Wow this place is really good!! It is small but is authentic Thai food. We were a party of 10 and they made their best and sit us together. We tried different plates, don't remember too much the names but you can order everything and select the type of spicy you want. Mine was with none since I can't handle it but my friends went to all over and were crying and sweating lol My Pad Thai was super tasty I added shrimp and steak and it was perfect. Big portions. To start I had the wonton soup IT WAS AMAZING! Big bowl plenty of soup. I also order the shrimp with veggie roll (cant remember the name) wasn't impressed, no flavour. Now they know they could've gave us the proper portion of rice for our curry. We had the red curry with chicken and salmon. The chicken was nice and fresh, but the salmon was horrible. I hate to say this but The texture of the salmon was very close to jerky. It was extremely dry and definitely old. I must say, I was very disappointed. We also ordered the chicken dumplings. We asked for them to be fried but they were steamed. The chicken inside were like a sausage over powering the dumpling itself. I was in the Pigeon Forge area in early July and my boyfriend and I were craving Asian cuisine after a long day in the sun and this place had better reviews so we decided to head out to Sevierville for some takeout. I ordered the Thai Beef Lettuce (Yum Neur), Drunken Noodles with Chicken, and a Papaya Salad (Som Tum). It was all extremely disappointing and was not authentic tasting at all! My Thai Beef Lettuce was the SMALLEST SERVING I have ever seen before. There were maybe 5 prices of thinly sliced beef, 6 pieces of chopped cucumbers, and 4 tomatoes with way too much sauce in the container. It didn't even fill up half the takeout container and they gave me a small wedge of lettuce, which I couldn't even eat it with the lettuce bc there wasn't enough food in the plate. The taste wasn't great either. I only had two bites of this because that is all there was enough for. The Papaya Salad was very bland and didn't have any sauce. Only took one bite from this. The drunken noodles were okay and pretty much the only thing we ate and had to split because they packed the container full of noodles. It did lack authentic flavors, but we were so hungry that we ate the whole dish. We ended up throwing away the two salads and had to go get more food elsewhere. I was so let down because I have been to a Thai Basil restaurant elsewhere and it was really good and authentic so I'm not sure what happened here. Yep, this is the place to eat in this area. We've had the awesome opportunity to have traveled to Thailand and enjoy true authentic Thai food. This place is one of the top "back in the states" we've found and we're always looking! We had 3 different dishes and all were exceptional. Each with unique tastes. (Some places all dishes taste the same within their seasoning). Portions were big, we will enjoy our leftovers tomorrow! So didn't mind the prices. Service was friendly and professional. read more

Coming from New York and Chicago, I am spoiled by good Thai food. After being in Pigeon Forge for the better part of the week, I was ready for some authentic Asian food. In short, this hit the spot. I started with the shrimp spring rolls and was curious about the ginger sauce from reading it on the menu. It's not the standard peanut hoisin sauce that typically comes with this but it was a different take. Be prepared for a kicking sauce! Not spicy but certainly gingery. Also the spring rolls used iceberg lettuce instead of the romaine that is typically used in these. Different than what I expected but still good. I ordered mama's drunken noodles and was pleased with presentation and taste. Spicy but loved the mix of vegetables, noodles, eggs, etc. The noodles used look like Ramen noodle bit aren't. These are nice and soft, not mushy. The only thing I didn't like was the dish being a little oily / greasy. Otherwise I liked them. Service was very pleasant and the owner recognized my family and I were from out of town and took the time to say hello and make sure everything ok. Very welcoming! Amazing authentic Thai food. Probably the only authentic Thai food in the area. Came with a group of 4 for a late lunch. We started off with the crab meat cheese rolls, shrimp rolls, fried pot stickers and coconut soup (Tom Kha). I especially liked the coconut soup, very creamy and flavorful. We had the Thai style fried rice and drunken noodles which were both amazing. I like that you can customize the spicy level too. The lemon grass soup was sooooo good, the basil rolls were just okay for me -- the sauce that came with was delicious though. Heard lots of good things about this place. I didn't feel that it met my expectations as an "authentic" Thai place though. Food was good, but just not authentic. Portions were good, and when I say good I mean it's not gigantic. Just right. I appreciate that... as I rather have quality over quantity. And I DO believe that the quality is fairly good. Just something is missing, a tiny little something. Way it didn't earn that 4th star was experience. There was none. Walk in, get seated, orders taken, food served, thank you and bye. Nothing wrong with that as that's the majority of sit down restaurants. But I feel that if you're gonna be a specialty restaurant, especially a locally owned small business, service should excel, and experience should be attempted to stand out in some way some how, no matter how little they attempt is. I'd give 0 if I could. Went here on a Wednesday night, and they were slammed, which is fine... But we didn't even get acknowledged for probably at least 10 minutes... at which point we got seated at a table that was open 10 minutes prior. Then we ordered an appetizer, two entrees, and two drinks, as soon as the waiter came to our table, which probably took another 15 minutes. We got water 15 minutes later, and the appetizer 15 minutes after that. Entrees were another 30-45 minutes... and we noticed that two of the tables that arrived after us, and ordered after us, had already gotten their entrees. At that point, if the food was good, I'd have been fine. Unfortunately, it wasn't. I got Pad Thai, and the shrimp, beef and egg, all had a decent amount of burn on them... which caused the entire entree to have a burnt taste to it. Just tasted intense. - massaman curry with chicken and shrimp: 3 super thinly sliced avocado (I had to search for it). $4 extra for just 4 shrimps. - pad see ew with beef: looks burned and had to search for beef. - drunk noodles with pork: way too intense and had to search for pork AGAIN! - Rama curry with chicken: way too sweet! - conclusion: the only meat they gave out a lot is chicken, so order chicken! Okay, so we have been living around the corner from this hidden gem for 3 years! I can't believe it! We have been meaning to come check it out - especially since all the Yelpers were so impressed with it but one thing led to another - as it does and we never made it! Last time we make that mistake! Kudos to Yelpers as they never or seldom ever lead a bod astray! I had the Red Curry as recommended by our lovely waitress. My hubby had the cashew chicken. Both were great choices, so much so in fact I ate every last bite of mine (mind you this is our first meal and last after so much) and hubber ate 90% of his. We had planned on ordering chicken lamb for an app but forgot after chatting with the waitress and now I'm glad we didn't because I am stuffed to the gills!!! The restaurant is in a strip shopping center and is small but it is super clean and has a very nice atmosphere, much more so than most strip shopping center cafes and restaurants. "Please God, (I prayed) let there be talented people of Thai origin in the kitchen. We were hungry enough to eat the a$$ end off a bear so I swallowed my pride and smiled at the sweet blonde waitress. To be fair, there was a waitress of Thai origin on the floor too. We ordered spring rolls right off the bat. These puppies were so fresh from the oil, my lips almost blistered. They nailed the texture but needed more than just cabbage (I believe) inside of them. My love ordered the same thing she always orders since the beginning of time; spicy basil shrimp. They totally nailed that one! I ordered the Tom Kha soup and it had a perfect balance of sweet, spicy and sour that brought tears to my shocked eyes. The food came fast and furious with no complaints from our hungry eyes. I ordered the national dish of Thailand Pad Thai and you better bet they nailed that one too! The food was first rate and our waitress was spectacular. They charged me for both meals. Even though th dish had an ingredient that was not shown in the menu. They were rude and even the manager was disrespectful. I will never go back. read more
