Went in today after a shift. The restaurant felt very local and authentic but also kind of neglected, like any regard for the aesthetic has been kind of abandoned for a while. I ordered the shrimp spring rolls and a small rare steak pho, the spring rolls were not very good I think the cilantro was too dominant, and overpriced (every other Thai/viet restaurant I've been to in Aurora has been about $1-2 cheaper). The pho was good though and the small portion is well sized in my opinion and a great deal. I was served by an older gentleman and a younger lady; I'm not sure if something was lost in translation between me and the man but he was pretty loud with me and very dismissive when I asked for the WiFi (he just said no WiFi although they had one, maybe employees only I really don't know). He didn't speak to me much and wouldn't reply after I'd thank him for serving me the food or filling waters, and I noticed he was a lot friendlier to the other guests. He also was staring at me a lot as I'd eat which made me uncomfortable. It's possible I'm overthinking it but I honestly felt like I gave a lot of opportunities to kind of establish a little bit friendlier conversation and he just wasn't with it. I started to think that maybe he was worried I'd dine and dash since I came alone and whatever else he gathered from my appearance. It made me uneasy enough that I asked to pay before I finished eating because again I assumed that must have been why I was getting that kind of treatment. Regardless, I definitely won't come back. I live a 10min walk from this place and really wanted to love it. I came on a Sunday afternoon with my roommate and we were the only people in the restaurant. There's a full bar, which I recommend you take advantage of. Pricing is pretty standard, about $15-$20 for an entree. I ordered the green curry with beef. It was delicious! My roommate ordered spring rolls and a Thai tea with boba. Her spring rolls fell apart, tasted mid, and the sauce didn't save it. Her drink also didn't hit; she didn't end up finishing it. We got our heads stuck on Thai food and stumbled upon this place. It was quiet when we arrived on a Saturday afternoon. We were the only people there for awhile, but that didn't stop the server from being very attentive to us either. We were able to sit at a four top table to take everything in. I had a wonderful Thai tea to start my meal before diving into my Pad Thai. I think I went a little too conservatively with my spice level though. This place is conveniently right outside Buckley AFB South Gate which is around a 5 min drive. I placed an order to go over the phone for me and my coworker and was told the food would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I got there within 5 minutes of ordering and when I arrived I decided to order a lychee smoothie with boba since it was 90° and blazing hot that day. Upon entering the restaurant, the first thing I noticed was that the lighting was dim and there was nice elevator music playing overhead. There's a couch for waiting right next to the front counter and when I sat down I was surprised by how low it was. Right when I sat down, a lady came around the corner behind the counter to assist me. I told her I just made an order over the phone to go. She asked me what I ordered and typed on a calculator what my total would be to include the lychee smoothie I just ordered in store. I paid and she told me the food was already ready, she just needed to make the smoothie I just ordered. Onto the review of the food! Smoothie: it's not a smoothie but an icee which melted super fast in 90° weather. It tasted fine except for the boba. There was discoloration around the boba from it not being cooked fresh and it just sitting and hardening. Would not recommend getting the drink with boba. Pad see ew: the fast preparation of food was nice except I could definitely tell it was not cooked to order. The noodle has spice dried up on it in some areas. The egg itself was dry and not tasty at all. I wish there was more broccoli in it but there was probably only 4 pieces. Overall taste was alright but not great. Egg roll: not sure if this was complimentary or not since I also ordered a shrimp lomein for my coworker but it came with 2. This was the only thing fresh and I enjoyed eating it. Probably would not come here again unless I had no other choice for lunch and needed to get something real quick so I don't starve for the day. read more

Bite of Fusion is my favorite food spot in Denver hands down. I live in Mississippi but every time I'm in town I make a point to go at least once. The best pho I've ever had, that broth is out of this world!!! Pineapple juice and all ingredients are always fresh and fragrant. Mango cheesecake is amazing as well and the teas do not disappoint. And definitely don't forget to grab some wontons. We usually get two orders, that's how tasty they are. But the best part about this restaurant is the service. I feel like I'm a part of the family, because they always greet me with love and they recognize each patron the same way. This place is in a random spot in Aurora! I never would have thought it was a little thai spot if I didn't look closely at the name. The space is pretty casual, nothing too fancy about the ambiance. The servers are all very nice! The place appears to be run by a family. The food was great - large portions and just generally good thai food. I went during a weekday, so it was really quiet and empty. Not sure if they get a lot of foot traffic, but it's a really good spot to just come in for a quick bite!! Prices were decent, too! Most dishes can be served as mild medium or spicy.. if you're unsure with your spice tolerance I'd recommend starting on the mild/medium side, you can always try spicy on your next visit. Been coming here for years and have never left disappointed, there's something on the menu for everyone. The restaurant is a family owned small business, there's only three people who run this entire spot on the daily. Ive never noticed a significant wait time, but if your food or drink take some time to get to your table it's because a family is putting it together. It's my go to spot when I have friends and family in town, or when I can catch a lunch break in the area. I am absolutely appalled by the lack of service and attitude of the kitchen staff at Bite of Thai. I arrived around 6PM to order food, and ordered with a gentleman at the counter that clearly had NO IDEA what was on the menu or what food the restaurant served, then proceeded to wait 45 minutes for food to be ready. I ordered: Pad See Ew (Mild) Pad Thai (Medium) Masaman Curry (Mild) Drunken Noodle (Mild) I live about 30 mins East of Bite of Thai Fusion, and upon arriving home,I found that I received: Pad Thai spicier than Satan's asshole Buffalo Chicken Wings Masaman Curry so spicy and watery it was more so a soup Chicken Wings in some sort of Asian sauce I called the restaurant and spoke with an older woman that informed me that I would have to bring the food back. I asked her if I could simply take pictures, as packing everything back up was a pain and they would simply throw the food out regardless. I was told a picture was fine, as they would need to show the owner what occurred. Upon arriving back at Bite of Thai Fusion, 30 minutes or so later after being told the food would be ready when I arrived (mind you this was close to closing time), nothing was ready, and I was told by the same older lady that I was required to bring the food back. After telling her that she explicitly told me a picture was acceptable, she said she needed the food to be present to show the owner. I asked to speak with the owner and sort it out, to which she replied that individual was not there. I asked if tha was the case, why wouldn't a picture be sufficient since the food would be disposed of at the restaurant and there was no one to verify. No answer. Then, I mentioned I was overcharged. TO WHICH THIS SAME GAL PULLS OUT A FUCKING CALCULATOR AND SAYS YOU WERENT OVERCHARGED BECAUSE WE CHARGED YOU FOR CHICKEN WINGS AND WELL ADD IT UP. Might I say-- completely missing the point? At this point, this same individual began getting very irate, telling me she was going to check the recording and that she would stop cooking because she was refusing to replace anything. I stated I would dispute the charge,and left. This is horrible customer service. We have previously ordered here for numerous people with no issue, but we will not be going back. Just got into town, and we wanted a quick bite with family. Drove 20mins to get "Thai food." Very disappointed. Got the Pad Woon Sen w/ tofu and mild spicy. Really was not much, if any flavor. The rice roll was dull. Very limited drink menu, tried to get a drink, but the server didn't come back to our table for 15-20 mins after bringing us water and taking our orders. Weird experience. I will not be going again, and if you're in the mood for Thai food, look elsewhere. I will say that we got there at 1915 and they closed at 2000. This place is so good!!! Super close to Buckley Space Force base which is convenient for service members. Very impressed with the food. The menu had a lot to pick from including usual faves like pad thai, se ew, drunken noodles, curry, pho sooooo much. We ordered drunken noodles, red curry and pho and everything was delicious. I'm sorry to have to give it 1 star on my 1st order from this restaurant. I ordered thru uber eats and it was a disaster for me. I am a huge pad that fan and have tried it from sooo many places and the pad that that I got from you this evening was not pad thai. It had a dark brown color to it which normally its more orangey color. It was tasteless, even after adding sesame oil, and soy sauce I still couldn't eat it. Could it be?! I may have actually found a place that offers a decent pad thai! And it's at a reataurant that isn't specifically dedicated to Thai food. Bite of Fusion offers different types of east Asian cusine ranging from Chinese, Thai, Japanese and Vietnamese. I decided to order delivery and got chicken pad thai and their crab rangoon which comes with six pieces. Both items were absolutely delicious. Way better than many of the actual Thai restaurants in this area. The pad thai was full of flavor, not too saucy but not too dry either. The crab rangoons were full of filling and had a nice crab mix flavor. I will definitely bw ordering from here again soon! read more

The Peanut Sauce is a favorite of mine aside from the Teriyaki Sauce. The steamed white rice was sticky, just the way I like it. The cooked Edamame was simple and very serene. They also serve inexpensive Korean BBQ, and definitely make the most of the dish. Vegetable egg rolls are a must, and they are so crunchy on the outside, and very sweet on the inside. They have Vietnamese Sandwiches!!!!!! That's also sooo incredibly exciting because Federal BLVD is most popular for that. But I can now have it accessible at this paradise spot. The Thai Chili wings is also very breaded, chewy and definitely not soggy. Come for those. I went online using the link from their website and order $75 dollars of food only to have my card charged then receive an email stating they couldn't fulfill my order. They try to make up for it by opening the door, but that does not work well on a very cold day, which it was the day we went. Flavor wise, everything was a miss for me. The customer service is still excellent. I ordered the Vietnamese sandwich with chicken instead of the beef or pork, it's both savory and sweet. I really do enjoy Bite of Fusion and the customer service is excellent, but every time I go I seem to wait much longer than expected, even if I am the only customer in the building. Today I waited 40 minutes for two sandwiches and a noodle bowl, I'm not sure what's going on back in the kitchen but that may have been my last visit :( read more

Been wanting to try this place. Seen in the pictures on Yelp that they had papaya salad which I was surprise for a fusion restaurant. After a month, finally made it here. Only to find out that they took the papaya salad off the menu The guy explained that they don't get a lot of papaya salad orders and it goes to waste. Understandable. The Pho was good let me start off there. However, the service was less than desirable, and the cleanliness was in my opinion unacceptable. The seat I took was at the bar. The bar was wet, and I asked for it to be cleaned. They brought me napkins so I could clean it myself... ok... I don't mind helping. When she dropped off the soup, no offer of a condiments cart. You know the hoisin sauce and what not. I had to go to a table and grab it myself. My water cup was dirty and the pitcher they use to fill the glasses... one was clean and the other was disgusting.
