The food was amazing as always, the steak came out perfectly cooked, and the baked potato was perfect. The service was great with our waiter coming to check on us regularly. The ambiance was great, really felt like we were in Texas. The one not perfect part of our food was my sister's kid steak bites, were well well done, instead of a little pink as asked.

Ribs were "fall off the bone" but dry. Salmon was over cooked. And, there were no peanuts as advertised by signs on the door and walls. That said, the serving sizes were generous and the wait staff helpful.

TRH is normally a once a year spot for us when someone will buy us a gift card to use. Last week, we stopped in for dinner and were pleasantly surprised how good it was. Our server was great, and the food was very good! My husband had the ribeye, and raves about how great it was all night! I ordered the salmon, it was very good as well! The sides are the best part about your meal here. It's not often that sides are included these days, so you can't go wrong there! And the dreamy bread is worth the trip, too! They have curbside pickup and drive through pickup as well.

We have ordered the family pack of pulled pork once before and last night the beef tips. I ordered online through the Texas Roadhouse app. It is curb side pick-up, just stay in your car and they come to you. They were very polite each time. It was a little confusing as to where to park. My order was 39 and the numbers marked on the pavement did not go up that high. Nevertheless, they got the order number and came back out with my order around the pickup time. Side note: In the notes, when ordering through the app, you can put your vehicle color, make, and model in there to help the attendant find you.

The menu lists foods such as salads, crab bisque, pastas, oysters, scallops, sea bass, chicken, lamb, pork, ribeye, NY strip, filet mignon, spinach, and tiramisu. My husband and I had a reservation for dinner here. The dress code was business casual, but some other customers wore smart casual. The waitress provided friendly service. Here are my ratings for what we ate: Chopped Salad - 4.5 stars - Iceberg lettuce was topped with grape tomatoes, cucumbers, green olives, croutons, bacon, and parmigiano-reggiano cheese. Bistecca Wedge Salad - 4.5 stars - Roughly half of a head of lettuce was topped with smoked bacon, onions, bleu cheese, and gorgonzola crumble. (No tomatoes at my husband's request.) Salmon Oscar - 4.5 stars - Atlantic salmon was grilled and topped with flavorful colossal lump crab, asparagus, and hollandaise. Filet mignon - 5 stars - My husband ordered a 10-ounce filet mignon, and the chef cooked it medium-rare as requested. On the side was béarnaise sauce. My husband enjoyed this steak very much. Au Gratin Potatoes - 4.5 stars - This side dish looked like "potato lasagna." Potatoes were thinly sliced and layered so they looked like lasagna. The cheesy sauce tasted good. New York Cheese Cake - 4.5 stars - The slice of this cake was a good size. It had a nice cheesy flavor, and we liked its graham crust, strawberry sauce, and sweet whipped cream. We drank water and did not order beverages. The total cost for this meal was $171 plus a tip.

They're a must try. The chicken wings themselves were really good. Fried nice and still juicy. Crispy and flavorful. The sauce was just a little different from what we are used to. The fish tacos were great. Nice and light. Had a good slaw on it with some jalapeño. Then they had their own homemade hot sauce which was amazing. Had some really good spice that lasted and they make it from the peppers they grow on the patio. I would go back just for that sauce. We will definitely be back again.

We arrived at 11:30 AM, and the door was locked, but thankfully an employee noticed us and unlocked the door. Another customer told us that the building used to be a coalmine store. I noticed that the interior looked rustic, with exposed brick and crooked floors. The women's bathroom was clean. The employee provided very courteous service. The menu listed appetizers (e.g., fried provolone and calamari), salads, sandwiches, mains (e.g., pastas, veal parmesan, and chicken picatta), and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Here are my ratings for what we ordered: Small chicken parmesan - 4 stars - The small size was actually pretty big a definitely enough for one person to eat. The chicken, sauce, and cheese tasted very good, but I prefer crispier breading. Meatball sandwich - 3 stars - My husband ate this sandwich. He said that the meatballs tasted "interesting" and that the bread could have more flavor. I thought that it tasted alright. Caesar salad - 4 stars - This side salad consisted of lettuce, cheeses, just-made croutons, and a side dressing. Spaghetti - 3.5 stars - This side of spaghetti had nicely cooked noodles and a flavorful sauce. The prices were very reasonable for the large serving sizes. We paid only $30 plus a tip.

Y'all everything was so good. My fiancée absolutely loved his gator fritters and devoured them. The beef empanadas were filled with beef, corn and cheese. They were so good and loved the seasoning on the empanada. The gator tacos were the perfect size, the gator had a nice crunch and the slaw added another level to the taco. The chicken tacos were on special for taco tuesday so they were $2 each which was a great price. They were filled with chicken and toppings but the meat was a little dry, and I think a sauce, like a chipotle mayo or something, could really make these pop! These were our least favorite part of lunch, but they were still good, I really liked the salsa. I used to work at a southern restaurant that served gator sandwiches, so I was super happy to see alligator on the menu! The gator po boy was delicious! It came with a spicy mayo. The gator bites were seasoned well and the bun was super soft and fresh. I wasn't crazy about the chips that came with it though. The chicken and funnel cake was the standout- think chicken and waffles but better! The chicken was awesome and the funnel cake was super sweet! I wish it came with like a spicy syrup or something. Nonetheless, everything was delicious and I will definitely be back, this is an awesome addition to downtown Washington!!!
