I called Tesla service @ Salem, Oregon, and requested that I needed a 12 volt battery in my 2018 tesla car, this is the third 12volt battery they have installed, and I have paid for, i don't drive the tesla very much, so the battery does go dead. ( my fault ) However they were very helpful and scheduled repair for 5-5-26 in the afternoon, I called the morning of 5-5-26 @ 9:00 to verify if everything is still planed for the service today. A nice fellow at service informed me they have tried to tell me thru the tesla app. that i must bring the car to them so they can change the battery at their service building only because that would save me money....and if I can't drive there I should get a tow truck and they can get it to them. ... my reply to Tyler was how can I unlock the doors and get the car out of gear if I don't have a battery charged up. He said he would put me on hold and get the service manager......Tyler came back on the phone and said the manager replyed to have the unit towed in.....After explaining in Simple English the car is not going anywhere until a new battery gets installed,,,, many times.... I'm at my wits end , I can't get past Tyler and the manager is a JERK , if he even talked to Tyler..... So i'm going to post this and think about it , while my blood pressure goes down. What's up: Making our way up to Portland, we made a stop here for another charge. It's right off the 5 FWY! Parking: There are 11 rear-in spots and 1 head-in spot. There is one row of chargers but they alternate between front and back for two rows of parking. It can get confusing if you don't pay attention. Environment: The Superchargers are located near Target. There's also some food choices nearby such as KKOKI, Cold Stone, and Buffalo Wild Wings. We hit up Target for their restrooms and a quick walking break. There are also ChargePoint chargers right next to the Superchargers. Not too many people charging when we got there. Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. This location was convenient because it's right off the freeway. There are some food and shops located nearby. The place is clean but did not have any trash cans nearby. read more

Located in the Target Salem parking lot directly behind Nagoya Steakhouse you'll find a bank of 10 Tesla charging stations. There is able space to back into these stalls and limited drive-thru Target traffic. read more

This Tesla Supercharger station is newer than most in the State of Oregon and can be found in the Northwest portion of the Target parking lot. I charged here on a trip back from Newport, OR and on arrival there were plenty of available stalls. There is also a Chargepoint charging station directly next to the Superchargers. All Superchargers were in working order at the time I used this charger. Reminder: if there are multiple available stalls when charging, please select a stall away from other Tesla's to ensure charging speeds do not become slower for both vehicles. read more

In a Target parking lot. Nothing helpful around for food aside from the Target, an unappetizing Subway, and some Chinese. Got a pretty good speed on the charge even with another car one stall over. If you're nearby this is the best option but not the best charger I've been to. read more

I have had my Tesla for 2.5 years, and I have never had a problem with it so far..... I let my cousin drive the battery to empty while I slept (my fault). I don't know what he was thinking. I towed my car six days ago. I was told by "roadside assistance," We will not cover your tow. "you will have to pay out of pocket for the tow, sure fine, I asked if I could use my triple-A, and they said if I used a third party, my warranty would be void. Tesla does not have roadside assistance. They have a phone number to call to contract out any issue you may have, then charge you for it. When the tow truck shows up, it is none other than Triple-A. I was appalled. In addition, my Tesla app does not work; I was explicitly clear about that. I called many times and could not get anyone to update me. Finally, I spoke with a lady and asked if I needed a rental car. She said she would get back to me, and I have nothing. If you are busy, just let me know so I can plan. I am a Nurse in the emergency, and I like to pick up shifts because we are so short-staffed. Mind you, and my Tesla is not in town. It is in Salem, 50 miles away. I have never been treated so poorly by a company. I am still waiting for an update as to what is going on. I love my Tesla, but when you need their service help, they could care less. Every time I call, they tell me to refer to the app. MY APP DOES NOT WORK. This situation is just the tip of the iceberg. Remember that when you buy a car, you pay for customer service, communication, and prompt work. Lesson learned. read more
