I ended up getting a menu on my front door and wanted to try a new place. Looking at the menu, they have something for everyone's tastes. I ended up getting a few items, including a potato appetizer that was served with a very sweet sauce, too sweet for me from what I learned. I got egg rolls, wonton soup, the potato appetizer, cream cheese wontons and street noodles. The egg rolls were big in size and very filled. They seemed mushy vs crisp but maybe that's how they're supposed to be. The street noodles were a big portion as well. The flavor wasn't working for me, I was hoping for more flavor since I normally order this entree when I order take out. The wonton soup was lacking in flavor in my opinion and had. What seemed to be mini wontons vs full size wontons I'm used to having in the soup. The cream cheese wontons were probably the item I liked the most. They were sweeter than I'm used to but I did enjoy these. Overall, I do appreciate the portions or and prices.

I got a flyer in the mail with their menu included and noticed they offered a garlic tofu dish, so I decided to stop by and give them a try. I'm so glad I did. Flying Wok is right in my neighborhood, and from the moment I walked in, the experience was great. The waiter was friendly, attentive, and constantly moving between the kitchen, counter, and tables keeping everything running smoothly. The restaurant itself felt clean, fresh, and welcoming. While waiting for my to-go order, I noticed huge portions being served to other tables and could hear guests talking about how much they were enjoying their meals. We ordered the garlic tofu, fried shrimp, lo mein, and white rice. The entire meal was under $25, and the portions were incredibly generous. The food was absolutely delicious. The garlic sauce was packed with flavor, and the tofu was cooked perfectly. The dish also came with shredded carrots and onions that were honestly amazing both on their own and mixed with the tofu. The shrimp were large, crispy, and lightly battered with a really good salt-and-pepper seasoning. We ended up pouring the garlic sauce over the noodles and rice because it was that good. This is officially our new favorite Asian restaurant in the area. Affordable prices, good service, large portions, and genuinely delicious food. We're thrilled to have a spot like this in the neighborhood.

You have the option to add cheese, egg, and ramen and that's the cherry on top. The serving is massive so you can share with friends. I have yet to find a restaurant that can top Da Pan's tteokbokki and this place is heavily underrated. A spot I desire to gatekeep but can't! Not Da Pan's fault, but it is located in the H-Mart food court which can get pretty busy and the seating is quite limited. If you don't like to feel overstimulated, the food court probably wouldn't be the best place to eat during the weekends.

We ordered the Curry Rice with Bulgogi and split it between two people--it was more than enough food for both of us. The curry was a rich and flavorful yellow curry, and the beef was tender, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. Every bite had great balance and depth of flavor. The setup inside H-Mart has that fun, energetic vibe you get from food courts with multiple restaurants and shared community-style seating. It's casual but feels lively, and there are plenty of options to explore if you want to mix and match. Getting a filling, flavorful meal that two people can share for just $15 is a steal these days. We'll definitely be back to try more from their menu. Highly recommend if you're at H-Mart and looking for something delicious and satisfying.
