I made a mistake going there without checking reviews. The valet parking fee is $13. Don't go there.

Have to pay for valet to charge your car and you can't wait in your vehicle either. Self service should be an option.

Great when you're in a pinch or need to kill some time. Chill at the bar while you wait or grab a bite at the eclectic little restaurant.

Never can use because you have to pay for Valet. Downtown could use a super charger location with no valet. Tesla please help!

Valet only. The hotel wants to charge $11 to take your car and charge it for 30 min. Typical DTLA "valet only" scam.

LA is not cheap so paying a $13 valet fee to charge seems in alignment with the rest of my experience here.

When I tried to talk to valet, and later the front desk for parking, they had no solution. Their best answer was to wait an hour and a half for a tow truck. When I explained my wife was pregnant and we really needed a better solution (e.g. a gurney that many downtown parking lots use for this situation) they told me they didn't have that option. I tried to talk to the manager who hid from my calls for 30 minutes and when I finally did get in touch he said it was my fault since "I parked too far forward to allow somebody to park behind me." At that point it seemed insulting and almost comedic. I am posting the chat where the manager blamed me for parking too far forward as proof.

Paid the $40 instead of the 70 and thought wow what a great deal I checked my bank account and the $70 did go through I then contacted the office told him about what happened manager told me to wait until the payment of the $70 went through and said if it does will give you your $40 back. Sent him a screenshot of the transaction when it finally processed said he will get back to me and never did. Update: was resolved.

I believe there is a $5 minimum purchase but it is not really enforced. I've also gotten a berry chantilly matcha with oat milk at the coffee bar here, and it was delicious and only $5.25!! On the bright side, it easily made my top 10 most disgusting foods ever eaten in my life list. (Think 5-6th place easy.) As I unwrapped (had to fight from the heat and almost melted flour tortilla to separate from the packaging) the burrito looked like it had been put through a car wash, a soaked tortilla fused with the inside crap that was in it. Barely any eggs or cheese, nasty half-assed cooked potato pieces (of course plenty of that) and a feeling of hopelessness and self-guilt for spending 8 bucks on this garbage. Well, at least garbage was good once before it's thrown away. Stick to the blueberry muffins which are great, but this was so bad can't find words in a Thesaurus to describe the level of terribleness and inspired me to write this tragic review.

Despite being a paying customer spending money at your stores and restaurants, I was charged the full $15 parking fee. Now that's not the first time that the validation is not working or applied!!!! But now what ? You will go back to the store after walking to your parking floor?!? This policy feels unreasonable and excessive. Customers who come to support the businesses at The Grove should not be penalized with outrageous parking charges over a few minutes. Situations like this discourage people from shopping and dining there. There should be a grace period or a reduced fee for customers who slightly exceed the validation time, especially when they are actively spending money on the property. Very disappointing customer experience.

That being said, ROW DTLA is a dreamscape when it comes to filming content and just catching city vibes in a safe space. Located near the Arts District this space of buildings used to be utilized for the textile industry. With multi floored buildings creating rows of foot traffic on the ground this space is perfect for events, pop ups, and get togethers. It's one of the reasons why Smorgasburg is held here on Sundays. It's why on any given weekend there may be an event being held, whether it be to celebrate AAPI month or the different creatives in the area. This space is filled with homegrown businesses and unique shops to visit. One of my favorite places is Hightide which is a Japanese stationary and supplies shop. The vibes are immaculate and walking in really feels like being in a store in Japan. Another popular space is Scent Bar for those who love perfume and are aromaphiles. With plenty of small curated artists being featured in this apothecary of aromas, Scent Bar is a nice stop whilst visiting the Row. If you're looking for interesting and discussion worthy furniture A+R is a must, located at one of the ends of the Row. For good coffee with artistic vibes you got to check out GGET (Go Get Em Tiger). Next to that if you're looking for stronger waters is Flask & Field with smaller batch and independent distilleries and crafters. All of this and the parking is free for the first 2 hours. In LA, that's unheard of! And it's a large parking structure with modern infrastructure. Blessed. With all this, hopefully ROW DTLA will continue to grow with more businesses and still retain its charm as time marches forward. Good for a short stay or half a day, if you're looking for things to do in LA proper, ROW DTLA is worth your drive.

Very clean, modern, spacious, and calming even with the crowds of people there. Felt like an oasis in LA. Though that comes with the price, seeing the businesses here. Yes they look nice but it's giving hoity toity performative LA folks vibe and I can see why rent to live in LA is so high. Nothing really piqued my interest as a non normie, but I'm sure if you are one or like these kind of non franchise, off label places, for normie looking, better quality clothes, home goods, etc. this is for you.

Once there, our cabana was perfectly set up with a personalized name stand--a great touch. The cabana was spacious with comfy seating, a mini fridge (stocked with 3 waters, 3 sodas, and a complimentary fruit platter), plus fresh towels, lounge chairs, and sunscreen available for everyone at the pool's front desk. A couple of logistics to know: parking is valet only at the hotel and it was $65, so I recommend finding a smaller, more affordable lot in the surrounding area if you want to save some money. Staff was so friendly and attentive the whole day. There's a QR code you can use to order food and drinks right to your cabana, which was super convenient. It was a hot day and a really nice gentleman kept stopping by to offer extra ice--such a thoughtful detail. Bathrooms are just outside the glass pool enclosure (key card needed for re-entry), but they're large, spotless, and even have showers. The pool itself is big with a separate jacuzzi and you get stellar views of the LA Live area from the rooftop. Watching the sunset from up there was the perfect way to close out our day. We're officially hooked on using JW for our pool days and will definitely be back!
