We had a 30 day warranty on the power train so we assumed they would at least cover the insurance deductible. Went to the dealer twice. No results. This place is awesome! We had a 10 year old car approaching 100k miles and had a decision to make; put a couple grand into it and hope it keeps going, or look into a new-used car. I'm so happy we ended up at Northwest Auto. Working with Ray was a fantastic experience. First of all, there was NEVER any hard sell. I had one car I was interested in seeing. He brought me straight to that car, allowed a test drive to my home so I could show the family, and when I returned, all he asked was what I thought of the car. When I said I had heard a couple little sounds in the car, he told me to take the car to a mechanic I trust (they have a shop on site). When I brought the car to my mechanic, they found a couple things that would be a concern, but otherwise the car was great and very clean. I brought those concerns back to Ray, and before we even talked price and trade-in, he offered to fix everything that worried me, including replacing shocks (both of them) instead of a simple fix. I was given a VERY fair price for my trade in and it made the entire experience worthwhile. This is a neighborhood business first, and a used car lot second. Ray really took pride in his job and was obviously more interested in the well-being of my family than the sale of the car. I cannot recommend them enough. We will definitely be back if we ever need another used car. read more

I just bought my 2010 Chevrolet traverse from Northwest auto sales it's a great dealership to buy a used vehicle with great reasonable prices. This place should be shut down. Purchased a car from them, which they tried to overcharge me for from the beginning, bought it for a decent price. And now I know why. The car is a death trap. It almost killed me when I was going down the highway and completely stopped working!!! I took it back to them for repairs and they had the audacity to charge me for it. I thought they would own up to their mistake but I was wrong! It happened the next week!! I had to have the car towed. Now, I've basically thrown $6,000 away and I have a car that's not drivable. These people should be ashamed of themselves. They were all rude and unhelpful!!! Please, stay away from these people and don't put anyone you care about in a car from them!!!!! read more

My son needed a car and we went there and the salesman Chuck was great. He helped us as much as he could he got us at the monthly payment that my son could afford. Not only was Chuck nice but everyone else there are really nice. They make you feel like your family. I definitely would recommend if your looking for a used car this is the place to go. So after 2 weeks of owning the z71 I bought the brake lines blew with my kid in car took it to them they fixed it then told them the amp didn't work for the bose system bought it in end if summer ac started to get warm took it to them again told me I had a leak in ax didn't fix it told me I need an amp didn't fix it this is all stuff I paid for in price then after the 30 day warranty I had to get u joints and a wheel alignment now service 4wd will come on the dash and the tailgate doesn't open oh and let's not forget that the whole rocker panel was bondo and it has all fallen off now and is just huge holes in the truck dash says 74000 miles I'm starting to wonder thx for the pos guys and I've had this truck for 5 months only read more

Do not go here ever, spoke to a man named Shaw the owner of Northwest Auto told me he had the car I was looking for drove 100 miles to get to northwest auto asked him numerous questions before I made my trip so I was not going to waste my time or anyone else's. When I got to Northwest Auto for a 10:30 appointment, Shaw was a no show, someone else was their that had no idea what was going on, I'm thinking oh great what the fk. After an hour explaining everything over again I finally was able to look at the car. I asked for the car's key's the man went looking for the key's, the man came back 15 minutes later and explained he could not find the keys and told me to wait that he would find them. Another 1 hour went by still no keys, the man then called Shaw the owner of Northwest Auto and had asked Shaw where the keys were at Shaw owner of Northwest Auto explained to the man that "THEIR WERE NO KEYS TO THAT CAR AND THEIR NEVER WAS ANY KEYS TO THAT CAR" WOW Northwest auto tried selling me a car with no keys no test drive wanted me to tow the car to ford and have keys made for 300.00 at my expense lol what were they thinking well thanks for the 200 mile trip plus tolls I really appreciated that. you could of told me on the phone before wasting my time and money you imbeciles. read more
