You show up, pay their ever-increasing fees, and the amenities you came for are just... unavailable. And suddendlty the hot top ( when is working) is closed at sunset... since when? I've complained to the front desk multiple times, and absolutely nothing changes. It feels like they don't fix things until people blast it publicly. For a gym this expensive, this level of upkeep and communication is ridiculous.

You can also bring in a guest free daily and have access to the massage chairs, hydro massage, and tanning. They also have 50% off on selected drinks such as energy drinks and electrolytes. To obtain a membership, it is easy to sign up online on their website and download the Planet Fitness app. With the app, you have access to check in with your smartphone and track your workouts. Inside the gym, they have lockers available with men and women's restrooms with showers and soap provided. There is a lot of cardio equipment here as well as free weights and workout machines. They also have a 30-minute full body workout center here as well with instructions to perform the task. Overall, this location is brand new with new equipment. The staff does a great job keeping this place clean and provides top-notch service. There are many disposable napkins with sanitizer spray located throughout the gym. They are open 24 hours a day, providing service 7 days a week for your flexibility and scheduling in your busy life to never have an excuse to get a workout in.

They use basically all matrix machines. Which aren't my favorite but they work. Normal stuff, smith machine, squat racks, bench stuff. It's very well equipped. They have a dedicated "booty" area. That's not the name but what I'm calling it. They have some fun machines for that. Nice little padded area for abs or kettle bell training. Where I'll be just nip picky about... They need to re cover a lot of machines. Cracked pleather on bare legs is uncomfortable. Again this isn't a make it or break it and far better than some of the gyms I've been to before. But if I had to say something negative, that would be it. If I'm in the area would love to workout there again.

We are at the tail end of the program and are glad that we took time for this program. We slacked on the daily exercises at home, but we still saw great progress in her emotional control and balance. My son had to move in with his Dad this year, due to a terrible bullying situation at his school last year. I am now paying over $5000 for a service we can not use. I would not recommend this place to anyone who could possibly move after attending only class.

The dogs did well but this type of training did not addresses some of the behavior issues. Amber came n and observed the dogs and all the family members so we could address the issues with all the dogs and family members. We were able to come up with a plan. The first stage of training is going well. There will be home work. It is easy and works well. If you have tried other trainers and still need help, I would contact Amber.
