aesthetic issue. I'm fine with that as long as it is guaranteed. I'm generally not one to complain as I typically expect to be disappointed by the service and work ethics in today's world, but this was a really poor performance by a seemingly squared away company. They won't have another chance with me. Next time I'll go somewhere else even if it's less convenient and more expensive.
