Basel the Manager said they would look at in 2 Days, so I waited 4 Days before I called to check on it. They had not looked at it at that time it took a total of 7 days to look at it. He said He waited 2 hours on hold, and I would have to call them, I did 23 minutes I was in the System and called and left message of Such and he would have to do that it is your job. They want to speak with You. He just flat out refused to do his job, so I ended up having it towed to another place which they did it in 1 day. During this whole Time Basel the manager never pick up the phone and let Me know any updates. I run a business and if I did that, I wouldn't have a business. I had to initiate ever Communication. I originally brought the car in with the new alternator, but they insisted the alternator was not the problem. Instead, they replaced other parts, including brake-related work and additional repairs, and repeatedly told me the car was fixed. Twice, we picked up the car only for it to break down within about half a mile, requiring it to be towed back. Despite all the repairs they performed, the original problem was never resolved. During my last visit, I was yelled at and told that because I was a woman, I didn't know anything about cars. That was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. They also claimed they had done some work for free, but none of it fixed the actual issue. I eventually had the alternator replaced elsewhere, and that was the only repair the car needed. Since then, the car has been running perfectly.
