The food was consistent but I was really disappointed they did not have shiner Bock what you would think they will have from Texas Roadhouse any restaurant the house the name assess Texas should have to beverages shiner Bock and Tito's vodka since I don't drink vodka I asked for a shiner Bock and they didn't have it I ordered a Coors light which was just as bad because the first sip of beer I got a piece of glass stuck in my lip good thing I didn't walk over glass cuz I would have been a whole different situation read more

The ladies restrooms were absolutely disgusting, a lock in the girls room was broken... I could only imagine what the mens looked like. Our server had hair all over her clothing, forgot to ring our order up and when we got it, it was an incorrect order. Went in with a party of 6 on 12/10/2021 our server started off with "I've been here since 10 am so I'm tired." That's when I knew it was going to be down hill. I had ordered a salad with my meal so did just about everyone else, salads came mine never came. Finally asked someone for my salad, it gets brought out and I had asked for ranch and was served blue cheese, i then asked another server for a new salad with ranch I was served blue cheese again. Our food came and everyone had ordered mashed potato's and she had said they were out so we all ordered baked potato's. Well she sat everyone food down asked if we needed any napkins and walked away, well I wasn't done talking and had to seriously yell for her to come back to ask for my baked potato they were out. So everyone but myself got all of our food. She came back with checks, never asked if we wanted ant desert in which we were all wanting a desert. But after we got our checks laid down just about everyone was ready to leave.. In the last 2 months that place has gone down hill. Not sure that we will be back anytime soon. read more

My wife and I loved Texas Roadhouse in Findlay until this year. The first problem was about a year ago+/-. The roll oven was down, no rolls. This can happen, it is called life. But the rolls are awesome, we missed them. A couple of months ago we were there and the baked potatoes were like they were reheated from the night before. The skins were almost black and the inside was deep faded yellow, the white of the (yellow in this case) potato just fell away from the skin, stale tasting. You could not even chew the skins. The manager did bring more potatoes out but were just as bad. Other individuals were complaining also. Manager took potatoes off of bill. The corn was just as bad, stale. The manager was very nice and apologized. Next was just a few days ago. The rolls were nothing but dough in the middle, not cooked. Other rolls were brought out, just as bad. We were not the only table complaining about the rolls. More rolls were brought out to our and other tables. Not much better. I think these problems have something to do with cooks (not a Chief) turnover. We have given Texas Roadhouse gift cards to friends so we do enjoy the food most of the time. I normally do not write a long review but something needs to change in the kitchen. We may return late summer to see if things have changed. read more

We were seated promptly even though it was almost a full house. We were waited on promptly. My wife ordered a filet. The waitress insisted it would be 45 minutes unless it was butterflied. My wife grudgingly gave in. Our food came in 15 minutes. They forgot one of our sides. They went and found it in a short amount of time. My ribs varied between slightly warm and tepid. I didn't send them back. Our sides were hot and tasty. I have never had a bad experience before at Texas Roadhouse. This was our first timer to eat in Findlay. read more

Took forever, AC must be broken. 93F outside, 80F inside. Couldn't enjoy my meal cuz it was sooo hot inside. My family of 5 all hot and sweaty. Kids steak was supposed to be med rare and came out well done. No waitresses to correct it. I have not seen a themed chain restaurant that has been able to have the longevity of Texas Roadhouse. I have been to several different locations over the past fifteen years and found the food and service to always be the best you will find for this type of food at this price point. This was my first visit to this location. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and attentive. My waitress (Sage) did an outstanding job. The staff really seems to enjoy working here. My food arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was prepared exactly to my specifications. They are almost never any changes to the menu but in their case if that is how they manage to deliver the consistency and quality I wouldn't change a thing. My wife and I went for dinner celebrating Fathers Day. I have been to a number of restaurants lately and my experiences have not been good. Not this restaurant! From the server Justice, to my wife's filet and my sirloin, my dining experience exceeded my expectations. Justice the server was very attentive and gave us great recommendations on what to order. We were here on a Saturday night, arriving around 5pm so just before the rush was in full swing. There were six of us in our party and we were seated within minutes of our arrival. The positives were the server was attentive and did a good job of refilling beverages and bringing the food good and hot. The salad was delicious as always, rolls were replaced after the kids quickly ate the initial basket. I ordered the BBQ chicken breast that was unfortunately a bit dry. One of the kids ordered a cheeseburger that no one seemed to like. I thought the cheese fries were also a bit greasy but maybe that comes with the territory. All in all a good experience. read more

We arrived an hour before closing. It wasn't busy at all. It took about 5 minutes for our server Kelsey to come to our table I ended up getting my salad AFTER my meal came. She never came back to check on us until we were ready to leave. I had to walk up and find my own a1 sauce since she never brought it and I didn't eat my chili since she didn't bring any crackers. And we had to ask for butter for the rolls...never got any bread plates. My chili was brought out in a togo cup instead of a regular dish not classy. Normally I would of tipped 30 percent. I was visiting family in Findlay and while they love to eat here, I do not. I have been to this location a handful of times and each time, the experience has left me wondering why my family loves it here so much. Each time I have been here I have ordered a Margarita, steak, cheese fries and side dishes. This last time the Margarita was very sour and the only saving grace of the entire drink was the rim had sugar instead of salt. The well done porterhouse steak (16oz) was tough and very dry with at least a quarter of it being a huge chuck of fat. The cheese fries did not even make it out as an appetizer because the waitress had forgotten but she did apologize and offer to either cancel the order or bring it out now. I said no since our entrees were being served but still disappointed. The side dishes were either very mushy (steamed vegetables) or very salty (season rice and mac and cheese). All the side dishes tasted like it had been made early in the morning and left to sit out all day and served to us for dinner. I am giving two stars because the rolls and honey butter are always fantastic, fresh and plentiful. However, this experience and past experiences make me want to suggest other places to eat next time I am in town. read more

Traveling on business, and this was close to the hotel. Here for dinner. Set up the bar since I was traveling alone and had company with all the TVs showing sports. Place was pretty busy this evening but I was attended two fairly quickly. Was told about the specials, And was not rushed to place an order. They have a nice option on their menu that's called a veggie plate. You select for items from the sides and combine those together for your meal. You can only pick one salad, however that was fine. I also chose sweet potato with butter and brown sugar on the side, A cuppa chili, and mix vegetables. Everything came out as I expected and was hot and fresh. I do stop here about once a month and normally get the same thing but I have options since I can choose any of the sites to mix it up. Only cost about 10 bucks which makes for a nice later dinner. Staff was friendly and had a couple people waiting on me which is nice so you don't have to wait for a single service. Keep up the good work Texas roadhouse! read more

Well after a night of basketball we decided to have a nice meal. First off our waitress was alright. Two of us ordered chicken the exact same way with different sides. One came out as ordered the other did not. It was a "kitchen" screw up. Another one in my party ordered Steak Medallions. He ordered them medium well, which is supposed to be slight pink inside. It was more like rare/medium rare!!! We ended the night by ordering a carry out and asked for rolls to go with it. Go figure they were all OUT of rolls. How exactly does that happen?? We did speak to the manager and received a $10 credit on our bill but that was a slap in the face when my bill was $70!!! That is after the $10 credit. While the food was delicious there were a couple of things that were not good. First of all, quite a bit of the help spent time chatting up the table next to us. Rather unprofessional in my humble opinion but honestly I would have let that slide if it weren't for the debacle with the check. My sister and I went with coupons that were purchased from a rhetts syndrome auction. NOT free coupons, PURCHASED coupons. When she tried to use both coupons on one ticket she was told that only one coupon was allowed per ticket so we were going to separate and pay for our own tickets, but the waitress came back and informed us that we could only use one per table. How convenient. And it did not say that on the coupon and I have NEVER heard of such a thing. Won't be coming back here for sure. But may I suggest that maybe if you aren't busy enough to keep your employees engaged, you shouldn't schedule so many to work and then you can afford to honor your coupons. read more

This experience was probably my worst at any Texas Roadhouse and I've been all over the US. We were seated quickly because of the call ahead seating (7:45pm also). Drinks and appetizer came quick as well. After that I thought they lost our order and low and behold 30 minutes later our food was at our table. The 12oz. Prime rib that I ordered looked and tasted like it was under a heat lamp for the last 3 hours. If I ever eat there again and get another prime rib like that, I will be surely sending it back. Then I paid through the app and I was stopped by our waitress saying that I didn't pay because it's not showing up in their system. I had to show her in the app that the payment was confirmed and after somebody showed her how to use the computer correctly and it miraculously showed up. Pleasantly surprised to have such a good experience at a corporate chain restaurant, especially with a group of 6. Traveling from Columbus to Detroit & this was our halfway point. Our server was Amazing! Super friendly, very attentive & everything came out really quickly. My pork chop was slightly raw in the middle, (why 4 stars & not 5) but it was so big I couldn't eat all of it anyway. When our beers were empty she had another coming. I'm kicking myself for not remembering her name, otherwise I'd recognize her on this review. She really had it together & took everything in stride like a pro. read more

my boyfriend and i often go here for their margaritas. tonight when we ordered them, the waitress asked for our ID which we gave her. she then came back to ask for them again to get checked by a manager since they are out of state IDs. i can't imagine it's extremely uncommon for people to come in with out of state IDs considering the restaurant is 5 mins away from a college campus. the manager came back to our table and asked for secondary forms of identification. i asked what would work and she said any other form of ID. i was able to show her my temporary over 21 ID and she said she would be able to serve me, but couldn't serve my 24 year old boyfriend because he didn't have a second form of ID. not sure how that makes sense since we are both out of state but from the same state, so our IDs are identical. waitress comes back with our food and i ask if my drink is coming out, she repeats that she wasn't comfortable serving alcohol since we have out of state ID, i explain that i showed secondary ID to manager and she said she'd serve me. manager comes back and says she thought another manager came over but she decided not to serve either of us since we have out of state ID. i asked if they don't have any device to scan our ID since they literally have a bar, but apparently not. so i guess i should keep my birth certificate in my wallet to have as a third form of ID? what normal person over 21 carries multiple forms of ID to a restaurant where they have already been served alcohol numerous times? they had zero explanation and didn't offer any sort of discount. we definitely won't be returning again to this restaurant. read more

Terrible service from server Ashley. Never came back to ask how our food was prepared. Steaks cooked well done when they were asked to be cooked medium. By the time the manager asked how things were going the other family members were almost done with their meals. Charged wrong price for meal. Waited forever for a box to take remaining rolls home. Asked to talk to manager. She said if she knew about the issues she would have brought another steak. She KNEW about problems!! We did not want to wait another half hour for steak to be cooked. The last time our steaks were so tough we could not even chew the meat. Steaks replaced with ones that were as tough as the first ones. Celebrating a birthday today also. No one ever acknowledged granddaughters birthday after telling 3 servers. It will be a long time before we eat again at Texas Roadhouse in Findlay. read more

Horrible experience for my birthday. Mellissa Keels was the manager and she was beyond rude to me on my birthday multiple times. Our food didn't come out for over an hour then only 5/8 people got there food. Then after another twenty minutes the other two people got their food. So it's my birthday and I have waited for my food for well over an hour. Lill comes to me saying that my portabella mushroom chicken was almost out (totally not like Texas Roadhouse). Then my food comes out from the manager and has the wrong sauce and has onions completely covering the chicken. I took one bite and said "this sauce is wrong and it is covered in onions". Mellissa responds with "I saw them do it so I know it's right". It was completely wrong and I told her "I get this every time I come here and know what's on it. This is smothered chicken". Mellissa continuously cut me off and snapped back about how it was right after several workers and customers said it was wrong. My family and I will not be back to this location for sure. I am conflicted about how many stars to leave in this review. This is my one and only time visiting this location and honestly don't have any negative reviews about the food or the service. I ordered the salmon, Caesar salad and sweet potato. The salmon was well cooked and the service was good. My issue was chomping down on a large piece of plastic in my salad. I thought it was an extra crispy crouton but when I spit it out it was a cap... like a toothpaste cap! It even had the pointy thing in the middle that you would use to puncture a foil seal on something. It was quite hard and I am thankful I didn't break a tooth. I informed the waitress and the manager did come over and apologize and my meal was free.. they did what they could to make it right which was nice, but now as I am looking back, ... Gross! I cannot think of anything in a commercial kitchen that would have come with a cap so small which means it was probably someone's personal item. I don't even know what to think about this except .. eww! read more

Was there last night. I liked it and so did my husband. The service was fantastic! Everyone that came to our table was exceptional, especially our waitress. The rolls and butter, YUM!!! the salad was very good. Would be nice if they had more selection for the dressings. My steak was good, not great but good! My husband said his was very good. They were the sirloin steaks. Mine was a little fatty at the one end, probably because I got the 6oz. My husbands was not at all fatty. All that doesn't matter because it was a nice dinner and the servers were great.! Very happy that you have a small steak for the person with a small appetite. Yah! I am a fan!!!!!!!!!! read more

I've stopped in at Texas Roadhouses in various locations, so the menu and ambiance were as expected. The staff was friendly, and the server was careful and attentive. Sirloin was good, so made a nice stopover passing through town. Normally, would give 4 stars for the meal, but this really was the friendliest service I've seen from a restaurant in a while. My family and I stopped in here tonight for a late supper. Had approximately a five minute wait . We were seated promptly with rolls and cinnamon butter, they are the best! Our waitress had to wait so I could run our three year old son to the little mans room. As soon as we sat back down, she was right there to take our orders. We had to wait a little longer it seemed like for our salads to come out and seemed it took a little longer than it should have to get our meals out to us. But we survived the wait. My wife and son had chicken nuggets and vegetables. My wife said that they were very tender and better than the big chicken strips they use to serve. Our daughter had the two mini cheeseburgers and fries. She enjoyed what she had and she saved one cheeseburger for tomorrow. I had the porter house T-Bone. The Lima location, I always have to order my steak medium to get medium well. So that is what I did here tonight. When I cut into my steak and I got what I ordered, a medium cooked steak! I was not disappointed at all! It was a little pinker than what I usually get but it was tender and delicious! I can honestly say, I will order it medium again when we go back. Our waitress was great, checked up on us numerous times and always had a smile on her face. Thank You Cassandra for being a wonderful waitress! I am still going to give this review a five.
