    If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. We paid $4,450 dollar deposit had to move out because of mold in 10608 Sun Tree Cove Austin Texas 78730, and they send us $1,792 dollars. $100 mow and edge backyard, $95 for bent blind that was already there, $575 to paint walls, $1125 remove existing lvp from powder bath, remove toilet, install ceramic tile and grout. So on and so on. Basically took our deposit to fix things that were already needing to be fixed when we moved in. Absolutely horrible! Do not rent from this company because they are going to cheat you out of your money. Not trustworthy whatsoever. They are going to respond to this post with some bull crap excuse. We don't accept any of that. Bottom line, your house had mold, we had to move because you wouldn't fix that problem, you kept the majority of our deposit to fix stuff that already needed repairs. Absolutely positively the worst rental company EVER! Worst staff and owner!

    Very disapointing. I'm just at the start of renting a house that is probably worth around a million in Great Hills. (it's not a cheap rental). I promptly made a list of 12 obvious items that needed repairs and about 6 of those were cosmetic according to Texcen employee(?) James Strelec so they woils not be repairing any of those items, so I did those repairs myself. I have been waiting three weeks for the other items to be repaired with absolutely no idea when they will be scheduled. No communication whatsoever. Last Friday a sub-contractor of theirs called and said he would be coming to look at one item, a sink faucet that is not working, he said he would be here at 10 AM this morning and he is a no-show. I called him and he said he forgot to put it on his calendar. I called their office but got answering machine at 10:30 on Monday morning. I have heard they have around 900 rent houses and they are super cheap according to the neighbor. I'm angry and don't know whether to just do the repairs myself or call a lawyer, I really don't feel like moving again after just moving back to Texas.

    Worst rental company. The ridiculous charges every other month. Couldn't get things repaired and move out requirements are outrageous.

We provide on demand pest control, and HVAC air filters for all of our properties, at no cost to you. Rent is collected electronically through a PM software called Appfolio which allows tenants to submit maintenance requests and communicate with us through the software. Owners also have access to the software so they can submit requests, download monthly and annual statements, and communicate with us as well. We try to keep our fees simple and all inclusive, without any of the junk fees that some management companies charge. Our in-house maintenance team can handle most repairs, and at a cost usually significantly less than hiring a third party vendor. But we do have relationships with area vendors if the issue is something our team is not licensed or trained to complete. There are many choices when it comes to choosing a property management company, so we appreciate you considering ours. It's a great compliment when someone trusts us to look after such a valuable asset, and we don't take that responsibility lightly.
