Food was good ambiance was really cool but it did take a while to get our food so I'd take off a star for that. I didn't think it was too busy during lunch but I can't complain about much else.

Very good ambience. Decent food. I don't think the food was that fresh really. I definitely loved the Khai Krapow Gai. Mango and coconut sticky rice was absolutely good. However the spring rolls were bad and lack salt. Also it was not fresh - pretty much heated and served. Mixed reviews of food but atmosphere here was really good.

Not so crispy but salty chicken and soggy

As a Thai food fanatic, I walked in ready for a food adventure but left feeling like I'd been tricked with the ol' bait-and-switch. The Phad Kee Mao? Surprisingly decent. Let's call it the "least disappointing," which sadly made it the highlight. Now, the Crispy Garlic Chicken, think "crispy" in an ironic sense. It was soggy and salty enough to raise my blood pressure just by looking at it. Then came the Beef Salad, where the beef put up a serious fight.....chewy like it was training for the next Rocky movie. The Green Curry was bland enough to make me question what I was eating, and the Massaman Curry was like watered-down soup. I'm not sure who thought it should be so thin, but they need to revisit the definition of "curry." Now, let's talk about service. I would, if there had been any. We practically got the silent treatment until the bill arrived, which conveniently had an extra dish we didn't order. After watching a whole relay of staff members consult each other like we were solving a mystery, they finally removed it. Not exactly a Michelin moment. Thai Ginger, I wanted to love you, but I think we need to see other restaurants.

Didn't think the food would be filling but it was. Got spice level 3 and it was too spicy on the pad see ew but it was still good. The pad thai was my fav. I think it was $20/dish, I forgot but quite expensive? Service was amazing. 3-4 different people kept checking up on me quite often which was nice because I needed sm water for the spice lol. Would get again but maybe not the pad see ew because it lacked some flavor.

Food always consistently great with bursting flavors, fresh ingredients & hearty portions. Service is friendly & warm. Ambiance is authentic with smart interior decorations. Miss these guys at the Mariners Games. Come back to the stadium!

We had a great lunch on a Sunday afternoon here! They were able to get our group of 7 in right away without a wait. The Cashew Nut with chicken was delicious. ($17) White rice was extra ($2) And a Thai iced tea to complete the meal ($5) With tip and tax lunch came out to just over $31 which is bit more than I'd like to spend. But our waitress was very prompt and sweet. The interior decor was cool - we got to sit right under a big archway/roof. Plenty of parking nearby in free parking lots of parking garages. The restaurant is located on the 2nd level of the outdoor town center.

Ambience - 5/5 Food - 3.5/5 Usual Thai food that you'd find in any Thai place. Nothing out of the ordinary. The service was pretty quick. Might be difficult to find this place as it is inside the Redmond town center mall. The place usually gets pretty busy and it's good to get a reservation for party of larger count. The quantity is just right and the spice level is perfect for me. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Overall worth a shot but not something I would go back again for

It was very filling and delicious, I could barely finish it. I also tried their noodle dish and that was also great and very flavorful. The chicken was succulent and tender. Pretty simple menu of their specialties, and some beverages. For the chicken rice, you can get classic, crispy or combo (half and half). I got the combo chicken rice. Portion was okay, although I feel like you get a slightly more chicken if you just order classic or crispy. The classic chicken tastes authentic, has the smooth slippery skin, but does need the dipping sauce or some of the ginger scallion oil for taste. The crispy chicken is okay, nothing that special about it. The rice was a little less flavorful than expected. The set also came with pickled vegetables, a salad, and some soup. Was served in reasonable time. The combo plate was $21. For Seattle area it's not expensive, but food in the area is just expensive in general. Maybe Hainanese chicken rice isn't my favorite thing, but it was just okay for me.

The host was very quiet and although I didn't hear him, luckily my daughter did. I asked for a five star curry with Salmon, but they informed me that they could only do three stars so ordered the three star curry, a side of spicy sauce and rice. My daughter ordered the Phad See Eiw with tofu. The server delivered the wrong noodle dish, I immediately said that it wasn't what we ordered; she ignored me, dropped it off and left for the next table where they informed her that she had swapped the dishes. The salmon was quite good, seared and crispy around the edges. The curry wasn't spicy at all, so I had to add the full side of spicy sauce. The spicy sauce made it spicy enough, but it was sour. I tried to explain this to the server; instead of hearing me out she immediately brought more spicy sauce. Finally I was able to get them to cook the curry with the spicy sauce making it less sour and the flavor was good. The rice was definitely insufficient for the amount of curry ordered, which I found strange given how cheap rice is. I tried my daughters noodles. They use a cheaper oil and added lots of sugar, making it a sub par dish. We also ordered a young coconut, but it wasn't that young and the meat was hard. At $12 for an item that costs $1.50 I was underwhelmed. Overall the dishes were hit and miss, and the service was sub par. Try it at your own risk.

The fact that these were also coated in oil was pretty nice. On the inside, I thought the prawns were cooked well - they remained pretty soft and didn't appear overcooked I did feel like the spice was pretty much missing, though. I ordered 4/5 stars, but it tasted more like 1/5 stars as there was a pretty significant lack of spice that took away from a lot of the flavor potential. Speaking of the missing flavor, there should've been a lot more sauce added to this dish - either poured on top of the prawns or the prawns come sitting in it. The benefit of this is that it you can mix everything with the rice - and this sauce coats the rice to make it taste good. The way it's currently presented, the prawns are too large to really eat with the rice, and mixing the two will just result in eating the meat and taking another bite of plain rice because there isn't enough sauce to coat the rice. This dish just ended up being eating the prawns by themselves - the rice wasn't super useful As a result, after finishing I really wasn't that full For the price (around 20 ish) there are a good amount of prawns, but I wouldn't really say you're getting a good deal here

You get a deep-fried half chicken served with flaky roti, panang curry sauce, sweet chili sauce, and a fresh cucumber salad on the side. (Note: The chicken breast can occasionally have its tender vs. slightly tougher days, but the flavors overall are unbeatable). * Beef Pad See Ew: Generous with the protein and broccoli, unlike other spots that give you 95% noodles. * Crab Fried Rice: Phenomenal execution with incredible, smoky wok hei. * * * Specialty Seafood Dishes: Highly recommend ordering off their specialty menu. The seafood plates are packed with crazy amounts of umami and have the perfect rich saltiness when paired with rice.
