The last time we ate here was about six months ago, and everything was fine. Today, my wife asked me to order takeout, so I ordered the drunken noodles and grilled chicken. Unfortunately, both dishes were horrible. The food had almost no flavor whatsoever, and the chicken was completely bland and tasteless. This was nothing like the food we remember and enjoyed for so many years. What made the experience even worse was the way our complaint was handled. I called the restaurant to let them know about our experience, and the person I spoke with showed absolutely no concern or interest in addressing the problem. There was no apology, no attempt to make things right, and frankly, it seemed like he simply didn't care. I honestly don't know if there has been a change in ownership or management, but something has definitely changed. Unfortunately, after being loyal customers for many years, we will not be returning. Good food is important, but good customer service matters just as much--and we received neither today.

The wonton soup tasted like chicken noodle soup, and the wontons were undercooked and fell apart like dumplings. I had ordered coconut boba tea, but there was no boba. I poured it into another cup, and a small, frozen chunk of boba came out. When I called to complain, the girl who answered said they had a new cook and asked if I wanted to speak to a manager. The manager said I could bring everything back and she would remake it, but we live 25 minutes away up 281, and I wasn't about to drive back into town. She then offered to give me 30% off the boba and sesame chicken, but she couldn't guarantee it because they use a third-party service for online orders. I could hear the first girl arguing with the manager that she definitely put boba in the soup and I was lying. I told her to forget it and I wasn't worried about it anymore. Then she said no, I'll give you an in-store credit for the boba and sesame only, so $7.99 and $14.99, after we paid $95 for everything with a $15 tip. I definitely won't be coming back to this place. I'm so disappointed and now what to do for dinner.

First impressions are everything, and this food truck truly knows it! The owner who is also the chef greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked up and proceeded to introduce herself(Ivori) and give me a short run down of the menu. There was a group of us, so we ordered four different dishes. Each dish had its own unique flavors, but my favorite was the pad Thai roll! It was crunchy, handheld, flavorful, and FILLING! We had absolutely no problem waiting five minutes for our FRESH as can be food because we were able to order some beers at the bar and play some cornhole! I spent so many days passing this hidden gem, but now that I've had a taste I am telling EVERYONE about these delicious Thai rolls! Thai 2 U is nothing short of AMAZING! The girls are always fantastic and extremely helpful at answering questions. With everything made completely fresh they are always able to make it to our liking! Decided to try this place from recommendations. The chicken Pad Thai is my favorite so far! I order every chance I get.
