The Alfredo sauce was rich, creamy, and perfectly seasoned, while the Mardi Gras sauce added just the right amount of Cajun flavor and spice. Mixing the two together took it to another level. I appreciated the use of a beeper system while waiting--it's an efficient way to manage guests. The potato itself was unseasoned, and the Cajun sauce was poured on so heavily that it overwhelmed the dish rather than complementing it. The grilled chicken also tasted somewhat processed. I ended up adding sea salt just to finish the meal. I didn't personally try the salad, but my relative said it was good, although it could have used a bit more dressing. Overall, the food lacked the flavor and balance I was hoping for.
