First time driving an electric vehicle, the Mustang, I searched for a place to charge up, the…read morenavigator lead me to this EVgo station, it was easy not as fast as I would have liked it, I stared with 70% (approx 114 mil.) driving from L.A. to Victorville (approx 93 miles), to return back to L.A. at this point, I'm at 30%, so it is 30-45 mins to get me at 50%, which gave me approx 100 miles to get back home. So I was satisfied the cost was $20.00 better than gas at this point. I quickly learn to be a little more patient when driving an E-Vehicle.

I think things may have changed since a year ago, because I note people saying they felt unsafe. Just seemed like a normal parking lot to me, didn't feel unsafe at all when I was there this week.

I understand wanting to leave early during the holiday season, but if your posted hours say 9 p.m., customers should be able to count on that. Unfortunately, this experience lost me as a customer.
