Every time I come to this location it is truly the worst experience! They constantly treat us bad(including) not checking in on us at all until we pay. We try and give a honest and kind experience but the atmosphere constantly turns us away, it is so negative!!! The food is amazing tho. One of our experiences includes a waitress yelling and pointing at the menu saying we are not allowed to get just soup even tho we've gotten it multiple times? Another experience with this Waitress is she decided to give us to another server to "better our experience" and then proceeded to point and gossip with the other waitstaff. We've eaten here 3 times in the past 6 months and I think that's fair enough of a test to say we'll probably never return. Sure, they have all the standard Olive Garden menu items, which deliver their standard flavor profiles coast to coast. You know what you're going to get, nothing amazing but pretty consistent, so you either like Olive Garden food or you don't. That being said, my downgrading this location isn't about the food. It's about the service, which has been slow and borderline rude every time we've been there. Besides that, the place always comes across as in need of a good cleaning. So my bottom line: If you like Olive Garden food, this place would be great for TakeOut, not going there to sit down and eat. read more

The food was consistent but the service was terrible. It took over 10 minutes for us to even be acknowledged by the server. She then said she would be right over and took another 5 minutes. We gave her the entire order. Two out of three in the party got unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks. The soup and salad came out super delayed. My mother ordered the lasagna with salad. The lasagna came out MAYBE three minutes after the salad. Getting additional salad was slow and when I ordered my second bowl of minestrone soup, I was told that they were out and it would take a little for it to be ready. I have never heard of Olive Garden running out of a soup. I had an iced tea and asked for sweetener when I ordered it. We had to remind the server twice to bring it and then it finally came. I dont usually leave a review but we have gone to this Olive Garden for many years. Recently we noticed a change in the quality of service. but today we not only waited a while for service when the place was not busy but when we asked for booth because our child has a sensory disorder that often causes our child to fall out of the seat, the receptionist appeared annoyed/inconvenienced. To make matters worse, the table we were sat at was so sticky! We asked for the table to be wiped and we were told that table was sticky because of the chemicals from Covid. The table was wiped down and was still so sticky, it physically felt nasty to sit there and try to think of what we wanted to eat. We have not been there in a while and are currently driving to Colorado to eat at Carrabas for a better experience. read more

Sat at the bar, bartender was very friendly and provided good service to myself and others in the bar area. Only bad thing was they took bloody Mary's off the menu. Food was really good and didn't take long to come out from the kitchen, I'd recommend this place to anyone, I will be back again for sure. read more

Everything was great until we were exiting the front and we see two of the staff stretched out laying down on the benches at entryway. So unprofessional . Just like most of youre typical neighborhood Olive Gardens. We went around lunch and sat down quickly and found the restaurant very slow business. The bread sticks are good maybe a little too salty for me. I did really enjoy the spinach artichoke dip but wish it cane in a larger portion for the price.The new never ending dipping sauces for the bread sticks was delicious. Our salad was mediocre nothing too special. The chicken parmesan tasted like a mass produced-dinner with little taste other than the marinara sauce, and the spaghetti was very lackluster as well. The service was good even tho the server was a little pushy about trying to have us order dessert. The atmosphere was like all other olive gardens, they try to imitate a classy Italian restaurant. Totally worth a 45-60 minute drive and nice to see some civilization. The buy one, take one is a great deal. First time at this location, since we are just passing through on our way back to the west coast. All the Olive Gardens seem to be very consistent and having the same standard on their food, which I appreciate. The main difference, as with any business, is the customer service. At this location, we were very happy. Our waitress, Sharone, was very professional, and was very accommodating. I could actually feel her smile through the covid mask. This is an ok place. Easy location for me to use. However. Either over sauce or grossly under. Soup tastes like is has canned meat especially the gnocchi soup. Service depends really on server and what you order. Times good one visit and the next the server is apologizing bc it took 30 mins and the salmon is dry and very over cooked. It is over priced. But a free birthday dessert is nice. I go here as it is on the way home. But this isn't the Olive Garden commercials would make you think it is. I wouldn't normally give 5 stars to a chain restaurant, but this location, and the manager on duty deserve it. Our son graduated from UW in Laramie and we knew getting into anyplace in Laramie was impossible. We planned on driving to Cheyenne before heading home to Denver. On the way we called and asked to be on the call ahead list. The hostess said she'd put our names down. When we arrived 45 minutes later, we were informed the wait would be an hour and a half. Where was our call ahead? Well, because of local graduations in Cheyenne, they had stopped taking reservations that afternoon, and no call ahead was in place. We were a bit upset, but asked to speak to the manager on duty. Gabrielle listened our concern, and let us know the challenge. Then she went to work and had us seated within 15 minutes. It saved the evening from being a disaster on what was otherwise a glorious day. Our waiter was extremely attentive and we found that our bill included a $50 gift card applied as well. Needless to say, this crew deserves a big Thank You for going above and beyond to help ensure we were able to celebrate the big event. read more

On 5/05/20 we decided to use a $100 gift card we were given and ended up ordering $135 worth of food to be picked up curbside. Unfortunately, the food was anything but good. In particular, the Zuppa was, I think, incredibly old. It was literally colored green, the kale was soggy and discolored, and the sausage was actually white. In the end, I couldn't in good faith serve it to my family for fear of a illness. The fettuccine alfredo wasn't very good either, and our salad was rusty. With that said, the take and bake shells and cheese were pretty good. I get that in these COVID times, things aren't as they might usually be, but I'd recommend Olive Garden not provide curbside if they can't serve fresh food. It's not particularly safe, and I felt like I wasted my money. To be fair, the staff person was nice and friendly, and we didn't have to wait long. read more

I should and would only give this three stars but the food is exceptional. This bathroom in particular did not have sinks with sensors. For a large chained business that strike up to be more than your average wine and dine I'm amazed the bathroom did not have they nor did they have automatic dryers/paper towel dispensers. I'm really appalled by the lack of care for their latrine facility. It wasn't run down by any means but I expect a little more out of their bathroom for an Olive Garden. I generally strictly review bathrooms on yelp which deserves 3 stars but the food gave it an extra star. No matter how phenomenal my experience was at Olive Garden, this place will not get a full 5 stars due to the latrine. read more
