Nothing special about this place. Cashier was too busy chatting it up with her co-workers in the back in order to actually help me while I stood at the register. Food was bland. I had to add salt and multiple sauces in to make it edible. Sadly a waste of time and money. I wouldn't recommend. We ordered from here on Doordash and I was so impressed! Even though the menu is limited it allows them to focus on the good stuff and making it easier on you for choosing. I was torn between the pad thai and the panang curry so I was ecstatic to see there was an option of getting the panang curry with rice noodles mixed in instead of rice. I was skeptical of the combination as I've never heard of it before but was so happy with it. The curry had great flavor, there was a perfect noodle to curry ratio, and it was a hefty portion. Also, I was so impressed with how pipping hot the bowls were since it was a delivery (as they are often lukewarm at other places). My only complaint is that I got a mild spice level since I can't handle it well and it was spicier than I would have preferred. Next time I order I'll write in a comment for no spice which should hopefully resolve that. Can't wait to have my leftovers and order from here again!! read more

Their dumplings were great! I ordered the chicken thai fried rice. It was pretty bland and needed more spices. My boss ordered the pad thai and said it was great. She also ordered the Tom Kha Gai soup which I tried and thought was amazing! I ended up pouring a bit of that on top of my fried rice and it really gave the flavor a nice touch. If we decide to order again I will stick with the soup and get a side of rice to go with it. The spicy basil dish also sounds wonderful! We spent almost $40 on lunch just for the 2 of us. I saw a response to another review that said they do offer lunch specials, but that information was not listed on their website anywhere. read more

I got the pad thai with chicken on my first time there, I have never had Pad Thai before so I don't have anything to compare it to but it was so good. I ate what I could that night and took the leftovers for lunch the next day! Amazing, the noodles were soft and had a little sweetness to them. I will 100% be back again, without a doubt. New place that opened up by my office. So we decided to check it out. Taste was just OK However, we all had the same complaint - the portions were very small for the price we paid. Also, no lunch specials unlike other places. Food is delivered in cardboard containers but the amount of food was literally half the size of the container. For nearly $10, you have got to be kidding! All 4 of us had the same issue. There are much better Thai places nearby who give you more food. At least you won't be hungry by the time your lunch break is over. read more

I have came here quite a few times over the last few months and have always had good service everyone's nice food is delicious no complaints. I was craving the drunken noodles as I always get and normally it's pretty full but not too much noodles so I decided to add extra noodles and pay the fee, but when I opened my order there was less than half the container full. I was shocked it had looked like a kids size, less than half of the portion I normally get and I had added the extra noodles but those were nowhere to be found! I wasn't sure what to do as this has never happened before so I decided to call the store and the manager who answered was instantly very rude and cut me off telling me I was wrong and they measure out their portions in ounces and follow the rules. She wouldn't even let me speak and was very rude trying to argue with me telling me there's nothing she can do. She asked me to come bring the food back after I already had gotten home, she wouldn't give me her name or let me speak to anyone else. I have never had worse customer service in my life I am shocked and upset I wasted my money and time with this location. read more

Their food is outstanding and I gave the location in San Tan Valley a 5 star rating. However this location is VERY STINGY on portion sizes. They are consistently about 2/3 the portion size of other locations. When I asked about it they assured me everything is weighed and measured, but it just doesn't pass the eye test...or the stomach test for that matter. 3 other locations I've been to all give you MUCH more food for the money. read more

The second time I ordered the yellow curry which had great flavor. This time I got the drunken noodles with chicken & thai dumplings. This was by far the best meal I've had from this establishment! I have not been able to get as far as even ordering as I needed to clarify a Valpak coupon that came in the mail to my address where I live in Tempe. The fine print states Valid at our Biltmore location only! Why would they send Tempe residents coupons only good for the Biltmore location? So I called 480 564 3570 (the new Tempe location) to get clarification and the voicemail says, "to speak with a manager press zero" Did this a few times and a recording comes on saying, "the person your are trying to call is unavailable," and then disconnects the call.
