We asked them to split the smoothie bowl in two for us so we could each share the burrito and the smoothie. They happily did this. We got things to go, but they have an array of counter and table seating to choose from. We liked it. Prices were Jackson high. And if you go out the front door, you'll be immediately in downtown Jackson and close to the performing arts center. Plus right across the street is a brewery that has daily happy hour. As for the hotel comfort: this hotel is clearly a redo from an old hotel. Marriott has put their stamp on it and standardized to the SpringHill style and expectations. The room provided a couch with a pull out bed, workspace, fridge, microwave and a comfortable bed. Plus our room provided a great view of the ski slopes although no balcony. It looks like some rooms have balconies. The hotel also provides a heated pool and spa. Next to a pool area, there is a small exercise room. Lastly the hotel provides a suitable breakfast every morning: which consist of fruit, rotating breakfast items, cereal and more. As an ambassador member of Marriott, we were provided a welcome gift. Unfortunately they did not provide us a room upgrade.

It was much affordable compared to other Marriott brands in the area but does not compromise on cleanliness and comfort. Location of the hotel was everything. It was about a 15-minute ride from the airport and Grand Teton National Park. It's also right in downtown and walkable from all the shops, restaurants, bars, and Jackson Square. Appreciated that they offered complimentary breakfast, which was not bad at all. It had a variety of hot and cold food, and I was all about their oranges. I kept stocking up on them because they were so sweet and made for the perfect no cost snacks when my husband and I were out and about. There's water (hot & cold) and coffee available all day. Their onsite gym was actually one of the nicest and biggest I've seen for a SpringHill Suites. We plan to come back to Jackson during the Spring or Summer and will look forward to staying at this hotel again.

First let me say, I highly recommend the Body Sage Spa. I get massages regularly and am picky about…read morethat, and they more than exceeded my expectations. My husband and I booked the "Wild Nature" couples experience and it was absolutely wonderful from the salt "brush" to the mud wrap to the massage. It was magical and relaxing. The facilities and grounds were beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and seating area both before and after the services. The pics on line don't show their wild flower bed, so just know it's even prettier out there in person! I do wish they had a sauna/steam room. But everything else made up for that... let me tell you the best part: Because our services ended at noon, we asked if we'd be able to order any light lunch fare afterwards. Unfortunately the kitchen of the restaurant there was/is closed between 10am-3pm and so far they weren't allowing guests to bring in off-property food into the spa (smells, mess, etc.). That made sense to us, and we figured we'd just skip lunch that day. However, they have a wonderful and experienced spa director, Kimberly Acker, who surprised us as we left the massage room and said, "Follow me." She led us upstairs to, their outdoor rooftop deck, The Perch, where a bottle of Prosecco on ice, three types of avocado toast, and a bowl of berries awaited us! We felt like royalty sitting there in our robes by a giant fireplace sipping bubbles and nibbling on healthy bites post-service! Kimberly said our request had been a good test run for how to offer spa-appropriate food partnering with other local vendors to guests (aka: no smelly cheeseburgers etc.! LOL!) Wow! We were so impressed we came back for a drink in their beautiful bar and dinner at the hotel restaurant, Wild Sage. Delicious!!! Next time perhaps we'll stay there at the hotel too (this time we were in our Airstream over at The Virginian, which we were sad to hear won't be there much longer.)

You'll get your own private cabin equipped with a kitchenette that's fully stocked for cooking. It has it's own patio with picnic table and a grill. You also have your own fire pit and parking spot. Inside, it is charmingly decorated with rustic western décor. The bathroom is modern and the bedroom is cozy. I absolutely loved my stay here. Apparently, moose have been known to roam around the property, but I never saw but I am sure they are around during dawn/dusk. There is also a communal hot tub. I just love the privacy. It felt like my own little home.

So they gave us two sites on memorial day weekend with no extra charge. If we end up spending the night we will be paying for another night.
