I was stranded due to my new vehicle misfiring needing a tune up while I was on a small getaway 6hrs from home. It was a Sunday and many places were closed and no shops open. Thankfully I found a shop who could store my vehicle... all I had to do was find a tow. My insurance failed me, and even booked with a 3rd party tow company who I paid just to wait almost 1 1/2hr with no show. Cupertino was the chosen tow company who the 3rd party hired but decided to never send my payment to them (I will be leaving a review for them shortly on how disappointed I was) I only had a few hours to make it to the shop before they closed... it was an urgent matter! Thankfully, I just asked Cupertino if I can just pay them directly... they said yes with no hesitation and with a 20 min wait time... Oscar shows up with our tow! Oscar's customer service was hands down a gentleman and he knew his stuff! He was able to get us to our final destination and was so positive minded that I felt hey, we're taken care of now and can finally breathe. I've never felt my anxiety spike so badly with failure after failure. Their prices are reasonable and it's totally worth their amazing service. I called a bunch of towing companies around the area. Either they can come to my aid at a relatively short time for a ridiculous amount or come and a ridiculous amount of time for a relatively sane amount of fee. AutoFox Towing straddles in between, with an ETA of about an hour and a half form Pittsburg to Brentwood. They came much earlier at 45 minuities which was great. What's really even better was that me and the driver had a great time chit chatting as we drive towards my place. Food was in the discussion and we hit it off; talking about where are the great spots for good food the the Tri-Delta. Great service, very friendly, and absolutely professional, AutoFox Towing is there for you at the time you need towing the most.

He left the Pittsburg /Antioch area to assist me. He was quick, efficient and effective. I had expected to be on the side of the road waiting for an Uber as AAA would not allow me to ride in the tow truck. AutoFox is reasonable price, and very professionally and took me to my mechanic then drove me home. Both were a reasonable distance. I will definitely call them again when I need a tow. We called a couple of towing services, I even tried AAA and they were non-responsive. I called Johnny at KB. He looked the situation over and towed us from Tracy to Walnut Creek. This was late at night and we were just happy to be home He took extra time to make sure he didn't scratch the bottom of the car or any parts of the car. I drive a Porsche so I was concerned about that and he was very good about that. My wife and I and Johnny had a great conversation all the way back to Walnut Creek where he unloaded our car I hope they never need a towing service again in Tracy, but if I do, I will absolutely call Johnny at KB.

After calling insurance…read morefor towing referrals and then leasing dealer roadside assistance, over an hour with one of the towing company that is finally willing to come out, yet can't get my car out the plant bedding due to lacking of proper tools available onsite. (Ditch is too deep, nearly 2 feet deep inside where both of my right side where were in.) He left us with desperation and exhaustion. Nearly 6 hours over with rain and cold, we were fortunately able get thru Spencer with S&S's number. He asked us the relevant question about our situation and assess everything he needed to help us. Within an hour he was arriving with all the proper equipment and tools. He was able lift both of the wheels one at time, without further damage the vehicle. My car is free with only some scratches under the bumper which caused by running over the curb. He even helped to drive my car to a safer spot and also provided me some recommendations what i need to get checked. I am grateful for his helping hand in this rainy Sunday night. He made everything ease and easy even i know it was a sticky situation of the car. Over all, we had an excellent experience with this local business. Thank you for stepping out in this awful weather. I needed a jump at the car wash he showed up & half jumped my vehicle. He has a very small power pack, took the job request, then shows without enough juice. I asked if he could jump again so I could get home he said I only have 25% gave his business card and jumped in his vehicle and took off. I was still stranded. I was so clueless why he took off not finishing the job requested so I called the number on the business card all he could offer was he let dispatch know I needed a tow which that isn't how roadside works you need a brand new request ordered so had I been someone who just took his word I would have just sat there but I went and put a new request in it sat pending for quite some time so I canceled and put a new request for a jump to which was canceled showing someone showed when no one had. I called YEESHUA he told me my car took all his juice from his pack and that's why he took off. Many excuses but no where apologetic about leaving a customer stranded. This incident has a case number assigned and corporate involved with my insurance. Also if your business isn't established enough to record calls maybe you need more time to do that not hang up and do a 3 way call also don't record people without letting them know just FYI . Not that I have a thing to hide but you're not running a well established business as it is so why keep making it worse and worse? Do not recommend this company he has every opportunity to make it right and never took steps to finish a job A-Z. I was left stranded after 10pm taking over 3/4 hours of my time.
