Our room was spacious with a sitting area that included a comfortable sofa, and a chair and ottoman. The staff is incredibly friendly and jumped in to assist with any needs or inquiries. The breakfast was a hive of activity with staff that refreshed supplies as they dwindled, helped to tidy tables and made every guest feel welcome. Things to note: There is a large patio outside the breakfast area that is open to guests any time of the day. This space is a great spot to eat breakfast, watch the sun come up, to check out the constant parade of 4WD vechicles that come though town, to people watch, and to socialize at the end of the day; This location is perfect for walking just about anywhere in town; Numerous restaurants were a block or two away; Free parking at the hotel was plentiful; The pool and hot tub were wonderfully relaxing and were in a private outdoor space with some tables/chairs that were either under a roof or umbrellas that provided shade; A locked bike room was available; The coin guest laundry room was very nice to have on-site; The entire hotel was very clean and well lit. Will I stay here again? Most certainly. This area has so many places to explore. I can't wait to go back, and now I know of a great place to call my home-base.

They had no written or documentation of this when we reserved our room. We have stayed here once before. And we're never charged this. Rooms are clean but the tub drained so slow that you had to wait before the next person could shower. The beds were so lumpy and uncomfortable also. The only reason we are giving 3 stars is do to the friendly staff. Also we spent the night and morning listening to all the doors slamming shut. They need to fix this because people don't care to be quiet.

We tried the coffee bar in the morning and loved that we didn't have to go into town first thing for a cup! As for the room it is very bare bones but gets the job done. There is a mini refrigerator/cooler in the room which was nice. I do wish there was a microwave either in the room or downstairs that could have been great for pre hike breakfasts. Do note that if you want housekeeping it is an additional $25 per day. We were only staying 1 night so it wasn't needed for us. Keep it in mind if you stay longer. It is also a very dog friendly hotel , we saw lots while there and it's nice to know there's a good dog friendly place!

Both rooms were tired and dirty. 2. The room on the second night was outfitted with USED toiletries -- half empty shampoo and conditioner bottles. 3. The front desk staff provided inaccurate information regarding the cost operate the washers and dryers. 4. The bathrooms are awkwardly configured. 5. The parking lot is tricky to navigate, especially towards the rear of the hotel. There have to be cleaner and nicer hotel rooms in Moab for $235 per night.
