Finally tried this place and was personally disappointed when comparing it to other similar restaurants in the area. Ordered Kha Gai soup with Chicken. It had a very tart flavor (not lime) that I did not like and a very small portion for the price. I always order this soup when eating Thai but have not experienced a flavor like this before. (3 spoonfuls was the extent of this experience). Next, I had Pad Thai with Chicken. Sorry, I was again disappointed with the flavor compared to other competitors. The employees are nice, the portions are great and they have great, fresh Pad Thai and a variety of protein options. Fast, hot curry to go! Just as the name says. This small space in a food strip on Elliot is clean and modern. There are a couple of four-top tables to eat there, but the small space and to-go atmosphere doesn't really seem inviting to stay there and eat. Staff is friendly. We have tried doing online ordering but it never works out. I'd been eyeing this place for a few months and my husband I finally decided to head there for dinner on a Friday night. I ordered Pad Thai with tofu and he had the Thai chow mein with chicken. It was't too crowded but it took a while to get our order. I noticed that there were many orders that were being picked up so that accounted for the wait. What I failed to notice is the the name of the establishment had the name "to go" in their name indicating that it most food was meant to go, I guess? The dining room is on the smallish side so, oops--- my bad. Oh well. We ate in regardless. I ordered my dish medium hot and steamed, which I had no idea was an option until they offered that way. I would have enjoyed a tad bit more heat so next time I'll try it a step up and see what happens. The Pad Thai was tasty and my order was pretty large and I could not finish it! Half the container came home and I just finished it for lunch. Better on day two once everything is blended together. My husband at all of his in on sitting and he enjoyed his. Thai Chili is very close to home, so not sure we will oder to go, it's nice to get out once in a while.
