Ambiance-Hidden gem off Prince George Rd I found near Gong Cha bubble tea. Weekends here are crazy busy but this was a late Tuesday and empty tables before the 9:30pm close. Service new server and she learned not all food have spice levels like puffs. Food-The puffs were so good with potatoes n carrots it was a lil samosa you get 3 or 4 per order for an appetizer. The roti was really tasty too but only 1 piece of naan which more sauce than bread per serving. The calamari was very good too the breading doesn't need sauce so crunchy goodness. And shrimp pad Thai really good and very careful ordering your spice level 3 was pretty spicy I would be conservative next time.

This place use to be really really good. It's been maybe 5-6 months since we've had it last. Idk if we just had a bad batch, or they were busy or maybe they changed chefs but I use to crave this place. Today we ordered our usual, beef pad see ew, shrimp pad Thai and chicken satay and it was lacking a lot of flavor. I wonder what happened.

That Kitchen is still amazing for several years this was the weekly lunch spot with Co workers, sometimes twice a week The staff is engaging and always friendly. And the food is out of this world delicious. I love spicy and they can make it nice and spicy of you ask. The decor is inviting and it has a nice ambiance. They also have outside dining as well. It's a BYO and a great place for dinner with friends or a date night. Definitely order appetizers. Try the Thai spring rolls, and the fried dumplings. The dumplings are light and crispy and the filling is delicious. Until we eat again TYFN

Love the food there. The Thai food was excellent. Nice and spicy. The portions were good. The atmosphere was ok. Like many Asian restaurants, they do pack the people in. I would recommend it.

Seating was fast and the food came out so quickly. Loved the flavors in this red curry, I went with medium spicy. Plenty of parking at this location too which is a huge plus.

DELICIOUS! Came for a late dinner so I just got apps. Curry puffs, the roti, & salt & pepper calamari. Also got a chicken pad thai to take home. All of it was soooo good especially the calamari. Wish the roti had two roti in the order but it was just one so it wasn't really a sharing appetizer. The 3 out of 5 spice level on the pad thai was really spicy so beware. Nevertheless, it's a nice place, very unassuming from the outside, and the service was speedy & kind. Should've gotten another order of the calamari to go also! So good!

Overpriced. The quality of the pad Thai is slightly above average but the quantity is not worth it in the slightest. Very disappointed for all such good things I've heard about it The restaurant itself was nice and looked good for a date night I ordered pick up and it was ready in 10 minutes so that was a plus and why I won't give it a 1 star You can find tons of better Thai food around the area for about $5 cheaper with more quantity

Really good food, super authentic and extremely flavorful. I had the duck noodles last time and got a 3 spice level and it was just the right amount of spice but not super overwhelming. The calamari was nice and crispy as well with a nice sauce on the side that had a semi sweet flavor to it. Pretty good service and a nice home feel for the ambiance. I can't wait to return and would suggest this location to others.

Love this place and we will definitely recommend the duck noodles. Thai ice team also a must try. See if you can order it with less ice. The service is great. The weather is perfect for outdoor dining. It is BYOB. The Roti is a little smaller than it used to be, but we still highly recommend.

Thai Kitchen has been a comfort spot for my family for years. It gets the staples like pad thai and curry right and offers just enough variety that it feels unique from other Thai places in the area. I especially recommend the duck and fish specials because they look harder to make than the typical noodle and rice dishes. Oh, and the desserts are a nice treat once in a while. I especially like the coconut pudding!

Having been to their sister concern which I didn't care for much , we decided to visit the original Thai Kitchen as the rest of my family liked the food here Z it was my first time and I was looking forward to dinner . Being a strip mall there was ample parking and walking in the ambience was inviting and they were quick in taking the order It started off on a positive note with the first couple of apetizers Spring roll & Chicken Satay . The Steamed Shrimp Dumplings had a piece of shell in it that it got stuck in my throat and I struggled to get it out for a while . Seas food sizzler was supposed to be a speciality but I didn't care much for the sauce and texture of the seafood Mee grob was a sticky mess - nothing noteworthy Our entrees were also mediocre Panang curry , Jungle curry Veggies i Basil sauce . Very thin watery curry felt more r like stir fried curry and not a creamy coconut milk based one . The only dishes worth talking about were the Veggie fried rice and Drunken noodles. Thank goodness for these two dishes Overall service was quick and attentive. Fried ice cream as the finishing touch was a typical Thai dessert to wrap up the evening on a pleasant note .

I visited here for an early dinner on a weekday last week and was surprised to see how busy this place was. Despite the crowd we were seated pretty quickly and the food came out just as fast. I got the drunken noddles (4/5 spice level) and the Thai iced tea. Everything was delicious, it was just what I wanted from the meal! Service throughout the dinner was great. I can't believe I didn't know about this restaurant before but I'll definitely be back!

Good Thai food for NJ. Better on the West Coast. Note their spicy scale is 1-5 but aficionados tell me that even 5 is not that spicy.

Somerville is an area we had never explored before, and while searching on Google, we found many good restaurant options. We finally decided to try Origin French Thai. All day it rained heavily, and by 7:30 PM it had become quite dark. Finding parking was a little difficult. Even though there is a municipal parking lot right next to the restaurant, getting a spot still took some time. One thing we really liked was the whole downtown vibe. The streets on both sides are closed for cars, and people can sit outside along the sidewalks, which gives the area a nice European-style atmosphere (though it was raining that day) We had a reservation booked already (highly recommended), and we got a comfortable couch table in the back section overlooking the restaurant. The ambience was really nice -- dim lighting with an Asian-inspired theme. They also have another seating section inside, so the place is actually bigger than it looks in some photos. We ordered: * Tom Yum Goong Soup - Easily one of the best Tom Yum soups I've ever had. After such a rainy day, it felt extra comforting and satisfying. 5/5 * Noodle Curry Shrimp - Crispy noodles soaked in gravy with shrimp pieces and a red coconut cream-based curry. Absolutely delicious. 5/5 * Red Curry Chicken - The gravy felt somewhat similar to the noodle curry dish to me, but it was still really flavorful and enjoyable. 4/5 Overall, the entire experience was wonderful. The food truly made the evening special and created a memorable birthday dinner for us. If I'm ever passing through this area again, I would definitely come back.

The inside of the restaurant was very nice. My son particularly loved the fish tank and looking at the fish while we waited for our food, they did not mind him getting up and just staring at it. Granted there was very few people in the restaurant. Some places seem tolerate kids while they seem to really enjoy him being there. If I was in the area again that would definitely come back. Overall the food was good. Chicken satay appetizer was as expected. Spring rolls, same thing. The green curry was more trying to be spicy than true flavor which was a bummer. Decent for a quick mid-week lunch. Just come in aware of what to expect.
