I sent in a picture for a quote to several places and Pro-Tex was extremely competitive! They responded quickly to all my questions and I was happy to give them a try. They actually are new to yelp, but they've been around for awhile. Google them and you'll see they have almost 5 starts with hundreds of happy customers! They came in and steamed cleaned my dirty (but very expensive) "white" (or should I say use to be white lol) rug. I was worried about steaming on my hand scraped hardwood floors but there was no damage at all! They were quick and now my white rug is white again they were able to turn this rug Ive had for 4 years (and never professionally cleaned) back to almost brand new! I was so happy!!! I have to admit, I didn't think it could be done! We had these terrible stains from some leakage on the swivel chairs we put on it (some kind of oil) and I gave up on the idea of it ever turning white again. Thank you ProTex! They also steamed cleaned the swivel chairs of ours and a lot of dirt came off. It's been used and abused by my two very dirty kids for 4 years so I was so glad it looks presentable again!
