We visited Capital Grill for the Wagyu and Wine deal and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The burgers were well cooked and they were spot on with the wine pairings. The restaurant was nice and intimate with reasonable noise levels. The only somewhat con was the service. The server was nice but seemed new at his job. He was slow and neglected to tell us about happy hour deals until we asked and it was too late to partake. Other than this, we had a great dinner and plan to visit again.

The Capital Grille once again delivered an outstanding dining experience that perfectly reflects the consistency we've come to expect across their locations. No matter which Capital Grille you visit, the quality, service, and attention to detail remain top-tier--and this visit was no exception. They offer a fantastic selection of gluten-free options, which we truly appreciate, making it easy to enjoy the meal with confidence and without compromise. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the evening, striking the perfect balance between polished and welcoming. We ordered the Kona Crusted New York bone-in steak, which was cooked to absolute perfection--rich, flavorful, and expertly prepared. The chicken breast was equally impressive, tender and delicious from the first bite to the last. The dining room itself was beautiful, classy, elegant, and tastefully holiday-themed, creating a warm and festive atmosphere that elevated the entire experience. Highly recommend The Capital Grille for a consistently excellent meal, whether it's a special occasion or a night out you want to make memorable.

Omg...the best dining experience ever. Food and service were exceptional. If you go...you must request Buck as your waiter! The absolute best waiter EVER in all our dining experience.

It has been several years since we've been to this location as our primary is the one off of international Drive. We find that this location tends to have slower service and that was no different today. Our server was a little all over the place, including at one point, leaving his tray that he brought my glass of wine over on on our table while he went and took care of another guest. We opted to participate in the magical dining month experience. We both opted to add the lobster bisque for an additional five dollars each, which we highly recommend to anybody as it is absolutely delicious and always comes with a bunch of lobster claw meat in it. For the entrée, my husband got the upgraded Kona bone in steak, but had the Kona crust removed. The steak was really good although it could've used a little bit more seasoning since the Kona crust was asked to be removed. I opted for the salmon which was cooked perfectly and had such a beautiful crust on it. I literally could've had another piece. The magical dining experience does automatically come with two shared sides, creamed spinach, and the mashed potatoes. Both were good, but the cream spinach definitely went cold fast. For dessert, I opted for the flourless chocolate cake, and my husband got the cheesecake. Both desserts were excellent and the perfect size. Overall, the food quality is definitely good, but service is definitely not like the one on international Drive .

Had another amazing happy hour at this location. Great drinks and good service. I especially loved the peach flavored old-fashioned. It was unique and tasty. I also liked the grapefruit martini. The sautéed shrimp was absolutely delicious. Bartender Brittany was great!

Upscale, quiet atmosphere, very intimate. Our server, Esteban was incredible. Consistently checked in on us and made sure each part of the meal was perfect. And if anything wasn't, he made sure to make it right. Complimentary bread basket with salted butter is a nice touch to start. Wedge salad was good with large chunks of smoked bacon to top it off. Seared salmon had a nice crust, yet maintained a tender interior. Had a slightly sweet note with the green beans that was unique as well. Chocolate espresso cake was decadent, the espresso really deepened the chocolate flavor without tasting like coffee. Truly a fantastic steakhouse experience delivered by friendly and knowledgable staff. This is a wonderful place to go to celebrate something special!

It was a low key Friday for once and my neighbor inquired about dinner! I agreed to go and she asked for a good meal and that she hadn't been to Capital Grille before and I had many times. We headed to closest one for us which is the millenia Mall location. We walk in about 45 minutes to close and the restaurant was around 35% full with plenty of bar and high top seating. We opted for a high top table at the bar and we were greeted by both the head server and junior server in a few minutes. Now if you haven't tried it yet, you should get the Stoli Doli cocktail and order it extra cold! So delicious on a hot day! We also went with the barada bacon and balsamic vinegar appetizer. With the bar area being quite cold, it was a nice little warm tree to enjoy that my neighbor found to enjoy as well. Main courses I went with the filet mignon and a side of the sauteed spinach. On this visit the filet was not very good. However let me frame this correctly. For Capital grille, it was not to their best standard. This was a okay filet but nothing to write home about. In fact, it seemed like it had a slight taste of metal or natural gas. Other than that though, the service was phenomenal and overall it was a great joy to be there there on a such impromptu evening. Looking forward to enjoying this venue again during magical dining and the crossover with their icons of the vine promotion.

My husband and I decided to eat here for our anniversary. I let the Capital Grill know that it was our anniversary in the reservation and they gave us the royal treatment. Our table was decorated along with a kind card wishing us a happy anniversary. Our dessert also had happy anniversary written in chocolate with a candle. The service was phenomenal. The food was delicious. It was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. I highly recommend it to anyone celebrating a special occasion or who wants to have a delicious meal with great service.

I have been here several times and always forget to review. What I can say about this is always consistent with flavors and presentation. Customer service is always knowledgeable and polite. I will ear here on occasions because it is a little pricey, but I always believe that it is worth it. A couple of private rooms if you are considering having a more intimate setting. This elevated casual restaurant have a nice dining options available on the menu to choose from. It is also connected to the mall so that makes it a nice and convenient touch.

Decided to bring mom here for an early Mother's Day lunch. Unfortunately, this visit wasn't as good as I've had from other Capital Grille locations. Salads were excellent. We ordered a Field Greens salad and they were able to combine it with a Burrata salad which was excellent. After we ate, the plates sat on our table for long after we finished. For our entrees, we ordered 3 filet mignons. Two of them were 8oz, and one was a 10oz. Wish I took a pic but all looked to be the exact same size to my untrained eye. Our waiter insisted they were correctly sized. Also, our steaks were all over done. Not nicely done, well done! I pointed out steaks were overdone but waiter tried to excuse it as properly cooked due to it being "Pittsburgh style" which is a slight outer char. Seems like they dropped the ball in the kitchen today. During our meal, staff was vacuuming all around our table. As a top steakhouse, they should know better than to be doing that. Waiter was a nice enough guy but his team of helpers and the kitchen let him down today. I would have made a bigger deal or spoke to a manager but it was Mom's day, and she liked her food so we didn't want her eating alone. I doubt I'll try this location again but will continue dining at Miami and Ft Myers as those locations are always stellar!

Wine and White goo is always a great time. The burgers are delicious. They're flavorful. The drinks are great. The pairings pair really well with the burgers as well.

I checked in when I arrived, and was told I could sit anywhere in the bar for faster service. I first sat in the show kitchen area, thinking that was a food bar. However, after not getting acknowledged, I moved to the main bar. My bartender (who goes by the letter H) greeted me and told me the tequila fix (13 dollars) was a good drink. Indeed it was with an ample amount of tequila, watermelon, and lime. It was quite refreshing and sweet. I took the popular pork chop dish (24 dollars), which was a big chop glazed in brown butter. It was pretty tender and flavorful with the glaze, and the romesco sauce made the flavors even better. It did get a bit gamey at the end, but I still enjoyed it. The vegetable was a generous amount of various colored carrots, which were thick and a bit crunchy. It had to be cut with a knife, but it was delicious, that the equestrian in me had a happy whinny. For dessert, the suggested cheesecake (9 dollars) was a winner as it was moist and fluffy, providing a sweet end. I saved some for home to enjoy the next day. My bartender was friendly and helpful. She was pretty busy, but still had a cheerful and engaging attitude. I also love the vibe as it was social and busy. The music kept the rhythm going, and the dining area is quite open and big. Outdoor dining is available as well. Sixty Vines reminds me of Cooper Hawks, but maybe a bit more upscale and lively. The food and drinks are great and the prices are pretty reasonable. It's a great place to hang out with friends and have some food, wine, and other cocktails. Overall: A

The prices are fair and he doesn't gouge just because it is in the "tourist area" like some alcohol stores do. Also if you have any special requests, he will try to see if he can get them for you. The place is immaculate and the staff is wonderful. Everything is separated according to type of drink and everything is kept fully stocked. Go there for any and all of your needs, you will not regret it!
