Loved the decor and overall atmosphere! The huge fireplace really sets the tone for a cozy, rustic dining experience. Our waitress was kind and attentive. I ordered the shrimp pasta, and it was delicious. The kids ordered the steak, and the portion was so generous they easily could have shared it--with enough left over that I could have had some too! Great food, great service, and excellent portion sizes. We'd definitely come back!

First time trying this steakhouse and absolutely impressed. Amazing food and service. Especially loved the seafood dip and creole topping for the ribeye! Bartender provided exceptional service.

Saltgrass had delicious food and friendly attentive service. I wanted to take advantage of their lunch specials which are served 12 pm until 3 pm. I was delighted to find they have a happy hour menu for drinks and appetizers M-F after 3 PM. I was somewhat disappointed that since the last time I was there the meals come with one side. Soup or salad is an option for an additional charge with an entree. On the lunch menu my pork chop came with fries and a baked potato is an additional 1.99. As a frequent diner I understand the situation with restaurants. Do they shrink the meal or raise the price? Probably the best option is offering sides and salad with a slight additional cost. I ordered the strawberry spinach salad which is an additional $4.99 and worth every penny. The salad had egg, feta, candied nuts and strawberries and they did not skimp on the toppings. Joe was my server who was attentive and provided great service. When I was trying to decide between two entrees he shared his opinion. Since I was the only one seated at the bar in the middle of the afternoon, he also chatted with me. I went with the bourbon pork chop which was an excellent choice and upgraded to the loaded baked potato with extra sour cream. It was happy hour so I got an appetizer of brisket queso with chips to go. It was a big portion and he packed the toppings separate so reheating later was a breeze. I had two snacks from their generous portion. -Service was A++. My food came out of the kitchen quickly but nicely paced. -Food was great. Cooked to the requested temperature and delivered exactly as requested. -The decor is traditional steak house and they have a number of tables. Prior reviews indicate that there can be a wait in the evenings as this is in a busy convention area. -Prices are commensurate with other table service steak restaurants in this tourist corridor. Pro tip: Sign up for the Landry Select loyalty club and get $25 towards a meal on your birthday month. Saltgrass is a part of the Landry restaurant chain. They have many restaurants in the Orlando International drive area. Morton's, Oceanaire, Saltgrass, Del Frisco's, Joe's Crab Shack, Palm Orlando, Bubba Gump's and Landry's. I used my birthday credit on this trip and had a wonderful meal.

Stopped in here on a Sunday night while by myself on a work trip. Place was not busy at all, and I sat at the bar where there were only three other couples. Order a drink and my food right away and the bartender was very friendly. I ordered the ribeye and broccoli which was delicious and cooked how I asked. Although the bartender was very friendly, she never checked on me once my food was out. I normally don't really care, but I wanted to order another drink with my meal, but that ultimately didn't happen. Had it been busy? I could maybe understand, but it was dead. Other than somewhat poor service, the food was great and staff was friendly.

Amazing customer service but took a while to be sat because of the busy dinner rush. So I would recommend try to get a reservation earlier in the day. The steak was cooked perfectly and the shrimp was succulent. The complimentary bread didn't hit the spot but the butter is delicious. I would recommend to try their fried pickles and peppers. It was a great shareable appetizer for the table. The pumpkin cheesecake was delicious and fulfill all my craving in a dessert.

Our server Ed was amazing. I've heard of this pace but never been. We're in Orlando for a convention so this was the last day of the conventions we made a stop here to eat. The place is clean. The staff is really nice. I ordered a watermelon fresco a drink that was delicious. I had a chicken Laredo and which was recommended and I was already looking and it was delicious. My husband ordered a rib with baked potato and barbecue bacon. that bacon was delicious. You get a free bread at your table, which was served nice and warm. Our food came out at a good time to say great good food good experience in our server Ed was really good.

This is nestled right in the area of Icon park Orlando. Was it great no but it wasn't horrible. It's overpriced in my opinion but that is probably duet the location. I bet the rent here is crazy expensive. Service was extremely slow, took us 20 minutes after getting seated to get our order taken. My wife ordered a wedge an they brought out their version & it was bla, no flavor & you could tell they rushed it. My porterhouse was rare & I ordered it medium. They took it back and it came out much better. This place is very loud & right in the heat of all the tourist areas. Keep that in mind when you plan on going. Personally there are much better options for steak houses.

My fiancée and I LOVE salt grass. They never seem to disappoint us. Their steak is the BEST! I love their Mac & cheese-- so much flavor and cheesy. Their mashed potatoes are bomb too! They also have a variety of drinks on their menu. The service is always amazing. We love the outdoor seating during the winter; as they have heaters, a fireplace and an amazing view of the Orlando Eye. This is a MUST when visiting Orlando!

Our server Chase was amazing! He was attentive and very friendly. Ordered the prime rib, baked potato and side salad. Delicious. Would recommend. For dessert - carrot cake!! The freshest brewed ice tea - ANYWHERE!

The food was overall good, but our experience took a hit right at check-in. The restaurant was half empty at 5:30 PM, yet we were told there'd be a 30-minute wait -- so we made our way to the bar and got taken care of there instead. Out of curiosity, I checked OpenTable and sure enough, it showed no wait at all. I wouldn't normally make a big deal out of it, but this was either a blatant lie or a sign that the front staff is somehow trained to turn away business. Either way -- total failure on the hospitality front. That said, the meal itself was decent. Maybe I just wasn't their type... and clearly, the feeling was mutual.

Absolute martini with a twist of lemon. Nice taste and well balanced.

It was 30 minutes from our hotel, so I was hopeful that it wouldn't disappoint! We got there relatively early (20 minutes after they opened for the day), and nobody else was there, so that was kind of awkward, as was being told to order from a kiosk (or use the QR code at the table), rather than give my order to a human. But the kiosk allowed us to kind of 'shop' before making our decision, so that was good. Since we were the only customers, everything came out fast and fresh (in fact, his came out a few minutes before mine, so I had to steal his fries until mine came out, lol) Hubs got the Ultimate Smash Burger and Fries, which was delicious. Soft bun, big burger, delicious fries. I got the Chicken Dippers, and y'all - they were HUGE! And you got SIX of them! Well-seasoned and well-fried, with a flavor that I know I've had before (spice-wise), but I couldn't put my finger on. I ended up only eating two of the tenders, and brought the other 4 home for leftovers. The staff were all super-friendly and attentive. They gave me a box/bag for my leftovers, and bussed our trays when we were done. Seating is ALL tables, so if you're a "Booth Person" you might be bummed. But the seats were comfy, even on a bigger tushie like mine. Paper towels, salt & pepper, and ketchup were on the tables. The only 'con' for me was the hush puppies... it had pieces of corn in it. This is a personal preference, of course, but I like my HPs without pieces of corn or onions, so I didn't ding them for that! Great job to everyone here, everything was delicious. It's on my "Must Go Back" list for next time I'm in the area.

When I arrived with some of my dinner guests, we still had a wait before we were escorted to a private room. We encountered an issue with one of the servers and I had to request to speak with a manager. Rachel came over and we spoke about the unfortunate situation we were having. Rachel apologized and worked to get us someone else to take care of us. After that, we settled in and enjoyed the rest of our dinner. I ordered the Beef Empanadas, the Tequila Sunburn Glazed Salmon (comes with Mashed Sweet Potato and Green Beans) and a Dragon Fruit Margarita. The Dragon Fruit Margarita was delicious. I didn't want to get full before receiving my food so I took sips while we waited. It was hard not drinking it all too quickly. It was good. It was served in a glass with a sugar coated rim and lime wedge. The Beef Empanadas are an all-time favorite and never disappoints. I couldn't eat all my food so I packaged the rest to go. I was presented with a glass of ice cream topped with whipped cream and cherries. A candle perfectly placed in the ice cream was lit and waiting for me to make a birthday wish and blow out the flame. The night was not over yet. After dinner, we went outside and sat to listen to the live steel pan music. It was a wonderful way to end the evening. As the cool air embraced us so did the melodic tunes of the steel pan music. Thank you Rachel for salvaging the evening and remedying our unfortunate experience with one of the service staff. Located in CityWalk, we walked into a space that leans heavily into the idea of mixing Japanese-inspired dishes with classic American comfort food, creating a menu that feels more like an experience than a traditional restaurant. The interior has a fun, energetic atmosphere with colorful decor, making it a popular stop before or after visiting the nearby parks. The energy in the room is lively, with a mix of families, groups, and couples, and the layout includes a bar area that stays active throughout the evening. The biggest draw is the "burgushi," which combines burger and sushi elements into one dish. It sounds like a gimmick at first, but we found that some of the combinations actually work surprisingly well. The sushi options are creative, with specialty rolls and presentations that make the dishes stand out, while the burgers provide a more familiar option for anyone who is not looking for seafood. We tried a few of the specialty rolls and found them well executed, with fresh ingredients and thoughtful flavor combinations that did not rely solely on the novelty of the concept. The burgers are solid and offer a reliable backup if you are not in the mood for sushi. The menu has a good variety, so groups with different preferences can usually find something they enjoy, and the playful presentation of many dishes adds to the overall experience. Beyond the main dishes, the appetizers are also worth exploring. The crab rangoon dip is one of the more popular choices and fits well with the restaurant's style, offering a fun twist on a familiar flavor that we found enjoyable as a shared starter. The fries and shareable items make it a good place for groups, especially if you want to try multiple things instead of committing to just one entrée. The variety across the menu encourages sharing, and the portions are generous enough that ordering a few appetizers alongside the mains works well. Service can vary depending on how busy the restaurant gets, and we noticed that wait times can become longer during peak hours. Reservations are helpful, especially around park closing times when many visitors are looking for a place to eat. We arrived a bit early and found the bar area to be a good option while waiting, and the overall environment made the wait feel less inconvenient. The staff were friendly and handled the busy flow with efficiency, though the kitchen pace can slow when the restaurant is at capacity. The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar is worth visiting for the experience and creativity behind the menu. While not every item will be something you would order repeatedly, the combination of sushi, burgers, and playful dishes makes it stand out from typical CityWalk restaurants. It is a place that works best when you go in expecting something fun and different rather than a traditional sushi or burger restaurant, and the balance of novelty and quality makes it a memorable stop during a visit to the area.

While this restaurant's selection has most of my favorites, I gave it a 4/5 score because I really like beef tongue and that was only allowed for the bbq. They had a large selection of seafood as well, including raw oysters and snow crab. Ice cream and other deserts are also part of the ayce. Overall, good experience and delicious ayce hotpot. Will be coming back again next year.

The prices are reasonable and the service was amazing. Out waiter was extremely personable and helpful. I tried the blackened salmon with a double order of mashed potatoes. I was nervous about the fried onion on top of the mashed potatoes but they give them a really good texture. I don't think I need as many next time but it was good. The mashed potatoes themselves tasted like sour cream was added, which is a plus. That's how I make mine at home. This whole meal was delicious and seasoned very well. Id try this place again if I were here a few more days. Will be on the lookout for it in the future.

This is a nice place for a date night, after work drinks with co- workers or hanging with friends. Happy Hour is only able to be ordered in certain sections so be sure to ask about that before being seated. I would have liked to try an item or two from there ahead of my dinner but couldn't because of where we were seated. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. I tried the Shrimp and Scallop Spaghettini, minus the Scallops. This dish was very good. I love pesto pasta but I don't think I've had almond pesto before. The dish could have been a tad bit warmer and served with some fresh bread. The serviing size was good. I'd definitely try this place again.

I rarely leave reviews, but the displeasing behavior of the host manager named Rami at The Palm…read more(Hard Rock Hotel) leaves me with no choice. He desperately needs a lesson in basic customer service and human respect. After a long day at Universal Studios with our kids, we were fortunate to find a late 9:00 PM reservation for dinner at The Palm. We arrived around 9:05 PM, and while waiting near the seating area, Rami approached us and abruptly announced that our reservation had been canceled. Naturally, I was confused, as I thought my husband had booked it online, and didn't say anything about cancelling it. He was parking the car at that moment, and he was not with me. Before I could even process what was happening, Rami raised his voice and snapped aggressively at me, saying, "Your reservation was canceled, but I am getting you a table, okay?" As I hesitated in shock, he literally yelled at me in an irritated, condescending tone: "YOUR RESERVATION WAS CANCELED! BUT I AM GETTING YOU A TABLE!!" He spoke to me as if he were scolding a child. This was not acceptable or normal hosting. Right behind us was a white family with a 9:00 PM reservation. Rami instantly shifted his demeanor, welcoming them in a calm, polite, and respectful tone. The contrast was impossible to ignore. When my husband arrived and attempted to show him the reservation, Rami cut him off mid-sentence and yelled at him as well: "I got this. I'm working on it, okay?" Refusing to be dismissed, my husband showed him the OpenTable email confirmation. Seeing the active confirmation, Rami's eyes went wide, and without saying a single word of apology, he walked us to a table. I cannot help but wonder: would he have raised his voice, aggressively barked orders, and been condescending to us if I weren't an Asian woman with an accent? This went far beyond poor customer service; it felt deeply disrespectful and racially motivated. What should have been a wonderful family Sunday night at the end of our vacation was completely ruined by this arrogant, rude, and foolish individual. How does a high-end establishment like The Palm allow someone like Rami to host? Management needs to seriously audit their staff and hire people who reflect the reputation the restaurant claims to have. In addition, if the reservation system was what caused the reservation to be cancelled, please fix the issue immediately. Running a resturant takes more than just good food.
