This is the ultimate shop for hookah lovers. It's small, but they have a huge selection. I've been to my fair share of smoke shops, but they do not even come close to this place. Horrible customer service and prices that are out the wazoo. I'd like to support a family run place like this- but I was totally disrespected by the owner. Bought a large number of items for about $80.00, went home and noticed the hose was damaged- looked like something chewed through it or it had been punctured by something. Took it back the next business day and politely explained the situation and presented my receipt to the owner asking for an exchange. What I received was rolling eyes and a whole lot of aggressive push back. He told me to my face that I had burned the hose- that this was damage caused by leaving it near a coal or stove. I explained again that I hadn't had a chance to use the hose, it wasn't exposed to any type of heat or any use, to which he just shook his head and shrugged his shoulders and repeated that I had burned the house. I pointed out that I knew what a burn looked like- there would be discoloring, and the puncture wouldn't look as it did. He kept insisting so I told him to get a lighter and try burning it right there so we could see. By this time I was pretty offended that this man I had been respectful towards was calling me a liar- and I told him I wasn't going to come and b.s. about fifteen dollars; the hose was damaged and I was entitled to at least an exchange. Finally the son came out and looked at it and said " oh no we don't sell merchandise in this state." So I told him that he obviously did. He then said he'd offer an exchange but that it wasn't there policy to do so. He then found me a similar house and asked me to inspect it. I Did, and it Also had smaller punctures in it. The owner told me they were just marks from like a pen. I pressed down with my nail and showed that- yup, there were cuts in the hose. So they found me another one and I left- knowing that I'd never ever go back. I'm not quite sure why a business owner would make such an effort to save a few bucks when he's just losing a customer who would have contributed much more in the long run. They're fine until you have a problem, but buyers beware. The customer is only right if you battle with the owner and go through what felt like a civil trial. read more

This place was a great find. I have bought three hookahs from them so far (no, I'm not a chain smoker; one was a gift, and one I might have misplaced in the garage somewhere....) They are always welcoming and accommodating and when you buy one, they usually throw in some charcoal or tobacco or what not. On my most recent trip, I realized that a hookah would be the perfect gift for an out of town birthday I was going to; however I realized this at about 6:45 on a Saturday night, and they close at 7. I hustled over there as fast as humanly possible and arrived at 6:59. They didn't say a single word about the fact that they should probably be closed, and were just as pleasant as ever in helping me pick one out. They also explain and answer any questions you ask. I would not go anywhere else for anything hookah related, and chances are I'll be back to buy more gifts, just because I appreciate the service and great prices so much. read more

Texas Hookah has great costumer service and are very helpful and informative. We bought our first hookah from them but when we got it home we had some problems with it. The owner was very helpful when we took the hookah back. He tried to find a new part for our hookah. After only a few days he got back with us. He could find the correct part so he let us exchange the hookah for a new one. We have not had any problems with the new hookah and are very pleased with Texas Hookah's costumer service. read more

BAD customer servise. Never again. I didnt hear "hi!". I asked couple of questions and didnt get answers. He laughts (!) at me when I start comparing two hookahs ("They all are the same!" he said.) It looks like I know more about hookas then he!! I acked which coal he recommend. He mumbled "choose". No information at all. I spend $250. They treat me as an enemy. I am shoked. Most horrible customer servise I have ever got in US for 3 years I am here (sorry for my poor English by the way). Do not go there if you have a choice. Best Hookah Shop I've ever been too! They have it all and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I consider myself a bit of a hookah connoisseur and at the least I would have to say I was more than impressed. I walked in needing a new hose and wanted to try a shisha I've never had. I was helped by the proprietor Nimesh and after I told him my likes as far as taste and my affinity to mint he recommend Paan Rasna... It was amazing! If you like mint with a little Indian flavor your gonna love it! He also gave me a few tips on how to clean my hookah and pack the bowl that really gave me such a more smooth and pure smoking experience this guy really knows his stuff! This place is my favorite hookah shop. They have a huge variety in brands and flavors of shisha and they also stock all the different package sizes for the more popular flavors! They have many different type of hookahs as well and the quality of the equipment is great. I've shopped in store and had them ship me items before. Shipping is very quick!
