A Well-Oiled Machine Texas Roadhouse is one of my go-to restaurants when I'm travelling in the US. I like the food and the the quality seems to be consistent no matter which location you visit. The Grove City location is no different as the staff are well-trained, they can handle high volume and they seem to know the menu well enough to be able to answer any questions you may have. On this visit, I ordered some of my Texas Roadhouse favourites. I started with their Texas Red Chili which is always delicious and flavourful and a great starter. For the main course, I ordered a Texas-Size combo with a sirloin and grilled shrimp. The meal also came with fluffy mashed potatoes served with a massive amount of gravy and a side of steamed vegetables. The steak was cooked to a medium as I ordered and I liked the garlic bread that the grilled shrimp sits on. Overall another consistent quality meal from Texas Roadhouse.

It has been over 15 years since I've been to A roadhouse and it was about the same as I remember. Fast casual, with a bar like ambiance, and lots of steak choices. I like that they have the steak in the window so you can see what you're ordering. Wait staff was pretty accommodating however having the bill receipt station on your table the entire meal is a turn off. Regardless, opted out on bread because my husband is celiac and I don't need four rolls. Got the filet which was cooked as requested but lacked salt and flavor. I hate using the steak sauce but when I tried it was too tangy, not like A1 which was my expectation. Baked potato and salad were good. My husbands ribeye was also cooked as requested but similar feedback on flavor. The green beans were in a vinegar base and mushy so we would pass there but the loaded potato was great. Lastly every table had an advertisement hanging over your head. Clever to make a few more bucks but brought the ambiance down more. Even had to call an old friend to ask if that was normal since she is a frequenter and she said no. So perhaps just this location. Hey it was edible and they were fast so it's doable.

I placed a take-out order at Texas Roadhouse and overall had a great experience! The food was flavorful and fresh-- the rice was a bit mushy and the shrimp slightly overcooked, but still tasty I was big backing it down my throat. I'd give it an 8/10 and will definitely be back to sit in for service One suggestion: for safety and sanitary reasons, It would be better not to use plastic containers on top of the salad place then on the side. The to-go staff sometimes linger away from the window which can make the food colder and affect freshness. Also, I know having orders ready right on time is hard when the house is packed but we like freshness as well on the pick-up event smoother. Small improvements aside, Texas Roadhouse is still a solid choice for take-out

Enjoyed a delicious lunch with friends. Everything was delicious and drinks never went empty. Our server was on top of things and the only mistake was adding shrimp to one of the meals. It was comped without us even asking. Very loud atmosphere so it's hard to have a lot of conversation but always a great place to visit. Everything was clean and comfortable. Always happy to return!

Our servers were great and the saddle-up birthday shout-out was great. GRILLED SHRIMP APPETIZER Seasoned shrimp drizzled with garlic lemon pepper butter and served on toasted fresh-baked bread

Went to T.R. on Sunday night and my daughter found a worm in her Broccoli, would like to thank T.J. the manager for removing the 3.49 off our bill. Our waitress was stunned that was all he was doing, so thank you again T.J. for a job well done that night. Waitress Martha was AMAZING, this review is based solely on the terrible management job that T.J. did.

They were slammed tonight but that is to be expected on a Saturday. My only issue is they have no wifi and the cell service in this area is atrocious. It took a little over an hour, but we did sign in via app to help before leaving home (but we did have to tell the host about the zero cell service because we never received a text probably due to the cell service). The food was pretty good. We were please with flavor and quantity/size. Our waitress was mediocre, on top of it but not overly friendly though. We wondered if she had had a bad day or was flustered with the crowd? Overall, it was a good experience. The food was great and the cinnamon butter for the rolls are BEYOND amazing! It is definitely one of our favorite things to eat at Texas Roadhouse!

Needed lunch and thought about North High Street, but was not already mentally preparing to fight for parking like it's a Black Friday sale in 2003. Audible called. Swung into Grove City instead. Smart move. Possibly my best decision since I stopped trusting gas station hotdogs. After some extensive research (opened Yelp Columbus judged harshly, moved on), I had three requirements: 1. Not a cookie-cutter chain 2. Somewhere new 3. A menu that wouldn't trigger "I don't see anything I like" syndrome Enter: Broadway Plates & Pints 4008 Broadway, Grove City Grove City is that sweet spot... close enough to Columbus to feel alive, but still has that "people wave at you for no reason" energy. Parked on the street like a rookie, only to later discover there's parking behind everything. If you can't find a spot, just check the rear. Yes, I said it. Walked in, grabbed a seat. Smaller place, but in a good way. Elevated tables, bar seating, normal tables for us normal-ish folks. Big windows for prime people-watching. My dimpled sidekick even got a wave from a random passerby. #Friendly #ShesGotFans Then... plot twist... Cleveland Ketchup Company Ketchup sitting on the table. Didn't even know ketchup could have a hometown. #OH.. All-natural, Ohio-made, no junk. And yeah... it's actually really good. The Bald Bunch supports local, even if it's tomatoes living their best life. Check Cleveland Ketchup Company out. They have plenty of locally sourced condiment options. #supportlocal Server Emma B rolls up, keeps it simple. Water and a Michelob ULTRA for me. Because hydration matters... and so does survival. We were starving, so appetizer time: Fried Mozzarella Triangles Hot, crispy, did the job. Not life-changing, not disappointing. The Toyota Camry of appetizers. Reliable. Gets you where you need to go. Now the menu... solid lineup. Burgers, wings, calzones, sandwiches, enough options to make commitment issues flare up. I was bouncing between a calzone, Italian sub, or burger... Then I saw it... THE KRAKEN And listen... you don't order The Kraken. You summon it. This thing shows up like it just crawled out of the Atlantic looking for revenge: * THREE patties (because one or two is for amateurs) * Bacon * American cheese * Caramelized onions * Onion ring * Steak aioli * Brioche bun * AND a honey butter pretzel sitting on top like a crown Just in case was not already enough calories. This wasn't lunch. This was a full-contact event. Immediately ate the onion ring and honey butter pretzel solo like a savage. Then went to work. Multiple napkins required. Not first-date safe. Not job interview safe. Possibly not OSHA approved. But man... it was GOOD. Patties cooked right. Bacon had that perfect bite. Aioli and onions brought it all together like a greasy symphony. Left full... borderline questioning life choices... but zero regrets. Fries? Solid. Pretzel Topper? Sneaky good. Honestly might go back just for those. Service? Emma B crushed it. Drinks stayed filled, no disappearing act, no "I'll be right back" and then vanishing into another dimension. Now... let's talk price. $54.25 for lunch. Look... I get it. Everything costs more now. But I'm still gonna complain about it like it's my full-time job. Either prices come down or someone needs to give me a raise. Preferably both. And one more thing... Beer was cold. BUT NOT IN A FROSTED MUG. Unacceptable. Somewhere, Congress is wasting time when they could be solving real issues like this. Draft beer should never warm up mid-drink. That's just science. Final Rating: ‍‍‍‍ - 4 out of 5 Bald Heads Pros: * Parking (once you stop ignoring the back lot like I did) * Great people-watching windows * Filling, legit good food * Friendly, attentive staff Cons: * No frosted mugs (we can fix this, I believe in you) * Prices... but also, apparently I just complain now #OldMan If you're cruising through Grove City and want solid food, a relaxed vibe, and a burger that might require a waiver... this is your spot. And - order some Ohio Condiments at Cleveland Ketchup Company. #FreeShipping #SupportLocal #BaldApproved #ReleaseTheKraken

I was getting ready to leave a review and it says "update review" lol. Oops. Wings are still solid, the boneless are a Sisco or Costco standards but I had to try them. I'll definitely order the Pork rinds over fries. They came out hissing and popping like a plate of fajitas and were awesome. Dunking them in the hot garlic butter was a bonus, damn near spiritual experience. Wash it down with whatever IPA the bartender grabbed me and I'm in heaven. Run the BBQ Costco homeless wings thru the Hot Garlic butter and suddenly the game changes. Now I realize it's all about the sauce. Somebody create an "It's all about the sauce" t-shirt and I'm buying one. I swear these pork rinds are regenerating. Or I need to ask the bartender exactly what I'm drinking. Wrapping it up, I probably would skip the homeless wings. They remind me of the at home air fryer bottom dwellers. So stick to wing wings. OK I'm finished. And I still have a full plate of regenerating pork rinds.

I have to say, the baked potato was one of the better baked potatoes I've ever had. It was just perfect, crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, and it tasted really good. I told the server, whatever you're doing, and wherever you're getting those potatoes from, don't change a thing. The baked potato was just perfect. I had a hamburger that was also very delicious. I did ask for the sauce on the side, and I'm glad I did, because I didn't love the sauce, but the burger itself was just plain outstanding. Really delicious. It was perfectly cooked and had a nice smoky undertone. I don't usually love salads, but my salad was crisp, delicious, and made just the way I like it. The tomatoes were especially fresh and good for this time of year. The server was very attentive. I know she had a lot of tables, but she took care of me perfectly. Serving sizes are large, and I should also add that the bread is really, really good and comes out hot with real butter. Honestly, when I get margarine in a restaurant, that's a big knock for me. I know butter costs a little more, but it makes a big difference. The bread was perfectly cooked, soft on the inside with a nice little bit of a crunch to it. I'd characterize it as kind of a wheat bread with maybe a little bit multi-grains added in... but it was pretty standard wheat but very delicious. Normally I complain abour beverages that cost three dollars and fifty cents... the truth be told the overall price was reasonable for the meal as a whole.
