Recently, after placing an order with Door Outlet, I received incorrect and/or poorly manufactured items. While going through attempts to rectify, I was sent up to Don (the owner?) and in a normal text conversation trying to find out a timeline, there was a delay for a"spider bite". In a check in follow up, he, the business owner sent me inappropriate and unsolicited photos of his body, allegedly to show the spider bite. This behavior is completely unacceptable and horrifying, especially considering that I have never met this person in any capacity. No matter who agrees or disagrees as to the items purchased and the disgruntled nature that I as a customer may have felt, this photo incident is a severe breach of professional conduct and decency. No customer should ever be subjected to such inappropriate behavior. I strongly urge Door Outlet to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that their communication practices are respectful and professional at all times. I hope this review serves as a warning to others and a wake-up call for them to implement strict guidelines and training on appropriate customer interactions.

I consider myself a DIYer, but in this case, I wanted something done professionally to make sure everything was nice and neat. While I had a basic idea of what I wanted, I debated getting a formal project manager to handle coordination of the full install. With a ton of experience doing this kind of install, Marcus helped out so much that I was pretty much able to handle coordination of the main pieces and personnel without needing to hire anyone else. He did a great job making the vision come alive and was transparent with any problems that arises (and importantly fixing them when necessary). He was friendly, fair with pricing, and also very quick-- framing and installation took only 2 separate, spread out days (to allow for drywalling and parts arrival in between). My personal experience with him in terms of communication was excellent, but I also purposefully avoided peak summer season so as not to catch him at a busy time. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

We never liked these, and it was time for a serious upgrade. After doing a lot of research we selected 3 candidate companies to explore and GreenTex was easily the one at the top of our list. We liked the fact that they are family owned and place a high value on integrity and honesty. Our first experience was with the sales consultant, Bill. Bill was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything and address all our questions. There was no high pressure or rush to make a decision (unlike other companies!!) and he did everything he could to help us meet our budget objectives while maintaining a high standard of the final look & functionality of each window. We went with their vinyl offering and he walked us through all our options. In the end, we knew exactly what we would be getting, how they would operate, look, and enhance our home. Both my wife and I were really impressed with the company from that moment on and we signed up. Next up was our construction lead, Dave. Dave was super friendly and came out to take exact measurements of each window and re-reviewed everything with us to make sure that there were no questions left unanswered. During his time here, we decided to make a few tweaks to our selections and GreenTex accommodated us at every turn. Dave also explained the timetable and gave us a good estimate of what to expect as far as the actual install process was concerned. After this, the window order was submitted, and we sat back expectantly waiting for our installation. Several weeks later we were advised that the window order had been delivered to their warehouse and we agreed upon a start date. The morning of our install, the crew arrived on-time and got straight to work. It's always a bit nervous providing strangers with complete access to your house, but Damien, Azan, Colt & Andy were the best crew we could have hoped for. The quality of the windows is one thing, but the quality of the crew is equally important. They were professional, courteous, and maintained the high integrity that we entrusted to GreenTex from the beginning. These gents were exceptional from start to finish. The windows are great, but the workmanship of the install was superior. Side note... don't listen to the "F.U.D." from the big-name window companies; the removal and install was done perfectly. We have a lot of brick work and GreenTex never touched our bricks and replaced/resurfaced the mortar. The windows themselves exceeded our expectations. The build quality is amazing, and they operate smoothly and are consistent from one window to the next: no product variation. They also look fantastic both inside the house as well as from the curb. Our neighbors love the way our house looks and the new windows have raised the bar on curb appeal! Once they were finished, Dave followed back up with us. "Do not sign or submit the final payment until you have looked over everything and are 100% satisfied". They go out of their way to make sure you are happy from start to finish.
