    Drunken noodles with chicken
    Olivia R.

THIS IS A MUST GO TO RESTAURANT. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant, this was some of the best Thai food I have had. We went with a group of 8 and after ordering at the counter we chose our seats. The cashier was very accommodating and allowed us to reconfigure the tables to accommodate our big group. Although you go up and order at the counter the cashier/waitress was very attentive and continuously checked in on our table and refilled our waters. Within 15 minutes all of our food was ready. The drunken noodles pictured below had the perfect ration of noodle to vegetables and a generous serving of chicken. One thing to note is that the portions are a little small so if you are super hungry I recommend ordering an appetizer. Overall, I will definitely being making a return trip and highly recommend!!

Was passing by the town on our way to Nee Hampshire and decided to stop at this place , I must say it was one of the best Thai food and peanut sauce I've had .. service was also very good and the beer was cold if you like Thai food , this is the place for you !!

    Larb with tofu triangles
    Margaret L.

Stopped by as I was in the area. I had a craving for larb. Super glad to see it on the menu. Decided to splurge, not disappointed. Ordered tofu triangles, chicken coconut soup, larb and custard with sticky rice for dessert. No way could I eat all that at once, but it tasted so good I wanted to... The triangles were crispy on the outside; just enough skin you need to use your teeth, light on the inside. The sauce had a touch of caramel and a tiny bit if heat for flavor. Personally, I like a little more heat and a little less sweet, but I still liked it. The soup was pure comfort. If I had a cold I would want this soul soothing deliciousness: salty, lightly spiced broth, rich with coconut milk and super tender slices if chicken with a few mushrooms floating on top. Honestly don't care about the calories, it was just sweet, salty, savory perfection in a bowl. I am used to a spicier, tangier larb with more finely minced veggies. Not knocking what I had for dinner, it was really yummy. I just missed the *pow* I was craving. It was larb that got me through the door. Dessert was very good. I loved the creamy custard against the chewy rice swimming in a rich sauce. It reminded me of the rabri in ras malai but without the spices, just the mouth coating creaminess.

Not terrible Thai food. You can tell there is no competition and area lacks diversity because it shows in their average food.

Very accomodating for patrons with allergies. Not the best overall but great service, good prices; appetizers and soups are the standouts.

The servers were so beyond welcoming, and nice, and made sure we felt comfortable and almost as if we were at home! Second off, I cannot express how incredible the food was. It was so heartwarming, flavorful, and just wow. Truly something you don't get everywhere. I got the seafood curry in the red coconut curry sauce with a side of white rice, and it was absolutely amazing. So good, I was so full but couldn't stop eating it!! Every bite just got better and better. I got my daughter the chicken noodle soup, and the broth was so delicious, it made you feel warm and cozy, and as if you were eating at someone's grandmas house. It was comforting, heartwarming, cozy, friendly, and welcoming, plus the food was beyond amazing. I will definitely be coming back, and I truly recommend it to anyone who wants to try it out! Chef June (who is a Michelin trained chef btw) stopped by my table while I ate to make sure everything was ok . It certainly was! The pad Thai, full of bean sprouts and seasoned beef with a sweet flavor and crushed peanuts. Absolutely full of flavor! We were passing through, looking for a place to eat dinner. I looked for a high rating on Yelp in…read morethe area and hit upon Kiao Wan. It is accessible from a large parking lot (and not visible from the main road). The restaurant only had a couple other customers, so tables were empty. There are tables or counter seating, and the restaurant would not be ideal for large groups. We ordered at the counter and picked a table to sit at, and then they brought out our dishes to us. My husband and I ordered red and green curries (dishes we'd usually order from Thai restaurants). I wanted the mango sticky rice, but they were out. The curries arrived quickly- probably around 10 minutes- with sides of rice. The curries were flavorful, and they used thai eggplants. Like other customers say, the portions were large, and we took leftovers with us (which tasted just as good the next day), but we needed to order more rice, and they charged $4 per extra rice- so it was $8 for us to have extra rice (which I understand is now the norm to charge for extra rice, but sigh). If we lived in the area, we would order takeout from here, rather than eat in. There are no bathrooms within the restaurant itself, but there's an exterior hallway with public restrooms.
