Service/conditioning was a miss. The car was handed over unclean dusty, no basic wipe-down, nothing. When I asked for it to be cleaned, it wasn't taken back for a proper wash/detail. Instead, a tech did a quick, partial wipe-down with a rag and sent me on my way. That felt careless and below dealership standards especially for a vehicle being delivered to a customer. I ended up paying out of pocket to get the car properly detailed elsewhere. Shout out to Detail Doctor!! Aldo! I'd still shop CarMax for the buying process, but this location needs to tighten up its service/conditioning before delivery. It's a basic expectation.
