There are some underlying duct layout inconsistencies in my particular system but the valve issue was found and they are taking care of it. Aside from that, they really do have great service. All the techs have been thorough and pleasant. The owner, Henry, personally came out to look at my system after the ongoing issues and explained everything to me in an easy to understand way. It's clear now that I've chosen the right company to do business with. Last night, I was pissed because my system was having issues. Today, I feel confident that they found the problem and solution. Never heard a word about the problem. The sixth service I was with technician who had taken out our air filter. He was at a loss of how to install new one. He was actually going to leave us with air filter left out. We all know how hot it gets in Texas. The trouble with our filter installation was the builder installed the closet incorrectly. Air Clinic was going to charge us over $1000 to correct it. Of course our warranty period was over. My argument was I was never told there was a problem till the tech that was going to leave us with no AC. If one of the techs had told us a problem we could have had our builders fix it. We had a repair done for a third of the cost Air Clinic quoted. I always paid upfront for their tuneup plan. I am still waiting for my money back for Fall tuneup. I won't be using it. I cancelled 3 months ago and not a word or a check. BBB here I come.

After paying a bit more, they ordered the parts. When they arrived, they had not ordered the correct Evap coil. CHW was trying to tell him it was his mistake. We're now 4 weeks without AC with family coming in. Terry went a bought the correct coil with his money in order to get up up and running. After everything was fine, he finally got paid for the correct coil. He keep me informed every step of the way and worked me into his schedule to get the job done in time for. They had to get the part from the warehouse because they don't carry actual fan assembly in stock for all the different types...
