Surprised that this place is rated so low. Went on a Friday night and it was crowded. I had the Smash Burger tacos and hey were decent for bar food. Staff working that night were friendly enough and I never felt ignored at the bar considering I have never been here before. I sent an email, to their contact email address, on August 2,2026 at 9:15pm and received no response. This is my original email: My husband and I visited this establishment once before and had a phenomenal experience so we decided to return today. We walked in around 7/7:15pm. We saw that there was a large party at the tables and a few people at the bar. We knew it would be a minute but we didn't expect the ignorant behavior that we experienced. The bar tender never greeted us. We heard him speaking with the large party asking if they wanted him to clear the table before dessert. He went back and forth from the large table to the bar clearing the table, still never acknowledging us. Around his 3rd trip back to the bar there were some regulars that must have asked for a refill. He refilled their beers, still did not acknowledge us, then went back to the large party to finish clearing. As he was heading back to the table again we were getting up to leave and that's when he semi acknowledged us. He looked at my husband, still didn't say anything, my husband said 'we're just going to leave'. The bartender just looked at my husband and kept moving to the large party. I really liked this is place it looked like a historic building. We went in for a drink before checking in to our air B&B. Tyler girl behind the bar was very helpful and friendly. For context: We ate here for the first time even after knowing they didn't have great reviews. Food was great. Their garlic parm and Asian style bone in wings were so good and discounted on Tuesdays which was a nice surprise! The surf & turf tacos were very delicious. They did not skimp on the steak or the shrimp and it was perfectly seasoned and cooked. My ONLY comment would be to slice the steak against the grain instead of with the grain so that way it's a better bite. Service was also great all around and very attentive! Came here with a couple of friends and family to dine. When we first walked in, no one greeted us except a bus boy. Didn't know where to go, where to sit, or where a host was. One of my friends ordered a chicken cheesesteak and what came out had us baffled. It looked like cat food on a hoagie roll, or chicken puree. He didn't want to send it back, only took two bites and it clearly wasn't a chicken cheesesteak. My daughter ordered wings, and what came out were nuggets. Our chips were heavily seasoned with old bay, and some were stale as if they sat under a heat lamp. I ordered smash tacos, and I think a big mac would have been better. I think taking some of the seasonings from the chips to put on the tacos would help it taste better. I've never been impressed with this restaurant, but for some reason, my friend is. I went there tonight to buy $100 gift card for her for her upcoming birthday. Sometimes this place can be good but the other times, I'm seriously disappointed. Take today for example. I ordered boneless wings to go. Got home and I see what looks to be a popcorn chicken. These "wings" are the smallest wings I have ever seen. If you're going to have me pay $17 for 10 pieces of wings, at the very least give me some good wings. Not this crap?! This restaurant is amazing! Your waitress Christina was so nice to my peers and I! She got everyone's orders right and I appreciate her kindness and I will never forget her! The Big Tacos are to die for! What I did with my big taco was ask Christina for a bowl, cut up the taco, put it into the bowl, add the salsa, sour cream, and dressing onto the taco in the bowl, and eat it! That is one tip I recommend any consumer try out! You will have yourself a walking beef, or chicken taco in a bowl! You will thank me down the road! Average bar food. Mozzarella sticks were okay, nothing great. I got the Patty Melt with a side of Cole slaw. Ground beef wasn't seasoned at all and the rye was wet from grease. Cole slaw tasteless and a waste of money. My guest had chicken melt & also said it tasted like cardboard. Fries were okay. Unfortunately, the food and service has just gotten worse with the last few times very disappointing. Used to love the wings. They last couple of times they have been cooked wrong, rubbery and tuff. Will literally never come here again. Took 20 minutes for our drink order to be taken, sat 20 minutes waiting for two drinks. She finally took out food order and 30 minutes later told us two items couldn't be made as the rest of our order came out. Then came back again and told us they couldn't make the quesadillas because they were on the late night menu, so we had to change our order again. If our server had told us when the late night menu started, given us late night menus, order taken our food order within 40 minutes of us sitting there might not have been that problem. Not to mention the servers don't know when the kitchen closes or what is going on at all and say they are at the whim of their management who communicates nothing to them. So, next they brought our food out again saying the sautéed pierogies couldn't be made and brought out fried, forgot our other order of pierogies as well. We never got silverware or napkins. The food we did get looked like it sat dying in the window. This place is seriously garbage and we will never ever ever ever come back here again. The management no where to be found and leaves their teen servers scrambling. Never came to talk to our table or even offer an apology. I used to always come for wing night here as there wings are amazing. Wing night is Monday nights. I came recently on a Saturday night with my parents and son. We used to love this place for wings. We were excited to go back after the renovations/ BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!! Food was cold like it had been sitting for awhile . The restaurant was almost empty. Our server was good, she brought us hot food and apologized. When we were leaving, there was no one around- not even the manager! (She had come to our table after we complained about the food so we knew she was there) . The phone was ringing but there wasn't a soul around to answer it! My friend finally answered the phone and the persons questions! Not one employee even knew and neither did the manager.
