Ordered carry out, well that's all they do actually. We ordered the cheese wonton, a pad Thai with chicken and steamed tofu, extra, extra hot and the pad pak with chicken and steamed tofu and no baby corn. Order takes about 15 minutes to make. The total was $23.80. Shrimp chips are an extra $3 for the bag. Staff was friendly for our pickup. The crab cheese wontons are worthless. Maybe a dime size of cheese. We ended up biting off the small bit of cheese and leaving the leathery remainder of the wonton. The shrimp crackers were fresh, crunchy and good. The pad Thai is hot as heck, perfect for my husband. Too hot for me. My pad pak is meh. Not special at all. Not so spicy. It's just so-so. I ate more shrimp cracker than my pad pak.

    Drunken Noodles with chicken
    Jessica P.

Absolutely delightful! I savored the exquisite flavors of drunken noodles accompanied by spring rolls, served in pairs. Each dish was impeccably prepared, a testament to the chef's skill. What truly impressed me was their commitment to eco-consciousness, opting for paper packaging and minimizing waste with compact bags. The drunken noodles boasted ample sauce, tantalizing my taste buds with every bite. While I opted for a mild spice level this time, I eagerly anticipate indulging in a spicier rendition during my next visit. Highly recommended for those seeking a culinary experience that excels in both taste and sustainability. They are take out only however you can order ahead and eat inside if you'd like. I called ahead and it was ready within 15 minutes.

Pad thai curry with shrimp to go

Take out was fast and I loved the pad thai curry with shrimp! There were actually multiple shrimp included and it was pleasantly creamy. I would definitely order again.

Fresh roll feels like its was just full of filler veggies no meat

Order the Pad thai from here medium spice .. was pretty good just only thing i can complain about is the fresh rolls felt more of it just being a filler barely any type of protein. Will try again soon.. but wasnt to pleased. lunch portion is a great size. spice level was good ordered medium had a nice kick. service was good.. will return to update review

I liked the question "what Spicy level do you want ... (mild/medium/spicy)" for each dish. Decent sized portions and tasty food. The many and varied Pad Thai plates beckoned and we tried the omlette Pad Thai which was delicious and piping hot. Chicken Tom Yum soup and shrimp fried rice also were pleasurable. The atmosphere is really casual - the layout is more of a cafe than a formal dining room. I would definitely return and with friends.

To start, we got moo krob (deep fried pork belly) which is the Thai version of Chinese siu yook. I have to say, I like siu yook so much more - it's a lot more flavorful having been marinated with five spice and served with delicious sweet hoisin sauce for dipping. The pork here was bland and the sauce (fish sauce based) was pretty one note. For my entree, I got rad na (rice noodles with gravy, Chinese broccoli, carrots, and choice of meat - I got pork) which was one of the best I've ever had! They used fresh rice noodles and sautéed it properly to give it the "wok hei" (wok-seared flavor). The gravy was deep and flavorful and the portion size was very good. If everything else was as good as my entree, I'd give this restaurant 5 stars. Unfortunately, my mom's Kao mun gai (steamed chicken with rice and "special sauce") was awful. She asked if the dish had any spice because she can't do spicy, and the server said no, so she decided she'd try it. The chicken was way overcooked and dry, with no flavor at all. The sauce, the only thing providing flavor and moisture, was spicy so that she couldn't eat it. We asked if there was any sauce she could get instead that wasn't spicy, and they said no, but they can give us a bottle of soy sauce. So my mom used some of that, and also took some of my rad na gravy. But because the chicken was so dry and bland, it was beyond saving. My dad got the Thai basil fried rice, mild spice. It was definitely hotter than other Thai restaurants' mild, and my dad said the spice overwhelmed the other flavors. I tried some of it and it was not bad, but nothing remarkable. They told us that traditionally, it's served with the rice on the side, which was strange to me because then it's not fried rice - it's sautéed meat and veggies with rice on the side. I am curious about how some of the other dishes taste here, but it's a shame that 3/4 of the things we ordered were mediocre to downright bad. While I enjoyed my entree, I felt bad my parents didn't enjoy their food.

I love this place, the staff is always so friendly and have often popped out with my take out to my car. I've come too early before and they've offered to let me sit in my car and they'd bring it out to me when I'm ready. That's service! The food is always fresh and flavorful. We love the pad Thai with tofu for the kids and we go back and forth with curries and noodle dishes ourselves. Spice level here is standard and you can get it on the side if you're so inclined which is nice to amp it up on your own terms. Crab rangoons are still the best here with the green onion really perking up the cream cheese inside. Can't go wrong with any of the dishes. The community know about this place now so wait times are a little closer to 25-30 min during peak dinner times so plan accordingly for take out. Ordered appetizer sampler, and tom yum soup, pad Thai, chicken and steamed tofu and veggies, extra hot, Thai basil with chicken and added mushrooms, medium spicy. $58.10 The chicken dumpling and the crab wonton are all cold, what in the world! The second try of the chicken dumplings were warmer and not bad. The crab cheese wonton is so-so, the cheese is not cream cheesy as expected, not sure if there is something else in there. Hardly any crab at all. The plum sauce is like a syrup, runny and super sticky and oh so messy. The Thai sauce and the basil sauce are both quite sweet too. The pad basil is good, good heat, lots of green peppers and carrots. The chicken is overcooked, it's a good thing it's swimming in sauce then. The tom yum soup was good, quite spicy for medium spice. Service is very good here, super warm, friendly and really want to give you a good experience.

Beef about 3 pieces, brisket 5 , very thin pieces. NO TRIPE- they forgot it. Little onions. 3 tiny pieces of tendon $6 fresh rolls. COLD AF. I understand you eat them "cold" but it was like they pre-rolled them & they sat all day in the fridge until it was ordered. I came in around 845PM. Felt the same temp as my ice cold water they brought out. Pork & shrimp very thin. Peanut sauce was very little, def not enough for 2 rolls. Took one small bite & took it home. As a Vietnamese, Very disappointed. Gave this place another shot & I wish I would've spent my $20 elsewhere. I rlly wanted to like them since they open an hour later than other local joints & it's close to where I stay. Sucks, just got back from airport needed some liquid gold in my life. Came in & ordered in Vietnamese, & she didn't understand me. I should've just walked out idk if it was because I came late, or what. I walked in someone was already there, they had a couple of carry outs, but another table of 2 came in. I took my time sifting thru the noodles to make sure I wasn't tripping. Just go the extra 5-7 mins & stick to Madison heights area or go home & make some eggs & rice til the next day. TO ME, It's rlly not worth it as a Vietnamese person, but you may have a different experience & I hope that you do!
