We went Friday night at 5 pm . There was only one other couple eating but no one seemed interested in welcoming us or taking our order . Finally a flagged down one of the staff . I ordered shrimp with basil which was described as very spicy on menu . No spice and it was just shrimp and loads of green peppers with some rice . No other veggies in the mix . My husband ordered the chicken fried rice which also had lots of green peppers. Felt like that was all they had in the kitchen . No knives served with meal either . I wanted to try this place long time ago and I finally did. My first impression was good. The server was friendly at all time, the place along with the bathrooms were clean, that's something I really liked. The food was ok, and they were very generous with large portions. The wonton soup was very disappointing thought, it lacked of flavor and the wontons had a weird taste and weren't fresh at all. I may give it another try in the future. What a gem! The sesame chicken is my favorite sesame chicken by far! So light! The Panang Chicken is amazing. It is my go to when I don't know what I want! The sriracha beef is another favorite. The wontons were really good but I did not love the pad Thai. The sauce for the pad Thai was very different from most places and really sweet. The portions though were super generous even though it felt like all noodles and nothing else. We just move into the neighborhood a month ago and have already had Thai Garden several times! When you look at the menu, it's a hodge podge of everything, we generally don't gravitate towards these types of places but the Thai food is actually really good. We've gotten the pad Thai, pad see ew, drunken noodles and curries, so so good!! We always order for take out as our place is only 3 mins away. It's alway crowded when I go in, fyi sometimes the super nice lady isn't at the counter, her very young sons might be there, they can help you lol. Just a fyi, the only downside to this place is the spice consistency. Sometimes we'll get medium, sometimes mild, sometimes spicy, but whenever we get home, we always question the level of spice. The mild is sometimes tear inducing, while the spicy level is mild. Sometimes it's mixed up, sometimes it is just on another level lol. read more

This was by far the worst pad Thai I have ever had, I could only eat about 2 bites before I had to stop eating. Service was ok, and the ambience was ok too nothing fancy. This spot is another yummy place especially if your a Fried Rice lover! Their chicken is always yummy and there's just something about getting Fried Rice at a Thai Restaurant rather than a Chinese restaurant. My son (who's a picky eater) LOVES their Sesame Chicken (as do my hubby and I). The prices are a little more than some - but at least you get what you pay for with the amount you get. read more

I called to make an order around 9:15pm. I ordered the beef drunken noodles, chicken and shrimp pad Thai, pineapple chicken curry, and a small Tom yum. They were welcoming even though they were closing up. And I'm actually really enjoying my food. It's delicious! Although I thought the drunken noodles would have a thick gravy- they're still good. The meat is soooo tender! The pad Thai was bland but still okay. The curry was my favorite. It was so flavorful and just wow. I love it. The Tom yum is savory too. The food is bomb! Eh I'm not sure- I've had them a couple times now because I keep wanting to like them. I ordered my favorite soup- Tom Kha Khai (also called chicken coconut) and it wasn't right- it didn't taste like Tom Kha at all no matter what I tried to add to it :( Second chance- ordered the Royal Chicken (cashew chicken) and asked for it as spicy as possible- it was mild. The flavor wasn't very good like most cashew chicken I've had. There were also lots of veggies in it that were not listed on the menu. I appreciate that their take-out bag is set up to not spill- most places don't bother with that, also they're always very nice and quick on take-outs. Tried this place today for the first time. Ordered pad thai and pad see ew for delivery. Delivery took almost two hours. I called them after maybe 1 hr and the lady wasn't apologetic, she just said they were almost done... took almost another hour before food arrived. While the portions were huge, I'm disappointed that the food just wasn't good. The noodles tasted almost like plastic.... no flavor at all. The beef was descent but that tells me it likely wasn't cooked together (since your expect the noodles to taste like the meat if they were). I recently moved from Washington State to Colorado and have yet to find a good Thai or Korean or Mongolian BBQ or Vietnamese restaurant. Today I ordered the beef pad se ew from Thai Garden for lunch along with an appetizer of crab rangoons. The price for the food was good and the crab rangoons were okay but the pad se ew was downright awful. The noodles were dried out and stuck together and barely had any flavor. The beef was more like ground beef chunks with seasonings instead of steak meat. And there was about 3 pieces of broccoli. Pretty bad in my opinion. I absolutely love this place. Prices are right. I mainly go for the curries and that hot hot Thai spice. I've been several times, mostly take out, but have sat down here also. Service was excellent and they even did a little something for my birthday. I'm not a food snob, meaning that I enjoy food that was prepared well and tastes good, so if you're one of those people where you're from so and so and you're Thai place was the best ever, don't rag on this place because it didn't hold up to your ridiculous standards. This isn't a dollar scoop place nor would I say the best Thai I've had but it is certainly better than average. It was a last minute choice of convenience for dinner with our son. We all enjoy Thai food and were happy to try a new place. My wife tried the Pad Thai - worst ever. She said it tasted like someone just squeezed ketchup packets over the the noodles. I tried it, and she was not exaggerating. I had what was supposed to be Panang Curry, but it was not like any I had ever eaten. Very disappointing. I got the impression that they don't seem to care about the quality of their food. The wait staff were more interested in their cell phones than the diners. There are many, MANY better options for Thai - satisfy your curiosity for a new Thai place at one of them. read more
