    Shrimp Fresh Roll

Thai Crystal is a must stop for my next trip through Pendleton. The Shrimp Fresh Rolls were fresh and crisp, and beautifully garnished. Also enjoyed the green curry and the spicy basil. Loved all the vegetables in spicy basil-also that they were not overcooked. Only thing that could be improved would be more basil since this flavor was not very dominant, despite the name. The owners show a lot of pride in the restaurant with the decor, Thai wall decorations, statues, dolls, and the fresh orchid plants on many tables.

The restaurant space felt more Chinese style when walked in, the menu had a lot of options. The noodle dish we got said it had a spicy sauce but it wasn't at all, and lacked a depth of flavor in my opinion. My mother enjoyed it. The avocado green curry was good. We had gotten mango sticky rice to go which the out in a styrofoam box, and I found out they topped it off with a lot of the coconut sauce as it ended up leaking out in my car. I would recommend having them put it in a plastic container that fully closes.

$15.95 for small plate of Swimming Rama, which was not authentic. Didn't have enough sauce, was given more sauce but charged $2.50 for it. So, this okay lunch entre ended up costing $18.45. Served with mini bowl of watery soup. Service just okay. Servers here don't understand real customer service and do not check back on tables. No actual warmth or friendly banter. Dutiful zombie waitresses. Recommend? NO! Waayy too expensive, especially for the area. Swimming Rama is customarily a dish of spinach and, in this case, tofu, sautéed with a sauce of peanuts, lime juice, chili and brown sugar. Not broccoli. Not with hardly any sauce at all, which is why it 'swims'. .

The food is super delish. It's centrally located, the food was clean and beautifully cooked as per spice level. The lady on the phone was very well spoken and polite. She was very cooperative and took the order very nicely and the food was cooked per every details asked for. Also the meat was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend this place.

Friendly service in a quiet, clean setting. Plenty of comfortable booth seating. - Thai iced tea: massive, perfect balance of tea flavor, creaminess, and sweetness - Avocado green curry: I requested it to be Thai hot, but it was actually quite mild. The flavor of the curry was delicate and tasty. The server was very helpful in helping us choose items that were vegetarian (without oyster or fish sauce).

Quint little family run Thai Restaurant with BIG FLAVOUR! This is our second time passing through Pendleton on route to Portland from SLC, UT. Our last visit was about 3 yrs. ago and our good experience from our first visit bring us back! On a Sunday around noon, the restaurant was pretty full, with a big family gathering in the back and a few more tables of 2s & 3s. We got our booth soon as we walked in, menus were presented and soon after our drinks. With the lady all by herself most of the time, her service was still very attentive and friendly. Food came pretty fast, we got two dishes to share, we ordered both items 4 stars for spiciness: Pad Thai with Chicken: Their version is moist with more sauce then others, still very well done with the noodles still very al dente! There were lots of chicken throughout the dish, they did not skimp at all with ingredients, all were cooked to perfection and well balanced! Basil Beef: They are also very generous with the portion and the amount of beef we got was also above average, the accompanying peppers and green beans were all cooked just right without being soft, the crunchiness of the vegetables and the amazing sauce makes this a delightful dish to have with your Jasmine Rice! Oh yes, we added extra "Prik Nam Pla" as we both love our spice!! Lastly, I like to mention that the couple that operate this restaurant is very warm and friendly, which makes this charming little restaurant even more welcoming!!

Fabulous thai food. Definitely ranks up there and easily competes with thai food from Portland.

This joint is about as constant as the number of times I have to pee at night. You'se never can…read moretell if they will get an order right, If you go there maybe you will have ta wait and wait and it's a guessing game whether or not the so called Thai food will be worth eating. I lived in Thailand. This food does not resemble anything I ate there during that year. My frail picked up take out tonight. She told the dumb bunnies NO SPICE on the fecking ( a nod to St. Patty's day) drunken noodles. Guess what? Yep they be spicy. I can't eat spicy food. I don't even feed spicy food to my dog. If it wasn't such a long drive I'd pin on my diapers and I'd take it back. Alas, it came out of their kitchen as worthless if yas can't eat spicy food and it remains unedible for me. Not the first time I've spent my cabbage here for a bad result but certainly is the last. I write lotsa places and express myself. The good, the bad and the ugly. I'll be sure ta mention what I paid for tonight and could not eat. I hates anyone to pay for something they aren't gonna get. Maybe they got the order wrong. Maybe the cook doesn't understand English. Maybe I just don't care. Actually I do care. I care that I paid for something I did not get. If you get food from here .. shhh .. pause and pipe that. That be Hammer laughing.

Any food here that consists of noodles are amazing! You can't go wrong with any of the fresh rolls…read moreand soups either! If you get the sticky rice just know it'll be slightly dried out and hard- this also goes to the mango sticky rice where the rice feels like it isn't cooked all the way because there's a crunch to it. Everything outside of this is amazing and has an authentic Thai taste with spices, herbs, etc.
