Enjoyed lunch sitting at the bar. The atmosphere was very nice with dark wood & red leather chairs. There are several TV's which would make the bar area a great place to watch sports. Enjoyed a caesar salad w/chicken & the cobb salad. Service was good. Wish they had some more healthy options on the menu. Lots of parking & everyone who worked there was very friendly. read more

I ordered platters on March 27 at 1 o'clock for a 4:30 dinner. The restaurant was very accommodating, and I have previously ordered family platters from this location and they were fantastic. Yesterday I placed the order and it was done on time but the timing was a little off because there was a transition of resources/shift changes. As a result, the food wasn't as good as it typically is. I called and requested a manger and spoke with Ryan.. Ryan provided top-of-the-line, beyond reproach customer service. I despite calling ahead to inquire about a wait, was told for a party of four, come on in no reservation necessary. Well should have made one. Had to wait for an hour until a new waitstaff offered to take our orders again. Including our beverages that had not been brought out yet! Grilled salmon was barely a portion. Boy, what a mistake we made by choosing tgi Fridays for dinner. The meal wasn't bad, it was down right awful! I am a private chef, and so I know what the food I ordered should look like. But the food I got was absolutely repulsive! The potato skins were an absolute joke! They were so dried out that they could have been classified as a freaking weapon! The boneless wings are inedible!! They are so hard you can't even bite into them! The mozzarella sticks are ice cold and soggy! How are you guys still a functioning restaurant???? I love it ! I never been to fridays before and I took the risk and chances to take my husband on his birthday here without knowing how everything was and we loved it ! Definitely will be coming back food was fantastic a little pricey but we'll worth it. The waiters are so polite and so energetic. Definitely taking my family here. read more

Today my husband is VOMITING after he ate the whiskey sliders and French fries which came with a side of ketchup for dipping. In the side of ketchup was rancid seafood? Where did the piece of shrimp come from,did someone else have this ketchup and use it? My husband is vomiting! Ruining the balance of Easter day off. I ordered the whiskey burger well done and it was not even close. The picture shows what the inside of my burger looks like after I cut it in half. Well done is no pink by definition, not all pink and almost bloody. I had to get us our own napkins because no one thought to offer them. 2 weeks ago we came here and they served me kids chicken fingers instead of the whiskey chicken strips. The waiter/bartender was too busy in a booth with his friends to get us silverware or napkins so I got them myself. We are never returning here again, which sucks. The two of us decided to utilize our Stripe points for lunch, so off we went. We ordered whiskey ribs and chicken fingers along with adult beverages. The food was great but it was EMMA that made the trip memorable, she was very cheerful and helpful in explaining the usage of Stripe rewards. read more

My family, girlfriend and I came to Pennsylvania because it was my birthday weekend and we were spending it together at dorney park. Saturday July 22nd the day before my birthday we decided to eat here after a fun day at the park. It started off bad because the restaurant was empty but for some reason we waited 45minutes for a table maybe because we were a party of 12 but anyway, We were seated and greeted by our server "Amanda". We ordered our food than began the longest wait for food ever !. Skipping forever and a day ahead our food finally comes and this is where the problems began. First off our appetizers and entrees came out together, they were giving wrong people the wrong meals and a few of the meals had some "issues" ill say. Me: ordered chicken fingers with a side of mashed and my chicken fingers were raw and had to be taken back to be re-cooked. My mom: ordered salmon and her side of spinach was still frozen. She didn't want to complain so she just decided not to eat it. My cousin: ordered a chicken sandwhich that came out over cooked. Our server was terrible disappeared for extended times often, we had to tell other servers to find her. I'll end my review with this, this was my worst experience at any restaurant EVER. I will never come back to this location ever!!! We constantly complained and no manager came to resolve our issues. read more

Took 15mins to get a coke, dressing for salad never delivered, asked server for silverware never saw him again, took another 15mins to get a margarita, asked for a glass of water which was never delivered so we got our own from the bar. Server observed on cellphone instead of waiting on us. Wasn't even that busy. Margarita was super super weak and way to sweet. Burger was actually pretty good, juicy and cooked correctly. My sister and I came at dinner time on a recent Thursday. Our waitress was Tara. She was fantastic. The right amount of attention at the right times, pleasant and made us feel comfortable that she would take care of us well. I had a problem with a side dish and she immediately rectified it, no question or hint of irritation. As someone with a severe peanut allergy, TGI Fridays has always been one of my go to's for sit down and I have never been disappointed!! Always good food and never slow service. Bethany is one of the best bartenders I've ever met, always suggesting a new drink or new dish to try. The management team always stops by and talks to me for a bit, and the food is consistently great. There is no better ingredient in cooking than plastic. The kitchen staff at this Friday's knows this as they included part of the plastic bag that they microwave their rice in on top of my wife's pasta dish the last time we were there. And even though it was in plain site no one in the kitchen or our server bothered to check the food and the entree with yummy plastic bag piece was served. While that could be chalked up as an accident the fact that our server was only quasi-apologetic about it and chose to make jokes about it happening as opposed to apologizing or fixing/comping that part of the food order makes me doubt that we'll be back any time soon. read more

So let me start off by saying, I had a wonderful experience at this TGIFs. We were seated promptly and our server was very energetic and seemed to actually enjoy her job, which is rare especially in some franchises. We ordered the flatbread pizza, Jack Daniels shrimp and chicken (which Is my favorite) and the kids pasta with a side of fruit. The order took average time and was accurate when it got to our table. Everything tasted delicious. Not sure about all the other negative reviews, but I give it 5 stars in every TGIF category. Oh and even the bathrooms were spotless!!! Went to another restaurant and we were so underwhelmed we decided to immediately drive to another place and order the same exact thing while it was still fresh in our head. Some give chain restaurants a bad name but I'm slowly discovering that they are successful for a reason. Worst experience at this TGIF. After being seated no one comes to greet for water. It took 15 mins for someone to say I'll be your server, what can i get you. Hoped it got better afterwards... But the waters took another 10 mins. Understandable the items currently on the menu are limited. It's not a full menu as it normally would be. We Waited 30+ mins for our food. Ordered sirloin steak, Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta and my son had kids chicken fingers. The food finally arrived after 35 mins. Steak was overcooked, full of cartilage, which my husband spit out during every single bite. It was not sirloin at all. Not worth $13!!! The side that were replaced were wrong. It was sub par steak, Walmart probably has better steak. Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta was a joke to look at. It was so unappetizing looking, not even presentable. Something my 5 year old would have plated. It has fettuccine with 4 mini shrimp, and 4 small pieces of bite size chicken. I remember it topped with grilled shrimp and chicken, unless they've now got a 10 year old chef. all looked frozen warmed up with bottled Cajun sauce tossed. Not worth $14.99!!!!!!! All items were cold! I even had to asked the server to please take it back the pasta and warm it up so it'd be edible. Just horrible food and SO overpriced. There was No apology at all. No concern from the manager even though I'm sure they noticed a plate was brought back to be warmed up. Everyone that works at this location seemed to be upset and did not show an enjoyable personality. New staff desperately required as well as a concerned manager (a real manager), or this place should be shut down permanently and replace it with HOULIHAN'S please!!! We were at this location maybe 10 years ago and had such a bad experience we vowed to never come back. Today we were out at the shops and thought, hey, it's still open, maybe they improved since then. So we gave them a second chance and unfortunately, we were wrong. The staff were bare minimum polite. A staff member held the door open for us but we got no greeting upon entering the restaurant. They all seemed miserable to be there already and it was only 5:30 or so. It was freezing cold because the AC was up too high. The margaritas were ok but there was a lot of ice in those glasses. The food was lackluster. For the price we paid for it we could've gotten the same meal way cheaper at a diner. In the world of fast casual dining, this Friday's location is the equivalent of that kid in class that does just enough to avoid failing. read more

Walked into TGI FRIDAYS waited 20 mins for warm French Onion Soup not too bad but not hot then waited 45 minutes f ok r our foos... ordered a chicken sandwich which was cold and Chicken Parm Alfredo Dinner which you could CLEARLY see it was sitting under the hear lamp way too long and a filet with mashed potatoes which looked like they were from last night and a sizzler steak which the cajun onions were burnt and then they had the opacity to give us a bill WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone read more

The last time I wrote review was 2 years ago, and I rated them 1 star. I decided to give them one last shot after a beyond horrible experience, but they DEFINITELY out did themselves this time. I would give them a negative rating if possible, they dont even deserve a 1 star. My recent experience we order some apps. potato skins and boneless wings. The potato skins were the worst thing I've ever ate! Unless Fridays changed the recipe, they were completely flavorless and rock hard like they have been fried 4 times in a row, but somehow they were burnt.. they didnt use the normal cheese they used to, and it was completely flavorless. Our waitress was sub par, yes they were busy but that is no excuse. The manager stopped by to help refill our drinks, and didnt even bother asking us how our food was... I would have said inedible, but he didnt even give me a chance. I then got the sizzling flat iron steak, it was just okay. I was disappointed that the menu said the whiskey sauce would be on the side, I only wanted to try it to see if it was any good. Then instead drenched it on top of the steak, and no I didnt like the sauce. It so WAY too sweet. Whoever is cooking, isnt following the recipes correctly. Whoever is the manager, needs to be a better manager. And whoever of waitress was, you deserved the 10% tip, I would have given you anything but I'm not that mean of a person... Im a sucker for customer service and if that's one thing I'll take over bad food. I ordered the Southern Chicken Sandwich that clearly states "with" French Onion soup which surprised me so I ordered it and pointed out to the waitress. She later returns to tell me it's incorrect yet the menu clearly shows that it does. She proceeds to tell me it's just advertising the soup and I can order an onion soup if I wanted Then she brings out the wrong meal. My sandwich was nothing to comment on.
