( my fault ) However they were very helpful and scheduled repair for 5-5-26 in the afternoon, I called the morning of 5-5-26 @ 9:00 to verify if everything is still planed for the service today. A nice fellow at service informed me they have tried to tell me thru the tesla app. that i must bring the car to them so they can change the battery at their service building only because that would save me money....and if I can't drive there I should get a tow truck and they can get it to them. ... my reply to Tyler was how can I unlock the doors and get the car out of gear if I don't have a battery charged up. He said he would put me on hold and get the service manager......Tyler came back on the phone and said the manager replyed to have the unit towed in.....After explaining in Simple English the car is not going anywhere until a new battery gets installed,,,, many times.... I'm at my wits end , I can't get past Tyler and the manager is a JERK , if he even talked to Tyler..... So i'm going to post this and think about it , while my blood pressure goes down. There is one row of chargers but they alternate between front and back for two rows of parking. It can get confusing if you don't pay attention. Environment: The Superchargers are located near Target. There's also some food choices nearby such as KKOKI, Cold Stone, and Buffalo Wild Wings. We hit up Target for their restrooms and a quick walking break. There are also ChargePoint chargers right next to the Superchargers. Not too many people charging when we got there. Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. This location was convenient because it's right off the freeway. There are some food and shops located nearby. The place is clean but did not have any trash cans nearby.
