Texas Roadhouse will always get 5 plus stars from me and my husband. Have yet to taste anything we didn't care for. The staff is always pleasant, the food is great. I would like to recommend the carry out. I've been inside and I'm just not a fan of big loud places where you can barely carry on a conversation. Similarly to most reviewers, I do like the food very much, so I've learned to order carry out. It's easy to order from the menu online with a specific pick up time. I've aways been pleased with the care and attention that goes into preparing their to go orders. There is a separate system for carry out in the Alliance restaurant, so one does not have to find a parking space or fight the way inside to the hostess station- just circle around back of the retail area and pull up to the side of TR. All of the benefits of good food with no waiting and no hoards of people yelling over one another while a raucous birthday celebration goes on elsewhere. Are we having fun yet? read more

Excellent went today October 22 2022. 330 pm got right in sat right down perfect booth against the wall by the bar placed order right away got food on table in 17 minutes tops that was great ,endless rolls with the awesome cinnamon butter steak came out perfect and well but still just pink So delicious can't wait to take the drive again it was Awesome. read more

WTF?? I paid almost $20.00 for a fish dinner and received the most disgusting, cold, hard and undesirable fish I've ever ordered from a restaurant in my life. Consistent quality amongst all TR's I've been to. The hostess remembered me from the University of Akron's legacy brunch! The waitress and service were very good. I had the 6 oz and ribs and my wife had the 6 oz earlybird special. Very good. read more

We had a great experience and perfect food. Our waiter Justin was amazing. He anticipated our needs and took care of us before we had to flag him down. The experience was seamless. We talked and visited with ppl whose company I enjoyed. I didn't have to send the steak back! I was pleasantly surprised since we went to the Belden Village location twice and twice my steak was well done and dried out. I always order medium rare because it heats up nicely the following day. Both times I sent the steak back and I did not receive it until all the other guests finished eating so I had them package it up to go. We've decided we are willing to travel a few extra minutes to forgo the Canton location and visit the Alliance location from now on. If you are fortunate to go when Justin is working, I would ask for him. I made sure to tip him a bit more than usual because he was outstanding. read more

This is easily the best restaurant in town! I know that sounds a little scary to some but Alliance is definitely not the foodie capital of Ohio! I've probably been to six Texas Roadhouse locations and I award them the highest compliment I can give to a chain. I've never had a bad meal at a Texas Roadhouse! I spent last week in Alliance on business and I enjoyed dinner there every night. Prime rib, beef tips, and sirloin steak were some of my choices. Each meat was cooked correctly and tasty. Meals here come with two sides. I usually pay a little extra and add a very good house salad. Each meal also comes with endless ridiculously good warm bread with maple flavored butter. It's very easy to stuff yourself here for less than twenty bucks. If you choose some of the bigger steaks you can exceed this but it's still a great deal. Remember I said that this is the best restaurant in town? Everyone knows that so expect crowds at peak times. Of course I could spend four or five times the price and enjoy a memorable steak at a big city steakhouse. However this is Alliance and in this small town these folks are as good as it gets. read more

My wife and I order from here often and do pick up. They have forgotten our items in the past and we've not even called and let it slide because it's always just been a side or something and we weren't wasting our time complaining about, $3 side no sweat. Tonight we ordered a Rib/Sirloin Combo and a Sirloin/Shrimp combo (our usual). It wasn't ready during the quoted pick-up time which wasn't a big deal. We had to get gas anyways. We live closer to East Canton and about a 15 minute drive. We got our food (we normally check so I'll take the blame) and left. We got home.. they didn't include my wife's Ribs (that's a $21 meal) NBD. I called and told them the issue and they were going to just give us the ribs. I politely requested both of our steaks be remade along with the forgotten ribs (not to be snobby or rude but paying $50 for steak--- I shouldn't have to microwave it) When I requested this Christy handed me over to a Male Manager (who didn't even say his name) He was very curt with me and got kind of snippy when he asked what my request was "Oh! So you want the whole thing remade" in a very condescending tone. I tried to explain several times that we don't mind reheating our sides but that reheating $20 steaks defeats the purpose.... we only wanted new steaks and the forgotten ribs. We went back and forth trying to explain this. Finally, after being frustrated with this man who was not only NOT listening but being condescending I said "You know what, I'll just reheat mine can you just remake my wife's? The one with the ribs" he insinuated he would remake mine too. After he asked me MULTIPLE times what meals we got/what he was remaking and we answered him in detail. He wasn't LISTENING. I understand hiccups and order mishaps I've worked in food. But I wouldn't dare even come off to my customers like their request (especially after they spent over $50) was an inconvenience and probably would have offered to do what they were requesting before they could even request it. Microwaves cook from the inside out I got my steak MEDIUM as well as my wife's. I'm not reheating my whole meal due to them forgetting our items. I wasn't even upset at all but after being spoke to like I was i inconveniencing them .. I am very upset and will definitely make the trip to Belden Village as we have always received good service there. Ok so i came here for a surprise bday party and we tried making reservations, but technically youre not allowed. Anyways so they said they could get us in at 6:45 anyways. 7:15 rolls around and we're somehow waiting on another party that seated before us. other than that the service was definitely on par. the food was good. rolls as always amazing mouth watering. i got the filet medallions w rice and applesauce and a side salad. all were very good and i definitely recommend this place. this is a very busy place so be careful and aware at what times you or else you might have to wait a little bit to get in. highly recommend!! read more

My mom and her friend came to the Alliance location in OH and it was HORRIBLE they usually are very good and speedy with service, Yes it was pretty busy and they have so many tables but it was HORRIBLE 4 different waiters were giving us our food and drinks and she barely came to our table. Third time in 6 months we've ordered takeout and it's been wrong and missing. For example tonite we are missing butter for the roles, missing cactus blossom, salad was wrong as well. My family has been going here for years. It's definitely the best place you can eat in Alliance. It was always an after-church must for us on Sundays. Recently, I do not go very often, because it is sooooo crowded all the time. My boyfriend and I decided to go right after they opened on Saturday morning and we were not disappointed. I got the grilled BBQ chicken with a house salad and baked potato and he got the Roadkill sirloin (sounds gross, tastes yummy, lol.) We ended up taking 4 boxes of food home and ate the rest for dinner, because with the rolls, peanuts, and cactus blossom that we got, we just didn't even have much room for our actual meals. For Alliance, Ohio, this would rate five stars. I removed a star for the awful country music and another star for the peanut shells all over the floor. Can't do either. Have eaten here a couple times. Once chicken which was enjoyable and once a steak which was cooked to temperature as requested. The potatoes are nothing special and everyone seems to love the rolls. Yes, they are warm but mainly doughy and too soft. No texture or interesting grains, just white bread shaped into a bun. My favorite item was the green beans. Very unhappy with our food tonight!!! We have been coming to this restaurant for literally years and never had a bad meal! Tonight we ordered to go and we got a 6oz fillet meal and 2 16 oz Ribeyes. All our steaks were SO CHEWY it was disgusting. I also had ordered blue cheese crumble for my salad and when I took of the lid it smelled spoiled I had to throw most of our meals out. We ate the sweet potato and rolls and parts of our salads. I called and spoke to the manager Jake after being put on hold twice by a rude employee and was told we would get a refund but it would take 15 DAYS!! Ate here on a Friday Night with a party of 17. We were able to sit together in the back room at two tables parallel to each other. We all had excellent meals and terrific service. The place was extremely busy and our meals were served in a timely manner and everyone there was friendly and helpful. Considering the excellent service other restaurants are doing w online ordering and the hour and two hang up calls I have endured, I am making an exception. I ordered 3 meals. I believe on was not the right steak (the large filet) and was almost burnt. The side of masked potatoes was not the same as I would have received if I was seated dining. I was also supposed to get 6 rolls but got zero. Would have liked to got comped an appetizer for next time, but probably won't be a next time until the pandemic is over and I can check the order, if then. Everything is pretty good here. I'm a vegetarian, so I generally stick with appetizers and side dishes. This is by far the best place for a good drink. My family and I visited Texas Roadhouse. We had 6 adults and an infant. We were told the wait would be 15-20 minutes. It actually ended up being almost an hour wait. There were parties with the same amount of people getting seated before us. I asked the hostess and she said our table is all cashed out, they were just waiting for them to get up and leave. If there are 2 parties with the same amount of people, why can't you shift tables around and go in order of when people checked in. When our table was finally ready, we noticed 2 people sitting at a table for 6??? How does this make any sense. I have been to this location many times before and never have this type of experience. You guys need to get a better system for seating and order of seating. read more

I was very surprised when I saw the many so-so reviews posted on here. My family has been coming here on special occasions for years, and we love it. The hot dinner rolls with cinnamon butter are a great start to every meal, and their steaks are very flavorful and often almost melt in your mouth. We came on a busy Friday night right before Christmas, had a great server, and left happy. My wife got BBQ chicken, my one son got a sirloin, and my other son and I got the big bone-in ribeye steak. All our meals were cooked to perfection-drinks were refilled multiple times-we couldn't have asked for better treatment. We have been to other Texas Roadhouse locations, and this one is superior to any other one we have ever been to. We will be back (again and again). read more

My friend and her daughter and I came to the Alliance location it was HORRIBLE we ordered drinks and our waiter brought them a few minutes after and then when she came our sides she only brought their salads I was supposed to get chilli they never brought it and the waiter never brought it til we all got our food. Seated quickly and the server was awesome. We ordered, she brought extra rolls, was very attentive. Everyone order came but one thing was off. A strip steak was delivered instead of a ribeye (as ordered). I notified the waitress, she went to check if she put in the wrong item. The manager came by and said "the kitchen told me this is a ribeye, just a different cut". The manager insisted that it was a ribeye. The steak was sent back and removed from the bill. The rest of the food was good just the kitchen was called out for trying to pass off a strip in place of a ribeye. Will not be returning to this location. read more
