The food quality is horrible. Service is below average at best. It always baffles my mind when to go orders are incorrect. If you're preparing the food, you would assume an order for pick up gets checked for accuracy and completeness, then doubled check prior to giving that order to a customer. So after checking my $100 order, I noticed items missing and items incorrect. Driving back to a location to fix something that should be verified before I ever pick up my order is an inconvenience. Manger Kelvin have your crew do better to represent PF Chang's quality and service. My experience visiting the Chandler location was disappointing. I came in town for a wedding but needed some lunch because it was hours away from eating at the wedding. The one I'm used to back home has set a pretty high bar so I'm rating off of what I'm used to. Ambiance, is pretty much the same so I'll give it a 5/5. Service, equally excellent from what I get back home. Our server was great, wasn't bothersome, and kept our drinks refilled. Food . . . 3.5/5 We were early enough for the lunch menu we both took advantage of that since it came with a soup or salad, and a bowl with rice and protein of your choice. I went with the gluten free egg drop soup, which was definitely hot and fresh just lacked a lot of flavor. The carrots were really overpowering. I also ordered the gluten free Mongolian chicken with white rice. My beef had a good flavor but was moving from hot to warm, and my rice felt like it had been at room temperature. I also had a ton of green onion on mine, yes of course I just removed them but it was a bit much. That was the one time our server didn't come back and check on us so I just ate it. My husband gave his food a 5/5. His salad was fresh and crisp, he loved the dressing, and his food was steaming hot and perfect. He got the crispy honey chicken and went with the gluten free fried rice because he liked the flavor of it, so he was very pleased with all of his food. He also ordered the strawberry cucumber refresher which is $5.99 and comes with unlimited refills which was a great deal. Our server even gave him one to go. We came at the last moment for a quick dinner. We actually sat outside because the weather was perfect...and we were the only ones on the patio. Our server, Michael, was quick to say that he would be our server but he was also working the bar so he apologized beforehand if service was slower. Slow service wasn't an issue! He was great at giving us time to choose our meal and then food was delivered quite quickly actually. We tend to do an appetizer meal when we come to PF Chang's. We love love love the Northern Style Ribs, dry with the special rub they use. In the past the dish was served with a small container of extra rub, which my wife loves...this time it didn't come. But it really wasn't needed either...the ribs were tender and flavorful and had plenty of the rub on it. We also ordered a large Hot & Sour Soup with a side of wonton strips. The soup was a bit thicker than usual but we love the flavor and the wonton strips just add a bit of crunchy to the soup. We also had a half order of the lettuce wraps (which I also make at home!). Served with romaine leaves...typically we get iceberg leaves. Loved it with the romaine! Flavorful and crunchy! I didn't take pictures this time around but will say overall we had a great little dinner. The wife also had the Pomegranate Lemonade, which she said was a bit sweet but she liked it. We came for a late lunch just before 3. It was also happy hour so we opted to sit at the bar. Our server (wish I caught his name) was great! He was so attentive, and friendly. When we arrived we were the 3rd party at the bar, once we ordered the bar filled up and he continued to be attentive and friendly, anticipating our needs l, refills, to go containers, bags etc. We ordered off the lunch menu. There are good gluten free options and the portions are large for lunch! The spicy chicken was delicious and spicy. We all know PF Chang's has been around a while, not sure why so many people hate on it, but I love it! Every time I've gone, they've never failed me & food is always good! The hype over this place has sure died down drastically with the all the new hot & hipster places around town, but you can catch me here anytime! My go to is always the lettuce wraps to start, sometimes a hot & sour soup and the Chang's Spicy Chicken (extra spicy) for my main entrée. When we came, then had a great 3 course meal deal going on starting at $20.99/person. It included soup or salad, appetizers & main entree. No dessert was included in this meal option. I opted for my usual- lettuce wraps, hot & sour soup & Chang's Spicy chicken. All of our food was great and service was good too. Another visit. We don't come to this side of the valley very often. We arrived at 3:45 on a Saturday afternoon, so it was only about 1/4 full. We ordered the same thing as last visit except that I subbed out the iced tea for a Peach Boba Breeze. The food, service and professionalism were spot on as always. The men's restroom was a bit dirty but not enough to knock off a star. The Peach Boba thing was really bad. It was so cloyingly sweet that I could barely drink it. It prices at about $20 per person and is a great value! To start, I ordered egg drop soup -- the soup was hot and tasty. For an app, we ordered the chicken lettuce wraps which are always a favorite! The lettuce was fresh and crispy and the chicken mixture was served with a sweet sauce. Delicious! For my entree, I ordered Chang's Spicy Chicken and upgraded my side to lo mein. My boyfriend ordered the same. We love this dish and order it exclusively! Service was great and our food came out quickly. This is my local P.F. Chang's, so I have been many times. I have always thought their prices were too high, but I have never been disappointed in the food. My usual order is fried potstickers (which were fine) and pan fried lo mein. It isn't on the menu any more, but they will fix it for you. Normally, there is a nice selection of veggies-snow peas, Chinese cabbage, water chestnuts, and carrots. I don't like onion or mushrooms, but you can get those, too. Today I got what looked like an entire stalk of celery and a lot of carrot slivers. No other vegetables, and not much chicken, either. The noodles were just cold dry noodles-not fried, and barely any sauce. They did give me more sauce when I asked. What a disappointment. My friend got Mongolian Beef. Instead of delicate slivers of green onion, she had big fat tubes of onion, and not a lot of beef. I get that grocery prices are crazy, but this was ridiculous. The bill was over $70, which should have gotten me more than celery and carrots. I need to find a new Chinese restaurant. read more

We have been coming to this location for several years and usually find it he food good/average and that's what we found in his evening. We always sit at the bar as we like chatting with the bartender and feel we get better service but tonight was just the opposite. Although there were 2 bartenders and only 8 people at the bar it took forever to get a drink. I would have easily ordered 2 more cocktails had I not had to flag our bartenders down. We had asked for an extra plate as we were sharing a couple items and it didn't arrive until we were almost done. I would not even write this review had the restaurant been crowded but it was barely 1/3 full. I believe in his is a management issue and apparently service is not a priority. We are also members of their club and we had to ask for our edemas and our discount be applied. This is a great opportunity to build customer appreciation and loyalty but it can also be a turn off if not recognized by the servers. Hubby & I had dinner here tonight. I made a reservation for 5:30. We were about 10 minutes early. We were greeted by both of the girls at the hostess station when we walked in. We were seated right away. The booth seats were very comfortable. Our server was prompt. We both ordered waters. Hubby ordered a beer & I got the sangria. Hubby said the beer was good. My sangria was really good. We bought the Feast since there were many things on it we wanted. Hubby got a house salad, pork pan fried dumplings, spicy chicken with fried rice. I got a salad, since I didn't realize hubby got one, crispy honey chicken with fried rice. I also ordered the wonton soup. This was not an option on the Feast menu. I like wonton soup but haven't had it forever. The wonton soup was excellent! It was the best wonton soup I've ever had. The broth was so good. In addition to the wontons it had mushrooms, water chestnuts, green onion, chicken, shrimp & mushrooms. Hubby is not a soup fan, but he smelled it and had to try it. He also loved it, & had several bites. The dumplings were really good. The salad was good, but not much in it but lettuce, cabbage, wonton strips & dressing. We liked it & the dressing. Hubby liked his spicy chicken, but said it wasn't very spicy. He's had it at work for lunches a couple of times since PF Changs is his bosses favorite restaurant. When he gets the spicy chicken at the Scottsdale restaurant he said it's good & spicy. My crispy honey chicken was good. I kinda wish I had ordered the sweet & sour chicken I was going to get, but it wasn't on the Feast options. It was crispy and the chicken was really tender. The fried rice was okay. Nothing special. It wasn't as good as the fried rice we get from our Chinese restaurant. They also charge $4.95 as an up charge for it. It's really not much different from the steamed rice. We were so stuffed, and had leftovers, but a friend of mine said we had to try the Great Wall of Chocolate cake. We ordered it to go. It's almost $14, but it is a massive piece. Even though we were super stuffed we had to try a bite when we got home. It was super good. It's not overly sweet or rich. We never get dessert, but glad we have it to eat this weekend. Chang's throughout the years and there has been good and very bad times with the food quality. Just very disappointing how my experience has only been getting worse with eating at P.F. Chang's ,that being said yesterday 12/28 me and my husband decided to get P.F. changs for lunch time, he got his usual chicken fried rice and orange chicken. I decided to get the lo mein with chicken and California rolls. Now the California rolls I've gotten before and I've never had a problem with but after eating that meal I started feeling nauseous and eventually throwing up. Arrived (5 of us) around 5pm on a Sunday, only 1/3 of the tables were occupied. The greeter was somber. It took so long for the server to arrive for our drink order that we were also ready to order. She was somber. Drinks arrived quickly and refills were timely. Every person that brought a dish to our table was somber. I did not see one employee smile. Not one person made me feel welcome to be there. We had the $19.99 special - it was more than enough food and there was a good amount of choices. The food came out hot. The egg drop soup was the best I've had! I ordered the crispy honey shrimp - it did not have any crisp and was a bit spicy which I didn't notice mentioned on the menu. Sesame chicken, and lettuce wraps were very good. The size of the dishes on the special were smaller than the regular dishes on the menu. I know because one order was just lettuce wrap and one lettuce wrap order was the appetizer choice on the special. Over all the food was great, the ambience was not. I had the spicy chicken and it came with a lot of sauce. I wasn't able to finish the entire dish as it is a portion size for at least two people. I thought that it tasted pretty good especially the crispy exterior. The crispy exterior was light which I liked. I don't like when the batter on the chicken is too heavy. I also tried the Mongolian beef. I liked how the Mongolian beef was not chewy. At other restaurants, I have tried their beef and the beef was too chewy for me. The rice was pretty good. I thought that it was light and fluffy. At other restaurants the rice has been dry. The black sesame caramel Brûlée was pretty unique. At first we thought that it was made with some sort of nut. When the waitress mentioned that some people thought it tasted like peanut I did think that it tasted a little bit like a peanut flavored dessert. The crème brûlée wasn't overly sweet like I have had at other restaurants. I was surprised that it wasn't as sweet as I'm used to. Funnily, they have a little gate at the front of the restaurant which seems to surprise a lot of people. The gate is really small, so we're not sure the purpose of it but maybe to prevent little kids from wandering into the parking lot away from their parents. read more

Her tone was super confrontational and she didn't like us asking questions - audibly angry sighing and saying "what does it say on the menu?"
