To start my review I would like to say the service was so bad, rude and unprofessional that they made my mother cry. If I could give this establishment negative stars I would. My mom came out of town to visit me and was so excited to come eat here. The hostess was very nice, however our experience was awful. Our server Maddy was not attentive, we understand being busy. So my mom asked a server that happened to walk by (Alexa) for a couple of straws. She brought them out, and then returned to the server area (where they bring food out, visible to guests). Alexa proceeded to tell our server that my mom rudely asked for straws making a face and then acting disgusted by my mother. She even called my mom a word that is extremely awful and I will not repeat. Alexa started laughing and Maddy and her continued talking horribly about my mother. Maddy came to our table right after, mind you they did all this in front of us. Then my mom asked if something was wrong, I followed by saying you know we can see and hear you right? And Maddy apologized and said "she shouldn't have said that, she shouldn't of said that! I'm sorry, I will get a manager.". The manager came and apologized, the whole time the manager was talking to us Maddy was in the corner laughing with several (up to 7 different servers, talking about us while staring at us and laughing). I have never had such an awful experience before. The manager comped the meal, which was appreciated but not the point. Horrible horrible horrible experience. If I could share any advice it would be to think twice about coming to this establishment. Maddy and Alexa both were incredibly rude and I don't believe they should be in a customer service field with the way they treated us, for absolutely no reason. The steak here is this good as any high-end steakhouse. Maybe even better. We always get the Dallas filet and it's always perfectly cooked. My only issue and it's one I have with so many restaurants these days, is that the so-called "background music" is way too loud. I'm beginning to wonder if everyone else is deaf. Not only did our waiter seem to understand egl very well but would ask you how things were and as your telling him an issue he would say ok and walk off ? so I don't think he understood a thing we said or cared. Spilt hot chesse dip on my daughter and her cloths but said nothing never refilled our drinks screw up or bill so had to re do it 3 times. My chili was room temperature, my fried steak was mostly grissel and fat but my family felt uncomfortable having to say anything to management and I didn't want to put them through it so we didn't go off in the restaurant. We were seated fairly quickly, but then sat there for 15 minutes before we decided to get up and leave. My napkin wasn't clean and one of my forks had a weird clump of food on it. We were sitting in our booth for 15 minutes and our server never showed up. The only other table seated in the same section as us got their drinks and food order put in by a MANAGER, who checked in on them. They were sat 10 minutes after we were. It wasn't even busy. I ordered a house salad which was good, but I didn't real use it came with hard boiled eggs chopped on top. It wasn't bad but not my favorite. The loaded mashed potatoes were crazy delicious! We have tried to eat at this location twice in the last year. And BOTH times we have walked out before even being sat. Tonight we called ahead to put ourselves on the waitlist. We were informed that the wait for a two top would be around 10-15 minutes. Fine. No worries. We get in and check in with the host stand and we're told that it would be 10ish minutes and we would get a text when our table was ready. We watched two other couples walk in after us, check in, and wait for their tables. Within 15-20 minutes, those two couples had already been sat and we were left waiting. My fiancé asked the host if we were going to be seated soon because we just watched two other two tops that had come in later get sat before us. The host expressed his apologies and promised us that we would be sat next. Saying that there must have been a "mix up". Another 15 minutes later we are still watching two and three tops being sat. We waited there for probably close to an hour before I couldn't stand being shoved in the corner by big groups of people all fighting their way to the host stand anymore. This is something I'd be more than willing to let go if this was not something we have experienced once before in the past at this location. We have ate at various locations before but this one never seems to have their crap together. We will never be visiting again. read more

We have been dining at this location for 15 plus years. Tonight was our last dinner there. They have really gone downhill. Food was ok, the staff had an attitude problem. I was refused a new table when I requested one. Our table didn't have a light bulb and we were td there was a short in the light fixture. So it was dark and we should have been moved. The waiter was a very uncaring person. He treated the older couple next to us badly. Looking forward to trying somewhere new next time. So are a great deal of others who have the same opinion. Honestly, after a lifetime of being an American I just visited a Texas Roadhouse for the first time in my life a few months ago. It was not a bad experience. I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and the service provided. Upon learning it was my first time there, the manager came over to our table and gave us some coupons for our next visit which I thought was really nice of them. The rolls where sweet, buttery and delicious. I had a salad with steak added (cooked to my liking and decently priced) and my bf had a steak smothered in gravy? I'm not sure but we both enjoyed our meals although neither one of us eats meat very often. read more

1st. Order the bone in ribeye. It's $38. Equivalent to a very nice $80 - $200 steak anywhere. Order sides. Get fried pickles. Get the burgers for $14. And remember to tell them how you want the temp on the meat. Don't get a cheap cut. We all know that. When a top end steak is $38 why go for a $20 steak. I guess it's just going to be disappointing. Always will be. I understand eating on a budget. But never had a sirloin that was delicious. Tough cut of meat. Try the country platters. Brilliant fried chicken with white gravy and sides. It's only 20 bucks. Try the fish and chips. My basic minimum guideline is simple. When I can't afford their bone in ribeye I will go with all of the others like a burger, fried chicken, fish and chips, sides but then that one Sunday comes up when I get the bone in ribeye. That is a wonderful day because I didn't go down to Shanahan's and get the same ribeye for $230. At that point they all taste the same. I really find this my go to steakhouse. I've been to all the top end steakhouses just to leave in a fright. Visits to these very expensive restaurants still haunt me to this day even though my company was paying for it, it's unconscionable. I never feel that way here. We arrived around seven on a week day. My sister in law reserved but wouldn't seat us until all the party there. The wait once we got there, wasn't too long maybe a few minutes. But was soon as those rolls came we choked on two baskets. It had been awhile since eating here. We ordered potatoes skim appetizers.Most of the party either got steak or fish. I ordered the fried car fish which our waiter said a lot people order. Actually enjoyed it because it had a textured batter and wasn't too fried. Color me impressed! It was crowded, but our waitstaff was helpful and went through extra mile and the food was really good. If you are a fried pickles fan I highly recommend theirs because the breading is spiced perfectly. The house salad had these tiny tomatoes and thr Italian dressing was really good. Then I had the salmon which was cooked well and tasty. Our waitress had no problem doing separate checks for each of the 7 of us. She even put our bills in order of how we sat at the table. We had dinner there Saturday night , it was very busy and the server was great, I usually have the burgers which are very good, I decided to order the prime rib and specifically asked for medium temp , it came out rare and was very tough so asked for a burger which came out very quickly and I was surprised by that but then realized it must have been sitting under the heating lamp for awhile, the bun was rock hard and the fries were dry, so I just ate the meat and it was ok. Don't ever go to this texas roadhouse again the workers and the manger tried to fight my family friend that i brought from out of town on my daughters birthday because it took over two hours to get our food and the waiter was trying to literally to get him to step out side to fight. Not to mention, Justin decided to run his mouth the whole entire time we were adding our order in and my family friend took it as disrespectful but just brought it up that it was disrespectful and that's when Justin decided to offer to fight him. Good food, moderate price. But let's be honest we really go there for the rolls and butter!! We went on a Thursday night around 7:30 & didn't expect it to be busy but we were wrong! Only had about a 15 minute wait though before we were seated. Our server Cydney was extremely friendly and attentive. Our drinks were never more than 1/2 empty which is much appreciated! On this trip my youngest had the Ranger rib basket with fries which was a nice size portion. My oldest ordered the 1/2 lb burger which he couldn't finish (typically unheard of!). My husband ordered the Chicken Critters (tenders) with fries and mac & cheese. I had the rib and chicken critter combo with a baked potato and house salad. The grilled chicken salad was the size of a dinner salad. The majority of the iceberg and little bit of romaine they put in was disgusting. The grilled chicken Caesar faired slightly better. The service has really improved at this location and we are excited to see that. I literally stopped coming here for 10 years because of how insanely bad the service was before, but I am glad we gave it another shot. The food is really good and I think a little better than the other comparable "steakhouses". We went during night 1 of Parker Days, so they were a little slower than usual. Seating was quick, and we grabbed a booth in the bar. We ordered two off the menu filets and some salads with veggie sides. The filets were perfect, just about as good as Golden Steer, or any top steakhouse in my opinion, at least than half the cost. Our server was very responsive and being able to pay via their tablet was nice as well. Tonight we went to the Parker Texas Roadhouse to celebrate Father's Day, Anniversary and Birthday They have a call ahead waitlist, which is a plus!! We get seated right away and Chris is our server. From the start he was amazing!! It is so true that your server at a restaurant makes a huge difference in your experience. He was personable, funny and if he wasn't working, we would have invited him to sit down and eat with us. He just knows how to connect with his customers. We noticed that he was like this with all his tables. He would be one I would ask to sit in his section next time. That is how good he was. Parker Texas Roadhouse is lucky to have him on their staff. Visited this restaurant a couple days ago. Staff were super friendly and atmosphere was clean. I got a 8oz sirloin with grilled shrimp. While the steak was great, my grilled shrimp tasted like it was sitting under a heat lamp for a few hours. It was salty, soggy, and super hot temperature wise. read more

To be honest, If I could give zero stars I would. There are too many thing to cover so I'm just going to touch on the most important. Someone other than our waitress delivered our side salads which for one, weren't ours, and she carried them to our table pressed up against her body. Huge health code violation. At one point our waitress attempted to clear some dirty plates off our table and when we mentioned we were still waiting on a glass of wine, she literally dropped the plates on the table and ran to the bar. Everything just crashed down and made a mess. We sat with a table of dirty plates, and no one cleared them before we left. My biggest pet peeve. According to my husband and kids the men's room was unusable. Food in the toilets and and trash all over the ground. I used the women's room on my way out and it was the filthiest thing I have ever seen. Worse than some hole in the wall bar downtown Denver. Trash overflowing, filthy EVERYTHING.
