This location is always busy but with 9 people they were ready to seat us in less than 5 min. We had to change to 6 as others were going to be longer than expected, Texas Roadhouse made the accommodation immediately and sat us quickly. Server was friendly with smile each time she came to the table. Food was good. Steaks were not cooked as expected, rare was more medium whereas the med rate was more rare. Granddaughter had med well and it was more medium rare. This didn't bother our table but could be an issue. The house salad is always good with eggs, tomato and cheese. And don't forget the rolls. As a pescatarian, I don't come to Texas Roadhouse often, but I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this meal. We started with the amazing rolls & cinnamon butter, a classic Texas Roadhouse staple! We also ordered the fried pickles to start, which is a family fav over here. I ordered the salmon, sweet potato (with butter and cinnamon) and a side salad. I always love their house side salads. The salmon was delicious and I loved the sauce it came with. The sweet potatoes were so sweet and yummy. Very memorable experience and by far one of my favorites. We had a trainee waiting our table and he was fantastic! Super polite and resolved any issue that happened at the table! I tried using the app. After placing my order, all I got was the spinning circle of death. So then I went to the takeout window and the girl could not get my phone number to pull up my account. So she called for the manager. The manager was able to resolve the problem. Then the landscaping crew started using their leaf blower and I could not hear what the person was saying. So I tried to come around to the side door to enter the building. It was locked. Someone let me in. I have a lot of back pain and so I had to sit in a folding chair to place my order. once we got my order placed, it was going to take 35 minutes. I could not sit in the folding chair for that long so I told the nice lady who was helping me never mind and I would just go. She tried to ask the manager who was still in the area if they could speed up my order. He said no. Then he turned to me and said "we're not a Burger King. " I will not be back. read more

I would definately pick one of the other utah loacations if given the chance to redo the night, Not than anything was terribly wrong but nothing was really right either, We did the waitlist and were seated in a timely manner on mothers day evening, and yes I took into consideration they were extra busy, But seemingly extremely well staffed. Now what went wrong Not much, I had to remind the server a few times for utensils eventually went to the server station and got them. mishap on ordering some items were wrong they fixed it or i just dealt with it because it wasn't a huge deal. I think they all assume we know how to work the table top POS system which was in a weird location I thought it was perhaps the other tables. and Id prefer not to use a wireless POS to pay with a card. I was told I had to use it or pay cash. I opted for cash. I also just told him to keep the change instead of waiting any longer to leave. so he got a slightly larger tip than i would have left based on his performance. I had to ask for to go containers. and a bag. I feel like we were there for about 25 minutes beyond when we would have liked to leave. just waiting for the server to come around to ask to pay and get to go containers. When he came by he asked if i didn't like my steak I said Im just full.. he said ok ill bring containers. I reminded him of the containers when I paid also. The reason I recommend going to the other locations is I've been really lucky at the other two, Usually my server is a mind reader and can also see the future. The manager is proactively going to each table and they seem to do all of these things on a third of the staff. Now feeling terrible for not tipping better at the other locations. It is family friendly and the ribeye's are good. The staff brought over a pork sampling when they found out that I had not been here before. How sweet! We got seated after a 15 minute wait. Not bad. It is popular and lots of people were waiting for a table. The food came out hot, quick and good. My only complaint is the green beans were not good. They tasted like they came from a can. It's been years since I last ate at Texas Roadhouse but my experience here has now made me question why I hadn't been to one in so long. The inside is nicely themed, the staff was super nice, and the food tasted great at this location. I think Texas Roadhouse embodies all of the good things you want from a sit down restaurant. I know it's not some high end place to eat but you really can't go wrong with a Texas Roadhouse if you're just looking for a good place to eat. We did have one question from our experience here and that was regarding the $10.99 promo meals between 4pm-5:30pm found on the backs of their menus. My spouse had ordered a 6oz sirloin steak which was one of those featured promo meals and we ordered it before 5:30 but we didn't get our check until closer to 6 and our waitress charged us the full price for the steak, so do you have to order and get your check all before 5:30pm in order to receive the promo price? The menu isn't very clear and I feel like it should be if you are trying to deliberately order from that portion of the menu. read more

In general the atmosphere is a bit too loud for me, but it's to be expected in family joint that's hopping busy. Lots of small children so if that's an issue for you, don't go. Took the family out for a fun dinner at Texas Roadhouse. There were four of us, so we were able to get seated in a regular booth rather than waiting longer for a bigger table. The wait for a Friday evening was about what you would expect. It was about 45 minutes once we got on the list. They text you once it is your turn so you don't have to wait outside. You can wait in your car. Service was good but not overly personal. There were mixed opinions at our table about how good the service was. Some said it was great and others said they didn't get everything they wanted quick enough. The atmosphere is so crazy that it's hard to get good service. That being said they did fine and met our expectations overall. The food was good. Two of us had the 6 ounce sirloin, one had the chicken strips, and we had one kid that had the sliders. The steak was good and cooked the way we like it but the presentation for the small steak was horrible. It came out on a plate by itself. The potato was on a separate plate. I know it's the smallest thing on the menu, but it still should look appetizing. The sliders were more than enough food for my 12-year old. The endless rolls were amazing as usual. The ambience was great. If you were looking for a fun, loud, crazy atmosphere. If you're looking for a place where you can quietly talk, this is not the place for you. All in all, dinner was great at Texas Roadhouse. They have a great formula and great food, nothing exceptional, but it was great for a Friday night out with the family. read more

Love going to Texas Roadhouse. Tonight however we were there for 1.5 hours waiting on a rare steak. I ordered my steak rare, it was well done. Waited 15 minutes for my steak to go back to the kitchen, and then another 40 minutes to get a new one. Management did not seem concerned that when they took the steak back, all of my meal/sides were then out for 45 minutes and cold once the steak came back.
