Jalapenos chopped up finely, carrots super finely shredded and they I guess did away with the teriyaki sauce so i went with 3G. thats it ! now this location and this company is down to the final star. as for the store its poorly ran and ran by lazy employees and im guessing its also a lazy manager. twice I showed up and the manager just wears his 49ers jacket and stands around doing absolutely nothing while the restaurant gets filled with patrons and he just stands there doing nothing to help out. not even in uniform he just sits there just looking at people and stays on his phone or just stares knowing his staff is getting over whelmed by customers and orders. and not only the manger is lazy but you look at the store and its dirty you have a slow cook getting a bunch of orders not wearing a cap when cooking or to cover his beard and hair. it doesn't take 20mins or more to cook food but then again he has over ten different bowls waiting on the counter and the manager is just sitting at the table doing nothing so I can't blame him. nobody is refilling the meats or veggies because well there's nobody there to take care of it since they only have a few staff members. you have another one wearing an orange hoodie with headphones just hanging out with the manger sitting down and every so often picks up bowls and refills it. does he even work there? as for the company side of things they need to hire a better group of staff or something else because this restaurant is poorly ran. the price of food to eat here is beyond crazy I used to be able to get a large bowl with a drink and tip for $21 or below and now I pay $40 thats crazy it takes me $40 just to eat a bowl of food and a drink. large bowl $25 drink $5 egg $2.50 mango flavor $1 tip $7 all they do is drop off the food and give you drink refills and thats it. tipping needs to be removed and let customers refill their own drinks because they are really not doing anything other then getting people to tip just for getting a refill and dropping off the bowl. the layout of the food. needs to be changed and they need to hire staff that waits in that area incase there's somebody who needs help. im only 5'9 and I have to slouch over just so I can reach food thats further in the back all while having that sneeze guard glass rubbing close to my face. and I see short people sticking their heads under the sneeze guard and into the food area so that they can reach the food in the back and I see their hair on that food that defeats the point of having a sneeze guard its gross and very disgusting. I won't be back here or to eat at this restaurant thats too expensive when honestly ill just make it at home. read more

I want to compliment Genghis Grill on the job they did accommodating our large party. We had around 14 people gather here for a birthday boy who loves this place. They had our tables set up and ready when we arrived and had servers who were on point and taking care of us from start to finish. It was a great place for a group since everyone pretty much creates their own bowls and they have something for everyone. Tons of meat, veggie and sauce choices and everything is cooked to order. They also took great caution when I informed them I was allergic to shell fish and they made sure to show me how they separated my food from everyone else's and even cleaned the grill before putting my food on. (I know they do this anyway, but they made sure I was extra comfortable with everything before proceeding). Kudos to the cooks. They were awesome as were the servers.
