    1/2 of the spring rolls

Saturday night delivery! It was so good! We ordered Spring rolls, Dynamite Wings, Pepper Steak, and the Angry Dish. It was way too much food but oh so worth it! First off the food was delivered as hot and fresh as it would be if we ate it there. The spring rolls were crispy and delicious, the wings honestly made the top 3 list, and I picky! The pepper steak was delicious and the vegetables were so fresh! Lastly the angry dish with chicken was perfect! Warning! If you order it spicy it's no joke! Most places it's just warm... this is smoking spicy and I loved every bite!

Came here during Iowa City Jazz Fest on the 4th of July Weekend. Overall pretty solid Thai food and standard service/ambiance. It was my first time trying the Tom Yom soup so the sourness was quite overpowering, with very little meat/vegetable/substance in the soup to keep me satiated. The noodle dishes and potstickers we order were also yummy but not anything mind blowing.

Service is great and the food is decent. I ordered the Tom kha gai, drunken noodles and papaya salad. All of them were good. Ambience is really good. A good date night spot. They were playing a lot of Alina Baraz which I appreciated. Felt like a modern American Thai restaurant.

I only got takeout so I cannot attest for anything within the restaurant but the food was great. I got the Thai style noodle soup which is by far one of my favorite foods that I struggle to find often and I would gladly get it from here again.

My favorite Thai restaurant in the Des Moines metro. Thai flavors has never disappointed me and I can say that I have always thoroughly enjoyed my meals there. My favorites include the Avocado Curry, Pad Thai, yellow curry fried rice, and the General Tao Chicken. The portions are wonderful, the quality is amazing, and the ability to pick up in store quickly is great as well. Would 10/10 recommend.

Pad See-Ew with Chicken with mushrooms. It was very good. Definitely a great noodle dish.

Great curry and rangoons. The pad see ew was ok but lacked a lot of flavor. Same with the drunken noodles. Carry out service is good.

Biggest disappointment was that while alcohol options showed on the menu, they were unable to serve any alcohol - claiming that their liquor license had not yet been renewed. I was craving a spring roll with peanut sauce, so to start things off, we ordered #90 Bo Bia steamed spring rolls with shredded shrimp, carrots and sausage served with plum sauce (see picture). While the wrap was thicker than the 'paper' wraps that I'm used to, they were very good - and I really liked the plum sauce. My wife was undecided and our very helpful waiter Archie, suggested #69 Com Ga Chien Xa Ot (chicken breast fried with spicy lemon grass - see picture). It was good, but both of us would have preferred a bit more spice, as we ended up adding Siracha at the table. I was considering #99 Banh Xeo Vietnamese style crispy pancake stuffed with shrimp, pork & veggies based on the menu picture, but Archie talked me into #97 Banh Tam Bi Xiu Mai udon noodles with shredded pork, steamed pork meatballs and veggies instead (see picture). I was impressed with the coconut milk and lemon sauce that he poured over it when served with the instructions to stir it all together - very tasty combination of savory, sweet and tart, with a very slight spiciness. We did get the large version, but we weren't expecting them to be so big lol. All of the ingredients were really fresh and full of flavor. The bread was perfect, too! Even the sandwich we got for our daughter was delicious; it was simple, but sue "inhaled" it lol. We also got the BbQ chicken chili which had great flavor, but it was more like a chili flavored soup. I dipped my leftover bread in it, so it worked out lol. When we ordered, we tried to do so online, but that was a pain. So, we called in and the customer service was excellent! The guy that took our order was very nice, patient, and informative, which was very appreciated since we had just had issues with the website lol. We ordered for pickup and our food was placed nicely in the bags and nothing was spilling or overflowing onto anything else. Overall, the inside of the restaurant was great, even though we didn't dine in. It looked quite clean and was pretty relaxing. Staff were really nice in person as well. 3*17*25

At Lunch time, I didn't feel like a sit down waiter restaurant, nor did I want to go into HyVee and choose a pre-wrapped Sammy. So after a little Yelp searching, the West Street Deli came up. West Street Deli is just down the street from my Ames Barber (Troy) and just as close to Mother's Pub. The street is its own little business District, and feels far away from Lincoln Way. I ordered a Cajun Tuna Melt which was unlike any sandwich of this type that I had experienced. It was well prepared and was flavorful in many ways, including a little kick at the end. A beer would have gone well with this, but I stayed with water, while comfortably seated by a window within their dining room. A very pleasant experience and a for sure future visit.
