Came home to surprise my family for the weekend and they treated me by taking me out for dinner! They said that we just HAVE to go to Thai Diner, even though tonight marked 4 weekends in a row for them. Needless to say I was more than impressed. The crunchy rolls and plum sauce are delicate and delicious. I ordered the vegetarian pineapple fried rice and my monstrous meal came out piping hot and made to perfection. My parents noticed numerous couples in the space that have also become regulars, which is a sure sign that Thai Diner is doing something right. 10/10 will definitely be surprising my folks more often! read more

I had the crispy duck with jasmine rice and it was spectacular . my wife and kids had a variety of the curry dishes and drunkin noodle- all very well prepared with fresh ingredients and all the flavors you would expect of thai food. We dined in and it was very clean and service was fast and friendly. A definite hidden treasure north of Allentown. We would highly recommend it for lovers of thai food. We've had dinner here a few times now. So far we've had drunken noodles, Panang curry and a stir fry and another curry. With the exception of the baby corn being overcooked one time, all the vegetables were perfectly done, and the seasonings were tasty. read more

Dropped by this place on my way back from a ski trip because of the rave reviews. Don't let the unassuming exterior fool you. It deserves the raves. Some of the best Thai food I ever tasted. They apparently have monthly specials and they're worth the try; I can't remember the name of the dish I ordered, but it was lightly breaded lobster and shrimp with peanut sauce, and it was absolutely delicious. My wife ordered mango curry with beef; she thought the beef a bit tough but loved the sauce. Their pad thai with crispy chicken was also very good. By far the best Thai food in the Lehigh valley area. I drive way out of my way to eat there at least twice a month. My wife loves their Mango curry and always gets an order to take home for lunches during the week. I try to get something different each time I go and have yet to be disappointed. The operation seems to be a single family as there is dad as the waiter and what sounds like family sounds coming from the kitchen. If you are going for atmosphere this is not the place, but the food is great. I only hope that enough folks discover it that it stays in business but not too many that I have to wait to get in on a Saturday night like I do at the good Thai place near me.
