The rep sent me the packages but on my iPhone 14 the type was under 4pts, so I could not read the tiny typed on my cell phone. I went to their website, but apparently the packages are all different. It would go a long way if they would pick up the phone and talk to you, vs texting. It would eliminate a lot of confusion about their packages. B/C there was confusion, I did not understand what was included. The rep was very kind and gave me a discount. But I recommend they make their website mobile friendly, so customers can read the packages via text.
