In a menu of stand out dishes, I think the sashimi is at the very top. The service was wonderful- friendly, knowledgeable, attentive but not too attentive. Gratuity seemed to be included, but we tipped on top of that because the included gratuity was not nearly enough for service that good. Now it is noisy. That is what I did not like, but I have noise challenges. We asked if we could sit up front near the bar. They kindly accommodated us. It was late on a Thursday and the restaurant was full. Definitely make a reservation. There is an adjacent parking lot, but parking fills up quickly. It is evident why the owner has been a James Beard finalist - this is not your average great food. This is more. It is creativity and vibrancy. I almost forgot - price. It is surprisingly reasonable. The dishes are shareable and almost tapas style. 2-3 person is a good amount. Most dishes run $20-30 at this point in time (June 2026). We had really great mocktails which were in the $10 range.

Menu was a good size and everyone sounded delicious. For appetizer we order the lumpia. They came out nice and hot and were yummy. For dinner I got the chicken adobo and my husband ordered the Bicol express. Both dishes were yummy and tasted fresh. We ordered flan to go for dessert. The restaurant's decor is fun. My goodness, the flavors of the broth, with added ingredients from chicken and beef to vegetarian. What brings it home are the side dishes of flavor bombs they serve along side: jalapeños, bean sprouts, and Thai basil. Add it to the soup and the noodles seem to envelope it all with an explosion of flavor as you slurp even to the last drop. And grab those last leaves or noodles with your chopsticks. Lastly, the chicken pho had a clean, light broth that was comforting without being too heavy or salty. The portion size was just right for a full meal. Service was pretty quick and there's plenty of seating inside and outside as well. Good experience and would definitely come back and try the other dishes next time I'm around the area.
