Very, very average. I love a good BBQ. This wasn't it for me. There is certainly alot to like here. Big space, good service, cheap beer, lots of TVs. But the food just doesnt make the cut. My steak was over cooked and maybe would not have been that tasty if it was cooked correctly. The sides sre so small! I ordered mashed potatos and baked beans. Both of these came out in bowls about twice the size of a Dixie cup. Not that it mattered. They were very plain anyway. For me, this place would only be for the cheap beer and appetizer specials in the future. read more

This place has never one of my favorites, but my visit tonight takes the cake. Both mine and my friend's steaks were undercooked and hard to chew, there were chunks of uncooked potato in my mashed potatoes, and our server was too rushed to leave to offer us rolls or drink refills. This was evident as she nearly hit my car leaving the parking lot! She did send over a manager who ended up giving us a $10 card for our next visit. My date and I ordered the same thing. A 8 ounce steak. That night the 8 ounce was on special. My date wanted shrimp as well. I agreed. The server rang up to combo platters instead of our 2 steaks with an order or side shrimp. I ended up paying much more. My date and I had a really good time and I didn't want to make a big deal over the upcharge on the bill. A good server would of ensured we got a side order of shrimp so we still received the special price on the steak. I tipped the server 20%. I made sure to personally thank her and even told her boss she was great. My date really liked the drink she recommended. I went home and checked my credit card bill a few days later. The waitress added a dollar to her tip. Not the end of the world but it's not the amount is the principle. I let her slide on the combo orders and not just getting us the appetizer of shrimp w our meal. I was nice enough to pull her supervisor aside to compliment her. Gave her a appropriate tip and she had the nerve to STEAL from me. I'm holding the receipt in my hand and looking at the account. So this roadhouse can burn to the ground. Lost my business completely. If I ever get dragged into this place again I'm paying with cash and stiffing the help. I'll refuse to be stolen from, especially being the perfect customer. read more

Called ahead for seating for 6 and a high chair....after waiting 45 minutes passed the time reserved we were seated at a high table for 6 adults and a high chair that couldn't reach the table and then told we were sat at the incorrect table and asked to pick up our plates and silverware and rolls to stand and wait until the table was cleaned that was suppose to be ours. They then seated another party at the table that was suppose to be ours. While holding our plates, utensils and rolls while standing in the aisle a hostess came and grabbed the rolls and placed them back under the lamp and we watched them go to another table....apparently COVID safety is not imperative to this restaurant. After standing in the way of customers and servers waiting for the table for another 25 minutes we were told three different times it would just be a minute. After about 15 of those minute they grabbed our silver ware and plates from our hands and also placed them in circulation. I had to ask for management to come speak even know they knew there was a problem. When speaking to the manager regarding items from our hands being placed into circulation to others she said oh that shouldn't happen. We were finally seated at our table and our waitress was lovely but we never got asked by management how our visit was or even saw the manager after finally getting a table. The manager never closed the loop on our poor service. It's a shame the management lacks customer service skills to do their job correctly. We had reservations for 540pm and ended leaving the restaurant at 820pm with just eating and leaving. read more

Been going downhill over time. The first time we went was in 2009, and the prime rib was excellent. We went probably every other month to begin with, but as the food got worse, our visits became more infrequent. The last time we went was in 2015, the prime rib literally tasted like beef jerky. My wife has vomited from the food, and I almost followed suit. We go every once in a while to see if they've fixed their issues, but find ourselves getting more and more disappointed as it just gets worse with each visit. My coworker and I travel a lot for work, and usually Texas Roadhouse is a safe bet. This one fell way short. My coworker had to send her steak back twice because they couldn't cook it medium well. I asked for horseradish when my meal was delivered. After asking 3 other servers, and completing my meal the manager finally offered to bring it, but my meal was done. Sadly folks this place is the only steakhouse around. I don't know if it's the cooks or the server that's to blame but My food is never hot. Ever. And the steak is never cooked the way I want it. No matter what I tell them. I only returned back because in the winter it's hard to grill your own steak but thank god it's summer. Anyone can cook a better steak than this place. i've spent countless birthdays here and also have been to birthday dinners for family here. They bring the saddle up and give you a plastic cowboy hat... fun times. I'm literally OBSESSED with their rolls and cinnamon butter. I have about 30 "copycat" pins of it on pinterest ;) I always get different things here but the steak is good as well as chicken fingers. This place is very chain like.. It screams cheesy steak house.. But the atmosphere is fun and the food is good. I don't think I have ever gotten a meal from here that I didn't like. Although I also haven't gotten anything that blew me away. My 13 year old loves the place, I think it has a lot to do with the line dancing and the birthday cowboy hats people get when the staff sings to them. The ribs are pretty good and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I would normally give them 3 stars for food and atmosphere, but my child LOVES this place and after going probably 4 thousand times I have never once had a problem. read more

This is a pretty safe choice to go with the family. There's a wide variety of items and the environment is pretty laid back. We took my mom to the movies and decided to stop in since it's right across the street. The service was impressive. I'm not into the dinner rolls like every one else seems to be but if you're into sweet things you would probably love them. They serve them warm with some cinnamon butter. The salad was the best thing I had which I wasn't expecting at all. My family ordered the onion petals but they were a little on the raw side. Not even the sauce could save those things. Points taken off for that for me. Other than that pretty nice spot for lunch or dinner close to the theater. Great if you want to grab dinner before a movie without worrying about making it on time. Nothing compares to Texas Roadhouse. We went here Sunday night for my boyfriends birthday and as always it was an excellent choice. They always have the delicious rolls with cinnamon butter that are completely addictive and the food is great and really reasonably priced which makes it even better. I recommend the sweet potato with butter and cinnamon, and obviously the steak is always perfect. The barbecue chicken is also really good. Those are just my personal favorites though...the only thing I've ever had that I didn't like were the loaded fries, they were kind of soggy and not really seasoned at all, not what I expected. The service is usually pretty fast even when they're busy, and you can call ahead and reserve a table which I would recommend on Friday and Saturdays as well as holidays because you will definitely have a wait. read more

I love the rolls they have with cinnamon butter. Entirely killer. I can't choose a favorite meal but the steak is one that stands out. Juicy and very flavorful. The broccoli is also cooked very very good. In the kids menu they have broccoli as a side (not a surprise) but my kids actually really like it. It's juicy just like the steak. Really everything you hear about this restaurant is true. It's delicious! When you walk in the have big bins of peanuts. Had a 8oz Sirloin (cooked to perfection!) some incredible Green Beans (with Bacon!) and a side of Shrimp (came on small bread pads to absorb the grease I think). Shrimp was great, green Beans awesome, and the Steak was perfectly seasoned. I was very surprised by the flavor, was not expecting such good tasting food at a chain restaurant. I went to the bar to have a bloody Mary and some lunch after shopping on Labor Day. I sat down at the bar and the bartender yelled from the back of the bar and asked me how I was today. I answered and ordered a Bloody Mary. She asked for my Id which I already had prepared because even though I'm about to turn 26 at the end of the month, I usually always get IDed. My license was issued about a year and 9 months ago when I had darker hair. The bartender in a loud voice is arguing and yelling that this is not me and that the ABC liquor control had been in the area or her bar recently. At this point, everyone in the surrounding area is staring because she is talking so loud because she was SO sure that I was underage and part of the ABC coming to bust her. The manager comes over and looks at my license after being summoned by the bartender as she loudly explain the situation as they walk over. The manager left after I showed her my ID. I was humiliated and upset that the bartender would be so loud and obnoxious. It would have been okay if they whole bar and surrounding area weren't aware of the situation. I have never had an issue with ID in any other situation: bar, flying on an airplane, Vegas, buying anything that required an ID, etc. due to the fact it is indeed me. The bartender also thought she really "caught me" because I went to leave as she was making the drink because I was so upset. she yelled "have a nice day" just loud enough for everyone to hear it. I frequently come to Texas Roadhouse but this experience has not been a good one. We waited a long time for our food. I got a chicken salad and asked to add fries to my salad. When my salad came, I got one french fry and undercooked chicken. After bringing the multiple issues to the managers attention, she brought me new chicken and fries, however, that chicken was also undercooked. Very disappointed. read more

Where do i begin? I know , let me start with the 5' tall 300lb "hostess". By the time she got us to our seats she was completely out of breath and breathing like a thoroughbred that just ran a race. That said. Her breath could knock the horse over! My take from that. BRUSH YOUR TEETH, FLOSS AND LOSE WEIGHT!! NOW let's get to the meal.. A salad with blue cheese and blue cheese crumbles. NOT a giant hunk of blue cheese and walk away! I ordered my steak medium rare because NONE of these so called steak hoses KNOW WHAT a medium steak is. My steak came at a PERFECT MEDIUM!!!! I also ordered a "Loaded Baked Potato", WHAT I got was a hard baked potato with sour cream. NO BUTTER, no bacon, no cheese, no chives. Yes they STILL TRIED TO CHARGE ME for a "LOADED BAKED POTATO". My wife ordered her steak "Medium". It came "Medium Well"!! more on the "WELL" side.. lastly, these servers must be way to busy to refill drinks because NOT ONCE did she (her name is Heather) come back and ask if I would like a refill. Well unless, if you consider when she brought the bill and asked. I'm calling corperate tomorrow to complain. I'll be calling the restaurant later to speak with a manager. Worst Texas Roadhouse I have ever been to. Went in, sat at the bar where there was only myself and 1 other guest. The bar looked like it hadn't been wiped down all night and even though I was cleaning a place for myself when the bartender came over she did nothing. Steak was ok, mashed potatoes and corn tastes like they came out of a can and were lukewarm. First drink was good but when I asked for a second, the bartender didn't refill my glass with ice or a new garnish. The whole time she was playing on her phone or talking to the other guest. I was 3/4 through my meal before she even checked on me. Would not recommend this place when there are a dozen other places close by. read more
