You know you're working with a trusted and respected company when the roofing contractor return your calls, send the written estimates you asked for on time, address any of your concerns, and show up to the job site on time and guarantees their work. It is unbelievable the level of detail Willie covered with me regarding my roof as well as the insurance process and guidance. He put all the details about the project in writing - even breaking down how the company calculates overhead and profit. We had filed a claim with our insurance company who used a drone initially to inspect our roof for damages. Unfortunately, with the drone, they could not detect any damage. I requested an inspector (human) come onsite to inspect our roof. Willie met with the inspector and showed him all the damage, which included hail damage to our gutters, window screens, garage door, etc. Subsequently, the inspector had my insurance agent on Facetime to tell me they approved the repairs and I could move forward with Willie. I've used other roofing companies in the past and thus far this was the best experience. Willie handled every detail from start to finish and always made sure I was in the loop during the entire process. Not once did I feel as though he was trying to take advantage of me! During our interview process his foreman went up on the roof to do some estimating and found we had a huge crack in one of the roof vents. They sealed it for me. Knew right there, they were something different than the rest. Willie is a great guy who explained the entire process to both me and my wife. We felt at ease knowing we were in very experienced hands. He has a small crew, isn't a huge outfit that will oversell and underdeliver. His word is his bond and he delivered as promised. Excellent work and everything went very smooth. The roofing was scheduled for a week when the weather was clear, leaving me peace of mind that we would not be expecting any rain when the shingles were off. The yard was cleaned and the "nails" picked up with large sweepers with magnets on them. I just got to say, you can't go wrong with Castle Roofing. Give Willie a call and you will not regret it.

There's no damage to my roof whatsoever, and the fact he chose to ignore my sign is not only rude and disrespectful, but it shows his own ignorance. I would never choose a company that's so pushy and disrespectful to strangers let alone potential clients. He should be ashamed of himself for being rude and/or illiterate. If I (or anybody else) actually needed roofing services, then I would be the one contacting a roofer not the other way around. This company is garbage. I would give less than one star if I could tbh. Jeremy came out the same day I contacted him and the rest was history. He basically handled everything, from meeting with the insurance adjuster to keeping me updated on the day to day work that his crew was doing. Provided an estimated time of completion and was done before his time frame. My roof looks great. Any questions I had even after the install Jeremy answered. Fast forward to the storms we recently had, my roof held up great but my fence that has been installed since 2009 did not. The HOA hired Jeremy and his crew to trim broken branches, clear driveways and common areas, and clean up and haul away all the debris. They did that in approximately a week-and-a-half. Our community looked so good, while neighborhoods around us have only just now -- 6 weeks later -- been cleaned up by the City. And those neighbors had to do their own tree trimming and hauling of debris. Our HOA and community couldn't be happier! So if their roofing expertise is even half as good as the work they did with tree trimming and such, you shouldn't be disappointed.

Within the last month I had an opportunity to see Integro company in action. The completed work looks great and fresh, it is a definite upgrade to the property. All of the workers I came in contact with were very courteous and respectful of the property and residents, they always made us aware of what was going to be done and what was happening at the moment and why. They also did an amazing job on protecting the property, including the yard and bushes, from falling debris and cleanup. I would like to comment specifically on Jeremy, Mo, and Alex.
